Great Demon Sun Wukong

When Sha Wujing returned to the Flowing Sands River, the White Dragon also bid farewell to Sun Wukong. As previously mentioned, due to the special nature of the Four Dragon Kings, despite the great upheaval in the Pangu Realm, they remained unaffected. "Not late, not late. It seems everything has been resolved? I see that the Great Saint has returned too." Tang Sanzang nodded and said, "Everything is indeed over, Buddha Ksitigarbha. Does the promise we made still count?" Ksitigarbha laughed heartily, saying, "Of course, a monk's word is always kept." After speaking, Ksitigarbha tapped alongside the Di Listen divine beast, and saw Di Listen open its large mouth, a fist-sized orb of light floating out and landing directly in Tang Sanzang's hand.

Tang Sanzang nodded in satisfaction, "Since Buddha Ksitigarbha is so faithful, I naturally won't break my promise." After speaking, Tang Sanzang extended his right hand and gently pointed towards Ksitigarbha in the void, and immediately at the point of Tang Sanzang's finger, a pure white small flower blossomed. With the appearance of the small flower, Ksitigarbha felt the entire Netherworld shaking, and then his body felt lighter, as if some sort of shackles had been broken.

As the white flower disappeared, Ksitigarbha's expression was filled with joy. "Haha, I am finally free. This Netherworld has trapped me for countless years, and finally, I am restored to freedom." Following Ksitigarbha's words, Tang Sanzang suddenly felt Ksitigarbha's cultivation begin to rapidly increase. It was an extraordinarily fast enhancement, and within half a stick of incense, Ksitigarbha's cultivation had reached the realm of the Six Patterns Supreme.

"Since Buddha Ksitigarbha is no longer confined, this humble monk shall take his leave." After speaking, Tang Sanzang disappeared with the soul and essence in hand. This time, Tang Sanzang returned directly to the Western Paradise Sacred Mountain, as resurrecting the Queen of Western Liang still required the spiritual energy of the Western Paradise.

Regarding Sun Wukong, aside from the original immortals from Heaven and a few surviving Buddhas from Western Paradise, most people had only heard of Sun Wukong in legends. So, upon receiving the news that Sun Wukong had actually returned, everyone was in an uproar. Large and small hills, caves, sects—all began preparations to head to Flower Fruit Mountain to attend this grandest celebration in the Pangu Realm.

However, the name "Great Saint Banquet" that Fan Xin and Six-Eared conceived was vetoed by Sun Wukong. He was no longer the young monkey who loved the limelight anymore. Therefore, the invitation cards everyone received were titled "Universe Advancement Celebration." Alright, this name was far more impressive than the Great Saint Banquet.

Since Sun Wukong decided to hold a Universe Advancement Celebration, he certainly couldn't just invite people from the Pangu Realm. So, after Sha Wujing, Zhu Bajie, the White Dragon, and the Six-Eared Macaque returned, they were immediately sent out by Sun Wukong to notify everyone to come to the Pangu Realm.
