"It's good to see you again, Lady Xin Yan, Young Master Long!" Seeing Gu Jin bowing to them, Noah and Xin Yan nodded back as a sign of greeting.

Gu Jin looked away from the scene. He was used to seeing Ma Li walking in partially revealing clothes, but he was not used to seeing her lying flat on the floor with her face plastered on the cold tiles.

"You know she might like that more…" Noah chuckled, feeling the cold aura coming from Xin Yan.

"How could you do that to me… Aunty Xin Yan!" Ma Li pushed herself up from the floor and glared at Xin Yan with a saddened expression.

He knew she was just as stubborn as her mother, and he could not deal with either of them.

"How about we talk about that after we meet with your parents?" Noah spoke up, breaking the tense atmosphere in the room.

"Are you going to Primal Dawn City?" Ma Li asked with a shocked look on her face.

"We are going to Primal Dawn City!" Noah shook his head. His reply caused Ma Li to be stunned before a relieved expression appeared on her face.

She walked closer to Noah and held his hand between her own. "I will be glad to go along with you two."

"As long as you know how to behave, we don't mind taking you along." Ma Li squealed a little, finding herself being pulled by her collar. She had to release Noah's hand as Xin Yan dragged the girl out of the room.

"Gu Jin, as you heard, we will visit them directly." Noah waved his hand in the air and walked behind the two of them. Gu Jin was left in the room with his mind spinning, unable to wrap around what had happened in such a short time.

By the time he snapped out of his daze, the two of them had left the mansion along with Ma Li.
