Genshin Impact: Starting from Liyue to Build Infrastructure

Takumi helped Hu Tao put on the ring.

Looking at the ring on her ring finger, Hu Tao rarely blushed.

"Ahem! I'll go first."

After saying this, Hu Tao got up and ran out in a hurry. This was embarrassing.

Seeing Hu Tao's reaction, the corners of Takumi's mouth rose slightly. He was feeling quite pleased.

Shenhe, who was sitting beside him, looked at Takumi indifferently and asked, "Do you like Hu Tao?"

Whenever Wanderer came to drink, he would always sit far away from her.

Diona served them some food and brought out a batch of wine she had carefully prepared. Of course, she hadn't added anything weird to these drinks. With her special mixing abilities, the wine was exceptionally good.

Azhdaha took just one sip and immediately loved it. 

At this moment, Azhdaha was in a fantastic mood. His body had fully recovered, and he had reunited with old friends. Plus, seeing the growth and prosperity of Liyue filled him with joy.

After all, knowing that Guizhong had returned also brought him immense happiness. It was even better than Takumi granting her two billion Mora.

The group sat together, drinking and chatting leisurely. Especially Zhongli, who was probably in the best mood. His old friends were returning one by one, and he no longer had to worry about Liyue's affairs. What could be better than this?

Drinking wine, Zhongli smiled as he looked at his old friends. 

As the evening deepened, they finally finished their drinks and returned to their residences to rest. As for Wanderer, he chose to stay and continue drinking.

Zhongli and Guizhong brought Azhdaha back to the manor that Takumi had prepared for Zhongli. This was now the home of Zhongli and Guizhong.

Looking at the grand residence, Azhdaha expressed his appreciation. However, he had no intention of staying here permanently. Tomorrow, he would buy his own house.

As for Mora?

After staying at Zhongli's place for a night, Azhdaha went to Guili Plains the next day to exchange ores for Mora.

The transaction went smoothly at first, but soon he encountered an unexpected problem.

Azhdaha was, technically, undocumented. He had no identification card or bank account. The shopkeeper handling the ore transaction was immediately suspicious. Many Treasure Hoarders had been arrested lately, and some had retired. Now, here was a suspiciously strong man bringing in high-quality ore without any documentation. 

It didn't look good.

The shopkeeper decided Azhdaha was up to no good and immediately reported him to the Qianyan Army.

Azhdaha was dumbfounded. "What do you mean by this?"

The shopkeeper looked at him nervously and pointed. "Sir, this is the guy. He has a top-grade mineral but no identification or bank account. I suspect he's involved in illegal mining!"

The Qianyan Army officers quickly took stock of the situation. 

No ID, no bank card, yet carrying such valuable ore? Suspicious!

"Sir, please come with us. Cooperate with our investigation."

Although the Qianyan Army officers were polite, they remained wary. They would take him in first and clarify everything later.

Azhdaha sighed, feeling utterly frustrated. 

Just then, Hu Tao happened to be passing by. When she saw the scene, she was immediately amused. Was the mighty Dragon King about to be arrested?

Hu Tao hurriedly joined in. "Wait a minute!"

Hearing Hu Tao's voice, the Qianyan Army turned around, puzzled.

"Hall Master Hu!"

Seeing who had arrived, the Qianyan Army officers immediately greeted her. Nobody wanted to mess with the eccentric Hu Tao. Offending her meant bad luck for days!

"This is Zhongli's good friend. He just came down from the mountains, not a criminal."

Hu Tao quickly explained the situation.

Azhdaha immediately caught on. "Right! I know Zhongli. He's my elder brother!"

He glanced at Hu Tao, wondering who she was. But since she knew Zhongli's name and was defending him, she must be someone trustworthy.

The Qianyan Army trusted Hu Tao's words. Since it was just a misunderstanding, they withdrew.

The ore shopkeeper, however, was now feeling embarrassed. Fortunately, Azhdaha didn't hold a grudge and simply ignored him.

Hu Tao turned to Azhdaha. "Come on, I'll take you to Takumi. He can help you apply for an ID card. Trust me, you won't get far in Liyue without one!"

Saying this, Hu Tao led the way.

Azhdaha thought for a moment before following her. He glanced back at the shopkeeper and snorted, then ignored him.

As he walked with Hu Tao, he started asking questions. Zhongli hadn't mentioned any of this to him before. Who would have thought Liyue now required an ID card?

Ridiculous.

With deep curiosity, Azhdaha began learning more about Liyue's new systems.
