Chapter 441: Chapter 441
The Moon Festival began.
Early in the morning, Takumi was woken up by the sound of firecrackers outside. People had been celebrating since dawn. The streets were bustling with activity, and vendors were calling out their wares even louder than usual. Everyone had the day off, except for those running their own shops.
After having breakfast, Takumi and the others didn't stay home. Instead, they went out together to explore. With such a lively atmosphere, staying indoors would be a waste.
As planned, Takumi took Klee out to play. The streets were packed with people, and excitement filled the air. Holding both Klee and Qiqi by the hand, Takumi walked along the crowded streets, greeting familiar faces as he passed.
Looking at the festive decorations and fireworks lighting up the sky, the corners of his mouth curled into a satisfied smile.
In the morning, they roamed around Guili Plains, and by afternoon, they returned to Liyue Harbor to continue the festivities. It wasn't until evening that they finally made their way back home, sitting on the balcony and watching fireworks bloom over the city skyline.
Liyue was fully immersed in the festive atmosphere. Even though the Moon Festival officially lasted only one day, both schools and the General Affairs Department had given a three-day holiday. As a result, the celebrations continued well beyond the official date, keeping Liyue Harbor and Guili Plains bustling with energy.
Amidst all this excitement, Takumi received good news—Ei had completed the artificial intelligence project he requested.
Since the Wanderer had already been dismantled, there was no need to build everything from scratch. All that was required was modifying the Wanderer's core data. Within a single day, Ei had successfully integrated her previous work with the Wanderer's core, giving birth to a brand-new artificial intelligence.
Seeing the message from Ei, Takumi's eyes lit up. He immediately asked her to bring the core over.
The next step was installation, and Takumi already knew exactly where to place it—directly into the server.
Ei gave a short response and soon arrived at the manor.
"Here it is," she said, handing Takumi the device. "Where should it be installed?"
What she handed him looked like a simple metal plate, covered in intricate engravings, resembling a high-tech chip.
Seeing it, Takumi suddenly remembered the device Aether had given him before but never used. That one was also filled with Khaenri'ah's technology.
He made a mental note to examine it later.
Storing the core safely, Takumi turned to Ei. "Follow me."
With that, he led her into a room, with Ei following closely behind, curiosity evident on her face.
Takumi opened a hidden passage and stepped inside. Seeing this, Ei was puzzled.
"A secret passage?" she wondered, quickly following behind.
"I'm taking you to where the server is," Takumi explained. "This artificial intelligence will manage the entire network, so it needs to be installed in the core server."
Hearing this, Ei raised an eyebrow. "That makes sense."
Without further questions, she continued following Takumi through the passage. After walking for about five or six minutes, they arrived at a massive metal gate.
Takumi pushed it open and stepped inside.
As soon as Ei entered, she felt a strong presence.
It was a Gnosis.
And it was an Electro Gnosis.
"A Gnosis?!" Ei eyes widened in shock. "You have one in here?!"
Takumi nodded casually. "Yeah. I'm using Raiden Makoto Gnosis as the server's power source. Works great."
Hearing this, Ei was speechless. Using a Gnosis as a core processor? Was that even possible?
Looking around the massive underground chamber, she saw rows upon rows of machinery. At the center, a device emitted a pulsating purple glow—the Electro Gnosis itself.
Takumi walked forward and placed the AI core into a designated slot next to the Gnosis. Under his command, a compartment opened, revealing a perfect groove for the chip.
Once he inserted the core, a holographic screen materialized before them.
EI watched in silent amazement as strings of code flashed across the screen.
Then, a cold, mechanical voice echoed.
[Initializing server takeover.]
[Reading data...]
[Administrator authentication required.]
[Primary administrator: Takumi.]
[Login complete.]
[Beginning network data synchronization...]
There was no need for Takumi to manually operate anything. The artificial intelligence began working autonomously, as per his design.
This AI would oversee the entire network, manage data flow, and assist Takumi with various operations.
As the AI worked, Takumi pulled out a spare hard drive. After a moment's thought, he installed it next to the AI processor.
Ei eyes widened upon seeing the hard drive. "Wait… is that from Khaenri'ah?!"
She was stunned.
Takumi nodded. "Yeah. Aether gave it to me. It's loaded with Khaenri'ahn technology."
Excitement flickered in his eyes as he plugged it into the system.
As soon as the hard drive was connected, the AI detected it.
[Foreign data detected.]
A long list of directories appeared on the screen.
[Blueprints for Ruin Guards.]
[Blueprints for Ruin Hunters.]
[Compendium of Khaenri'ahn Alchemy.]
[Schematic for Abyssal Hounds.]
[Designs for Chaos Mechanisms.]
[Blueprints for Chaos Furnaces.]
Countless lines of classified data filled the screen.
Takumi's eyes gleamed with excitement as he processed the information.
Then, without hesitation, he activated the power of the Herrscher of Reason.
A powerful force surged through him as he began absorbing the data directly.
Ei jaw dropped.
"Takumi… Are you a puppet too?!" she exclaimed in shock.
The sheer speed at which he processed the information was astonishing.
Takumi ignored her reaction and focused on the influx of knowledge.
Within moments, the complete technological system of Khaenri'ah was integrated into his mind.
Now, he could manufacture advanced weaponry, including laser cannons, within minutes.
