Global Lords: Hundredfold Increments Starting With the Undead

Chapter 1458: The First 1027 Chapters, Dark Divine Territory

Fang Hao immediately contacted Cleolando.

He told her that he would bring people over to help and resolve the matter of the Undead Desert tonight.

This was merely a conflict between the undead.

If it were the living, fighting day and night like this might lead to deaths from exhaustion even before being slain in battle.

Soon, Cleolando responded, "That's great! We've been under constant obstruction by undead forces recently, and the situation has been very bad."

"Do you know where the undead leader is located?"

"Yes, she is leading the army in pursuing us," Cleolando continued.

A demigod joining the battle could absolutely shift the tide of war.

Even though Amanda had absorbed the divinity of the previous leader, the Immortal Emperor, she still couldn't withstand the simultaneous involvement of a demigod and the God of Undead.

To turn the situation around, support from Fang Hao was required.

Not in terms of manpower, but the support of a heroic demigod.

"Alright, wait for my message. When the time comes, use the three-headed dagger to open the Gate of the Worlds—I'll bring people over directly."

"Got it."

After ending the conversation, the Dragon Queen and the others hadn't arrived yet.

Fang Hao stood up and walked to the kitchen nearby.

In the level-15 lord's manor, the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped.

Though not a modern kitchen, it was relatively clean.

Eira stood at the doorway, flipping through a hand-written menu.

Fang Hao entered, wrapping his arms around her waist from behind and resting his chin on her shoulder.

Eira jumped in surprise, but upon realizing it was Fang Hao, she turned around and nestled into his arms, whispering softly, "Master, you were gone so long, I was really worried and missed you so much."

Fang Hao held her tightly, supporting her lower back, "I missed you too."

Eira gazed at him with tender affection, and Fang Hao leaned down to kiss her.

During their passionate embrace, the voices of the maids outside broke the moment, and the two parted hastily.

Eira quickly adjusted her skirt, letting it fall back down as three or four maids walked in laughing and joking.

Seeing Fang Hao, they froze momentarily. "Ah, Master is here!"

Noticing Eira's flushed face, the maids exchanged knowing glances.

Eira, slightly flustered, ordered them to fetch ingredients and prepare for the banquet.

Fang Hao returned to the main hall, where the Dragon Queen and the black-armored sisters were already seated.

Seeing that everyone had gathered, they proceeded directly to the Troop Hiding Cave.

Fang Hao contacted Cleolando to open the Gate of the Worlds.

Once the gate in the Troop Hiding Cave opened, the group stepped through.

...

The blazing sun scorched the land, sending rippling heat waves through the air.

The desert shimmered like a sea of gold, reflecting dazzling light.

As they emerged from the gate, Amanda, Cleolando, Hilda, and several of Cleolando's heroes quickly approached.

"My lord, Dragon Queen."

"Mr. Fang Hao, Dragon Queen."

The group saluted in unison.

Cleolando's gaze lingered on the Dragon Queen and the black-armored sisters.

An upper god, and two mid-level gods.

Quite the lineup—Fang Hao casually travels with three gods?

Even the temple of the Undead Clan doesn't boast such grandeur.

Internally, Cleolando was also curious about Fang Hao's strength.

Though transmigrators couldn't probe each other's information, it was certain that he had also reached god-level power.

Fang Hao glanced at the marching army and asked, "What's the current situation?"

Amanda replied, "We are retreating eastward. The undead army from the desert is following us, led personally by their leader."

Fang Hao looked toward the rear.

At the edge of his vision, amidst the distorted air caused by the heat, he could see a massive army of undead tightly following behind.

Though some distance apart, they pursued relentlessly.

Any pause in their movement would result in being overtaken.

Retracting his gaze, Fang Hao decisively said, "Stop the march. Prepare for battle."

The group nodded, showing no dissent.

Orders were issued, and the entire army gradually ceased retreating.

They began rearranging their formation.

Shield walls were erected, while archers and mages rapidly took their positions, ready to confront the approaching undead forces.

The strategic adjustments on their side also caught the attention of the pursuing army.

The undead army in the rear stopped as well, starting to adjust their own ranks.

Thud, thud, thud!!

A leading figure rode out from the opposing ranks on a skeletal horse.

Approaching their frontlines, he bellowed, "If you are willing to surrender and reveal the mastermind behind this attack on the Undead Desert, the esteemed God of Death shall grant you mercy."

The undead commander's voice reached everyone's ears.

Amanda and the others looked to Fang Hao, awaiting his next orders.

Seeing their hesitation, Fang Hao commanded directly, "Kill him. Alurag, Amarag, Little You—lead the army tocharge. Amanda—coordinate the battle. Finish this quickly."

"Yes, my lord."

A crimson fire python shot out, instantly reducing the undead commander and his skeletal horse to ashes.

Boom, boom, boom!!

The battle drums began to thunder.

The deafening sound reverberated throughout the desert.

Their army launched a forward assault.

The black-armored sisters surged ahead, transforming into giant forms mid-charge.

In the next moment, they swapped places with two fire lances, diving straight into the enemy ranks.

Their massive figures swung warhammers relentlessly.

A fiery rain of meteors descended from the sky, striking the enemy forces densely and igniting a vast inferno across the battlefield.

Roar!

A soul-piercing cry echoed from afar.

Countless sinister, fearsome spirits swooped toward the black-armored sisters.

"The new leader of the undead is Underworld Walker-Nala—an undead half-god who is herself a wandering spirit," Cleolando explained from the sidelines.

Wandering spirit heroes were a rarity among the undead.

To reach half-god level was even more uncommon.

Black as night, countless vengeful spirits swirled and danced in the air. But against mid-level gods like the black-armored sisters, they had little effect.

The sisters continued slaughtering the opposing army without pause.

At that moment, the sky suddenly darkened.

An overwhelming, bone-chilling presence swept across the desert like blades pressing against their hearts.

Fang Hao and the Dragon Queen looked up, seeing divine light streaking into the heavens.

It seemed even the God of Undead couldn't sit still—he was finally making a move.

A priest representing the God of Undead slammed his wooden staff down onto the ground.

Crack~!

The sky shattered like glass.

A massive fracture appeared above.

From that fissure, two enormous skeletal hands emerged, forcefully widening the gap further to reveal a blood-red glowing skeletal head filled with malicious intent.

Whoosh~!

The upper body of the giant skeleton squeezed through the rift, wielding a colossal battle scythe that swung downward fiercely.

Where the scythe passed.

Four-armed skeleton generals and Ancient Skeleton Generals crumbled into heaps of white bones.

Among them, some Bound Spirit Guardians immediately lost the Soul Fire in their eye sockets the instant the scythe swept past, their bodies collapsing into bone fragments as well.

The God of Undead resembled a soul-harvesting Death God, and the path of his scythe left behind soldiers breaking apart like puppets with their strings severed—littering the ground with white bones.

"Mr. Fang Hao, this...!"

Cleolando's voice carried a hint of urgency.

Watching their forces suffering heavy casualties, unease welled up in her heart.

"Give me the three-headed dagger."

Cleolando handed over the dagger.

Fang Hao asked the dagger, "Have you recorded his aura?"

The dog-shaped head replied, "You mean the God of Death?"

"Yes."

"We can only track him once he retreats," the dog-headed voice stated.

Fang Hao nodded and turned aside. "Dragon Queen, handle the priest."

"Understood." The Dragon Queen nodded and darted into the sky, transforming into a massive gold dragon that soared forward.

Above the battlefield, she shifted back into her human form.

Golden beams of light shot out like scattered fireworks, piercing into the battlefield.

In mere moments, vast swathes of desert soldiers turned into piles of white bones, while the half-god wandering spirit and the priest of the God of Undead fell dead, their bodies collapsing limply.

Seeing this, Amanda promptly commanded her forces to charge forward.

Their undead forces surged like a tsunami against the enemy troops. The desert undead, having lost their priest and leader, began crumbling.

The moment the priest perished, the three-headed dagger flew over.

With a clang, it embedded itself into the ground, and the three dog heads started sniffing furiously.

"Got it—we've located his position. Feels like he lives in a sewer—disgusting!" one of the dog heads complained.

Fang Hao turned to Amanda. "Alurag and Amarag will stay to assist you. The matter of the God of Undead will be handled by me and the Dragon Queen."

"Understood, my lord."

Having issued his instructions, Fang Hao addressed the dagger. "Alright, now pinpoint that fellow's location and open the Gate of the Worlds."

"Got it!"

The three-headed dagger responded enthusiastically, slicing through the void and vanishing instantly.

Fang Hao and the Dragon Queen then returned to the Troop Hiding Cave in the main city.

......

Emerging from the Troop Hiding Cave.

The two entered the divine territory of the God of Undead.

The dark environment lacked a sky, with bottomless waters beneath their feet as though they had entered an enormous underground lake.

Beneath the surface, shadowy figures swam stealthily, while innumerable wandering spirits floated around.

At the edge of their vision lay a small island, upon which stood a black palace.

Fang Hao hadn't expected the divine territory of the God of Undead to be like this.

Unlike other divine territories with at least some brightness, this one was oppressively dim and haunting.

"You've managed to find this place!" The palace doors swung open, and several towering skeletons carried out a wooden palanquin. Reclining on it was a gold-haired man in a luxurious robe.
