Guide to raise my cutie husbands

Chapter 1324: Desire to rip off

Elder Miss Ying brought her family to the Big Stone Village where her friend saw Ying Nan. She was raging as she walked inside the courtyard of her friend and questioned her angrily, "Where did you see that bastard? Tell me, we are here to drag him back home."

Because of him, the entire village was against their family. They all cursed at them including her aunt who used to help their family once in a while. But ever since, Ying Nan left their house even her aunt started to stay away from them.

What was more Village Head Gu refused to give her a job at the pickle mill saying that she was too lazy and her conduct was not proper however, Elder Miss Ying knew that it was because of Ying Nan. From the day Ying Nan left the village, the entire village had turned its back on them.

They all looked at their family as if they were demons and beasts. Even Ying Bao was ostracized and no one played with him, they even bullied her little brother.

Now, she was going to drag Ying Nan back to the village and show his shameless face to everyone. For the sake of that runaway mer, they all spat at them as if they had committed a sin. Elder Miss Ying wanted to see how the rest of the villagers would apologize for their actions once they found out that Ying Nan was alive.

Her friend was startled when she saw Elder Miss Ying's countenance. She looked at the Ying family who looked like they were out for someone's blood and was simply speechless.

What were they doing marching like this in her house?

The woman felt like she had forgotten all the words that she knew. From the Ying family's stance, it seemed like they were here to drag the murderer of their clan rather than their family member.

She pursed her lips and then replied, "He is gone."

When Elder Miss Ying heard the response of her friend, she was stunned. Gone? How could that bastard escape? If she did not bring him back to the village today, she wouldn't be able to sit still!

"What do you mean by that he is gone? Did I not ask you to keep him in the village and that I will come and take him back?" Elder Miss Ying rebuked her friend. She was really upset at her friend who failed to do something so simple as keeping Ying Nan at the village.

Her friend rolled her eyes at her and then said to Elder Miss Ying, "You did not tell me that your brother had been sold as a servant. He is now working for a rich and influential family. You want me to stop the servant of that family who is developing our village? Are you out of your mind?"

Xiao Shuyi was speechless. She couldn't believe that Ying Nan was really Elder Miss Ying's brother. How could she not know that her brother was now the slave of another family?

"WHAT?" Elder Miss Ying exclaimed and so did the rest of the Ying family even Old Madam Ying was stunned. She blinked her eyes which were wide as saucers and then questioned Xiao Shuyi, "What do you mean? Y...You mean to say that Nan Nan has sold himself as a slave?"

Xiao Shuyi nodded her head and answered, "That's right. I did try to stop your son as Tuanzi asked me to do it. But the master who bought Ying Nan told me that he now belonged to their family and I cannot take him with me."

Earlier when she met with Ying Tuanzi the latter asked her to stop Ying Nan at the village until she arrived at the Big Stone village with her family. Xiao Shuyi agreed as Ying Tuanzi was her friend and the two of them were more or less like sisters who grew up together.

However, when Xiao Shuyi returned to the village and asked Ying Nan to stop, the mer who was the husband of the owner of the orchards told her that Ying Nan was now the slave of their family and he couldn't go anywhere willy-nilly. Your next read is at empire

Xiao Shuyi was not aware of this and she couldn't help but question the mer about when and how it happened. As far as she knew Ying Nan was Ying Tuanzi's brother and the situation of the family was not that bad for the Ying family to sell their son.

And if Ying Nan was sold as a slave then why did Ying Tuanzi ask her to stop him? If he was a slave then he obviously belonged to the family to whom he was sold, what was the point of even stopping him?

Ye Liu, who was now Ying Nan's owner told her that Ying Nan had sold himself to their family and now he no longer had any relations with the Ying family. He also told her that if Ying's family came looking for Ying Nan, she should tell him that there was no point in trying to get Ying Nan back as he was now a slave.

Once Xiao Shuyi relayed everything to the Ying family, Old Master Ying erupted, "What did that bastard mean by that? No point in getting him back? That mer is our family son, how could they just buy him as a slave when we did not sell him?"

Old Master Ying did not care about whether or not Ying Nan was now a slave of another family. The one thing that he cared about the most was that the mer was sold off to someone else and they did not receive even a single tael!

How could that mer be sold off without him getting his hands on some warm shiny taels of silver or maybe gold? That mer was so beautiful, he at least should have been sold for more than ten to twenty taels of gold, right?

If his family got their hands on that money, they would be able to live peacefully and in comfort for a very long time.

This was the only thing that concerned him!

Xiao Shuyi sighed and then said to Old Master Ying, "What can I say? I relayed you everything that mer said to me. If you don't believe me then you can go and look for Ying Nan at the Yu family of the Big River Village."

"There is no point in shouting at me, Uncle Ying. As I am not the one who sold your stepson."

Of course, Xiao Shuyi knew what the old mer was worried about but she did not expose him as she had nothing to do with the Ying family from now on. She was certain that the only reason Old Master Ying was getting angry like this was because Ying Nan sold himself and Old Master Ying did not receive any money in exchange.

A mer decided to sell himself rather than go back to his family, only the heavens know what kind of torment they did him for him to choose slavery rather than his family.

When Old Master Ying and the rest heard that the family who bought Ying Nan was the Yu family from the Big River Village, their eyes lit up. Especially Yuan Tuanzi, she knew that the mill that was opened in her village was also owned by Yu Dong the head of the Yu family of the Big River Village.'

If that woman was the one who bought Ying Nan, then she would be able to make a lot of profit!

Just the very thought was alone to make Ying Tuanzi rather excited! However, she did not show it on her face and turned to look at Xiao Shuyi before confirming, "Are you sure that the one who purchased that good-for-nothing brother of mine is the Yu Family from the Big River Village?"

"I am sure," Xioa Shuyi wanted to send the Ying Family away from her house as soon as possible. Thus, she did not hold back and relayed the information at once to Ying Tuanzi, in her heart as long as this woman and her family were to leave she would be able to go on with her day peacefully.

"The one who told me that Ying Nan was his family slave was the husband of Madam Yu, there is no way this information is wrong."

Upon hearing Xiao Shuyi's confirmation, Ying Tuanzi and the rest of the Ying family got even more thrilled. If it was the Yu family of the Big River Village then they wouldn't have to worry about not receiving a decent sum of

money as that family was so rich that the head of the family could even purchase an entire village!
