Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Time passed,

When the class was over after one hour. Ms Suus Septer left the Class. Right after, the other classmen started their gossiping as well.

They started to discuss in a low tone. And the topic of the discussion is a person sitting in the last row.

On the other hand, I started enjoying the classes. Except the classmen of mine are annoying. But the lecturers are fine. They are not biased.

Still, there are 3 classes to go. I have already got the schedule. The next class of mine starts one hour later. For that, I have to go to a different lecture hall.

So, I decided to take a small nap here for the time being. I closed my eyes and slightly leaned backward in my chair.

Suddenly, one of my classmates is observing the reaction of Vincent Carey. He is keeping his hands below the desk. He is carrying a syringe in his right hand.

Which is carrying a potent solution. One drop from it can dissolve your mana core. Even the classmate couldn't stop his hand from trembling, despite knowing that the solution was inside the syringe.

He has been forced by one of the Aristocratic Wizard Families to target Vincent Carey. But it's not the Perry Family. It's another Wizard Family that approached him.

They have promised him benefits. Even going to such a length that he would not be expelled by the True Elements Society. Even if he is rejected by the Special Mage Department. He will get a place to study the Beast Taming Department.

His Magic has to do with the Beast as well. He can eliminate the negative emotions of the Beast under his control. Because of his magic uniqueness, he was given a place to study in the Special Mage Department.

But somehow, the Clonius Family has found him and is approaching to carry out this task. He couldn't say no to them. He comes from the Medium-Sized Family in the Ancient Redwood Country.

Though his family is not under the Territory of the True Elements Society. He fears that Clonius's Family might send someone to deal with his family in secret.

Thinking about it, he gritted his teeth.

"Uh, Dimitriy. What happened to you?" The Classmate next to him asked.

"It's nothing," He replied.

A quick gleam flashes in his eyes. He is afraid to carry out the task here. He is going to do it after the end of the class. Then he hides the deadly syringe in his pocket.

I left the place and went to the Ancient Ruin Study Class. I got there before the lecturer arrived. When I walked into the class. I met with the same gaze.

This time, there are a lot of second-year students in the class. A few of them freshmen came before me. Like always, I ignored everyone's gazes before going to an empty seat in the middle row.

I took the seat and waited for the lecturer to arrive. But I could already hear the murmurs regarding me.

I think the news about those 2 Bloodline Beast Wizards probably has not reached everyone. Shaking my head, I continued to ignore everyone.

Where they use such a place for training purposes. In other cases, the ruins are those of secret facilities of ancient wizards. Mostly the unknown secret ruins found so far are identified as the secret lab of dark wizards.

Only they have no place to go. The dark wizards used to stay in remote places to carry out their research. Upon their death, the place becomes abandoned. Eventually, it was explored by the later generations.

Then there is the third case, which is also very rare. Which is the ruin site of the ancient wizard organisation. Which is the most valuable of them. In this history of the world, there are many wizard organisations, kingdoms and Academies that rose and fell.

Some of them become ruins over a period of time. Even in this age, a single such ruin can turn a small-size wizard organisation into a behemoth that can rival top organizations.

When the fat middle-aged man said all of this. Everyone's expression was that of shock and disbelief. The second-year students weren't surprised. They have attended in their first year.

Many of them came here to get points by simply attending the class. Only the freshmen are observing the information, like the sponges.

Though it's a plot set by the Dark League. But they had found a real secret base of ancient wizard to carry out their plan. I wonder whether there would be any place in the Ancient Redwood Country.

The lecturer saw that everyone was serious. Which means they are paying attention to his class.

Suddenly, his eyes swept across everyone before saying, "Do you know why everyone is yearning to get into the Mage Union?"

Silence!

The sudden mention of the "Mage Union" made everyone silent. Because the Mage Union is the real behemoth in this world.

Even the second-year students looked at the lecturer.

The lecturer continued further by saying, "The Mage Union is the pinnacle organisation of our Wizard World. It's because they have explored countless such ruins and collected all information from the ruins to their Mage Union."

Gasp!

A small gasp sounded in the room.

"A single ruin can help a small wizard organisation to become the top organization. Then imagine the strength and knowledge of the Mage Union," the lecturer said.

"So don't take the ruins lightly. If you get any chance from the ruins, then you can easily reach the top level in your wizardry path," He added.

Then he thought of something before saying, "There is also a fourth type of ruins which is almost extinct in our world."

Hearing that everyone perked up their ears. Even I couldn't help but straighten my back. This middle-aged lecturer is not wasting time.

"The Fourth Ruin type is called Trial Ruins. Where Powerful Wizard or Organisation created a such place for selecting their successors,"He said to everyone.

Hearing that I felt goosebumps all over my body. Because I have been to once such place and I'm currently undergoing test in that place.

"Star Puppet Inheritance," I said in my heart.

If the lecturer's words are true, then the inheritance must have been the heritage of a Powerful Puppet Wizard or Organisation.

I'm feeling lucky, though my magic is not related to Puppet. I can use it as a second path to learning. Now, that I think about it. I haven't released Zero Puppet in this place.

I really want Zero Puppet to explore this place. But I know the possibility of encountering danger is high. And I don't want Zero Puppet to be captured by some greedy wizard.

Already, I have got a lot of eyes on me. If they I'm carrying something valuable. Then, I could face continuous attacks.

I gently shook my head before pushing down these thoughts in my mind.

The lecturer said, "Apart from this ruin category, there are some places which can be called small ruins or bases. Where you find the remains of ancient wizards."

"Their remains could have their valuables or inheritance. If you can get something like that, it's also a stroke of luck," He added. Your next chapter is on empire

"Now, that I have finished staying about the ruins. Let's talk about the forbidden zones," He said.

Once again everyone's face turned solemn. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I had been to the forbidden zones. I know it's many times more dangerous than the so-called ruins.

Because the atmosphere there itself kills you. But I want to know whether any place exists in the Ancient Redwood Country.

"The Ancient Ruins Study class is better than the Study of Ancient Beast and Monster class," I thought.
