Hearing that, Paul felt a huge burden lifted off from his shoulder. He was clueless about the Superior's arrangements. If he had known that people were keeping an eye on Vincent Carey.

He wouldn't have rushed here.

Philia saw through his thoughts, "You can go now. If there is any serious trouble, you can inform me then."

"Thank you elder," Paul Lin replied before leaving the place.

Phylia squinted her eyes. She couldn't believe that Major Wizard Families were going after the unknown kid. It's not a secret that Mage Union is the sponsor behind that kid.

Yet still they are going after him. She couldn't help but feel bad premonition. The Major Wizard Families were part of the organisation as well. There are opposing voices in the organisation.

So the Major Families can't dictate anything inside the organisation. Especially the Organisation Head is not someone from the Major Families as well. So, their actions have been limited so far.

Now she thinks things might change. They are going after that kid backed by the Mage Union. Then it won't be long before they turned towards internally as well.

If internal war breaks out, it will weaken the True Elements Society as a whole. It won't benefit anyone except the other Wizard Organisations in the Ancient Redwood Country.

Now she understands why the Head of organisation is paying more attention to the kid. Maybe he wants the support of Mage Union if things go wrong.

Her eyes flash with a twinkle.

"Maybe I should help that kid as well. Having the support of Mage Union is not bad either," She said to herself.

Paul Lin returns to the floating building. Yet the talks regarding Vincent Carey weren't stopped either. People who wanted to know more about conflict had observed the 2 Bloodline Beast Department Wizards leaving their campus as well.

Nobody knows what's going on outside. Unless someone from the main city posts a story about this. So the wizards are contacting their friends in the main city to know what happened.

It didn't take long for the Bloodline Beast Department to learn about Charon Perry's actions outside the Main City. Many were surprised that a final-year student was targeting a newcomer from the Special Mage Department.

When it was dawn. I appeared silently back inside the room. Fortunately, that old man didn't demolish the whole building.

Yet I saw the broken walls and windows when I reached the ground floor.

"Poor inn owner," I said in my heart. At least, he got the whole building intact.

Then I walked out of the inn cautiously. I don't know whether anyone is near to spy on this place. As I stepped out, I noticed that people were going about their business like nothing had happened.

Especially the shops near this inn were opened. Customers were coming and going from those shops. Even the street in front of me was filled with people.

Maybe it's the evening time. That's why the number of locals has increased. It's normal everywhere. People used to gather for drinks and food at this time.

But I didn't find any suspicious people in the crowd. Not even my system is reacting.

"Strange," I muttered before I started walking towards the Teleportation Platform. I walked through the crowd before reaching the other end of the road.

Seeing the casual attitude of the locals. I guess this was not the first time the locals witnessed such incidents. The descendants of major families might have caused similar incidents in past.

When I returned to the building of the Teleportation Platform. I noticed 2 people wearing the Bloodline Beast Department crest talking to each other.

They are standing in front of the entrance of the building. Like they are waiting for someone.

I decided to ignore them and continued walking.

The 2 Wizards who are chatting, noticed someone's presence near them. The Brute Force Wizard was the first one to notice.

"He is here," He said in a cold tone.

Hearing that the Lean Physique Wizard shifted his gaze as well. When he recognised the target.

"He...He...He...," A cold laughter escaped from his mouth.

"I was right. He plans to return by using the same Teleportation Platform," He added.

"Let's inform the Boss; he must be waiting for our report," The Brute Force Wizard said.

"Wait!"

"I think we should present this kid's head to our boss. Not only will he forget our mistakes. He might reward us for the killing," The Lean Physique Wizard said.

The Brute Force Wizard nodded after hearing the idea. Their Boss wanted this kid dead. So instead of wasting time like earlier. They both decide to kill this newcomer who is not even a high-level wizard.

On the other hand, I got closer to the building. But before I could enter. The 2 suspicious wizards suddenly blocked the path.

"Hmmm," I raised my eyebrows and looked at them.

"What are you guys doing?" I asked.

Hearing that, they both exchanged looks in surprise.

The Lean Physique Wizard said, "Are you acting dumb now?"

"If you are afraid, then you should go back to your place," He added.

"Brother, don't talk nonsense. Let's kill him. He made us lose face in front of our boss," The Brute Force Wizard said.

A look of realisation dawned on me.

"So they were waiting for me here. A good idea. But it's a pity that they are going to be shocked right now," I mused in my heart.

"Die, you piece of sh!t"

The Lean Physique Wizard raises his hand to cast spell.

The Brute Force Wizard takes a step forward to attack me.

Both of their actions appear slow in front of me as I am about to use my "Gravity Ability Manipulation" of mine.

As I used the ability, the pressure around us increased tenfold.

Both the Wizards were caught off guard by experiencing a sudden increase in pressure. As the magic spell casting was interrupted, the Lean Physique Wizard received a sudden backlash.

Argh!

A muffled grunt left his mouth.

On top of it, the tenfold pressure hit him hard as well.

He coughs up blood while trying to withstand the mounting pressure. At the same time, the Brute Force Wizard was forced to stop his footsteps as well. The ground beneath his feet was crushed.

Blue veins pop up on his forehead as he tries to withstand the pressure. Both of them were suffering except me.

A bright smile appeared on my face. After a long time, I have used the ability of mine. Especially after reaching the Magic Level-7, I could feel the power of ability is not less than that of a magic spell.

But my ability does not consume natural mana. Rather, it's draining my mental power. I could feel mental fatigue. This new understanding of the ability made me more intrigued.

When it comes to "Sacred Gravity Wizard Physique" and "Gravity Manipulation Ability ", there is a lot more to explore.

I have been focusing on the Rule Power so far. I guess I need to focus on other aspect of magic power as well.

A blood drop escaped from the mouth of Brute Force Wizard. He lasted longer than Lean Physique Wizard. The Lean Physique Wizard's bones were making sound.

I want to torture them more. But my mental power is reaching the bottom. So I cast a glance at them before waking inside the building. With a thought, I cancelled the spell.

Both the Wizards dropped to their knees and gasped for their breath at the same time. They experienced nothing less than that of a nightmare now. They were close to facing death just now.

"Our intel was wrong. There is a great gap in our intel collection. This kid is a beast hiding in the human cloth," The Lean Physique Wizard said in a trembling tone, his expression filled with fear.

"His Magic Level is not Level-5," The Brute Force Wizard said in a bitter tone. He just realised how weak he was. They were too naive to believe that the newcomer was just a Level-5 Wizard.
