Using "Heart of the Lord" to relocate territories, only the Lord's Mansion could be moved, all other buildings had to be abandoned.

From the beginning, these Lords thought about affiliating with a Blue Star Human Race power, ideally one of the Four Ancient Empires royal families.

Sadly, they simply weren't eligible to engage with such superpowers.

After weighing their options, Zi Liyuan emerged as their best candidate to affiliate with.

Having made up their minds, they naturally wanted to present their credentials, so they were willing to hand over all resources within their territories, assemble their accumulated forces, willing to become Zi Liyuan's enforcers.

At this critical moment, potentially facing wild beasts besieging the city, it was a markedly dangerous place but also their slim chance to gain Zi Liyuan's trust!

One by one, the Lords stepped forward, each took a "Heart of the Lord," bowed with clasped hands towards Zi Liyuan, then left the Council Hall.

Their movements were quick, swiftly exiting the city and heading to their respective territories.

"Master, aren't you afraid they'll just take the stuff and run?"

Dilys rested her chin on Zi Liyuan's shoulder, breathed softly into his ear and spoke softly.

"A thousand gold for a horse's bones. If I want to capture the position of Grand Lord, recruiting Blue Star Lords is indispensable; this is an opportunity, but I wonder how many are truly resolved."

Area No. 10086 was so vast that there were too many resource points for him to develop on his own.

Only by recruiting plenty of Blue Star Lords, pulling together their strength to develop resources, could he quickly raise the level of the Lord's Mansion.
