Morning at The Palace – Serena and Aryan
The city was still waking up, but The Palace was already alive with murmurs of power deals and weekend scandals. Aryan Jain sat at his usual table, flipping through the financial section of the New York Times, his coffee untouched.
Serena slid into the seat across from him, her golden hair still slightly tousled from sleep. She had the effortless beauty that made it impossible for people to look away, but Aryan saw beyond the surface. Her smile was warm, but her eyes held something deeper—uncertainty.
"You didn't text me last night," she said, tilting her head as she studied him.
Aryan folded the paper neatly and set it aside. "Didn't think you needed me to."
Serena sighed, stirring her cappuccino absentmindedly. "Blair's been… Blair. And I know you have a thousand things going on, but sometimes I wonder if you even sleep."
Aryan smirked. "Sleep is for people who don't have to plan three steps ahead."
Serena pursed her lips, setting her spoon down with a soft clink. "And what are you planning now?"
He leaned back, regarding her carefully. "To make sure you don't have to worry about anything."
She let out a soft laugh, but there was an edge to it. "That's sweet, but I don't want you fixing my life, Aryan. I just… want you in it."
A beat passed between them, the unspoken weight of their connection pressing against the space they had carefully maintained. Aryan reached for his coffee, took a slow sip, and then met her gaze. "I'm not going anywhere, S."
Serena's shoulders relaxed slightly, but deep down, she still wasn't sure if Aryan's world was one she could fully step into without losing herself.

Gossip Girl Blast:
"A promise or a warning? When a king pledges loyalty, does the queen really win… or is she just another piece on the board? XOXO."

Blair's Strategy – Constance Billard Hallways
Blair Waldorf moved through the hallways of Constance with the precision of a general surveying her troops. Amira had been a thorn in her side for far too long, and Blair was done playing nice.
"She's still getting invitations to parties she has no business attending," Blair muttered as she and Penelope walked toward the courtyard.
Penelope scoffed. "She's not even trying to blend in. And people are actually entertained by it."
Blair's gaze flickered toward Aryan, who was leaning against the stone pillars, listening as Chuck spoke in hushed tones. Blair knew Aryan was always three moves ahead—just like her.
Maybe it's time I play smarter, not harder.
She turned to Penelope with a satisfied smile. "It's time for a proper lesson in social Darwinism. Amira wants to play the game? Then let's see if she can handle the rules."
Penelope grinned. "I love it when you're like this."
Blair smirked, flipping her hair over her shoulder. "Of course you do."

Gossip Girl Blast:
"B is sharpening her claws again. And if history has taught us anything, it's that a cornered queen is the most dangerous kind. Watch out, Amira. XOXO."

Nate's Growing Pressure – St. Jude's Courtyard
Nate Archibald felt like he was drowning. His father's trial was creeping closer, the press was circling like vultures, and his mother was pretending everything was just fine.
"Aryan, are you sure you can handle this?" Nate asked as they stood near the courtyard fountain.
Aryan didn't look up from his phone as he typed something before slipping it back into his pocket. "Yes."
Nate exhaled sharply. "I just… my dad's lawyer says the prosecution is coming in aggressive. They're looking to make an example out of him."
Aryan finally met his gaze, his expression unreadable. "They won't get that chance."
Nate studied him for a long moment before nodding. "I don't know how to thank you."
Aryan clapped him on the shoulder. "Just don't waste the second chance I'm giving your family."

Gossip Girl Blast:
"Looks like N is calling in favors. But let's not forget—every favor comes with a price. What will it be this time? XOXO."

Chuck and Aryan – The Unspoken Alliance
Later that evening, Aryan and Chuck sat in the dimly lit VIP lounge of a private club, the hum of jazz filling the air.
Chuck sipped his whiskey, studying Aryan. "Nate's situation—it's messy."
Aryan nodded. "All problems are solvable."
Chuck smirked. "And you? You always know how to solve them, don't you?"
Aryan set his glass down. "I don't take risks without calculating the outcome first."
Chuck chuckled. "Which is why we work so well together." He leaned back, watching Aryan closely. "You're playing a long game, Jain. I just want to know—when the board resets, where will you stand?"
Aryan held his gaze, unwavering. "Where I've always stood—on top."
A slow smile spread across Chuck's face. "Good answer."

Gossip Girl's Final Blast of the Night:
"Allies, enemies, and those still undecided. The board is set, and the pieces are in motion. But remember, Upper East Siders, in this game, not everyone makes it to the end. Sleep tight. XOXO."
