Yu Dong raised her head and glanced at the saplings before nodding.

"It is," she replied while looking tired.

"Whats the matter?" Seeing that instead of looking excited Yu Dong looked like she was getting another trouble on her shoulders. He looked down at the saplings, while one was flourishing well the other wasn't and seemed to have understood what was troubling Yu Dong. His lips curled up and he remarked, "The villagers cannot grow these saplings."

Yu Dong sighed heavily and nodded. She looked at Chen Mi as she turned her head to the side and then explained, "These saplings need totally different climatic conditions. Even though the greenhouse is doing well enough, it cannot fulfil the needs of these plants. Because of this, the villagers cannot raise them as they need proper care."

Only by a continous supply of spiritual energy could these saplings grow.

"I—-"

"I HATE YOU!!" Both Yu Dong and Chen Mi screamed when they heard these words echo in the house. Because this was the first time, Yu Mai was saying something so rude and harsh to anyone. Not to mention that Yu Mai had never raised his voice to anyone.

"I HATE YOU TOO!!"

As if that wasn't bad enough, Li Yuya screamed right back at him. Her voice sounding hurt and croaky as she shouted at Yu Mai. '

Yu Dong and Chen Mi glanced at one another before they pushed themselves off the floor. Yu Dong properly adjusted Yu Jin in her arms and the latter happily hugged his mother. Compared to Bo Bo, Yu Jin simply loved his mother too much.

The two of them stepped out of the room and saw the entire family surrounding Yu Mai and Li Yuya.

"What happened?" Yu Dong questioned Yu Ji who sighed and then looked down at his daughter and nephew.

He explained the matter to Yu Dong and Chen Mi, "I brought a prince story as well as a princess one. You know it's the new trend going on in the town, some scholar has started publishing children's books in an attempt to let even small mers learn a few words."

"I thought that since the two kids cannot go to school yet, I will buy them each a fairytale book and read the stories to them but who would have thought that they would end up fighting because of the story."

Yu Dong's brows scrunched up as she turned to look at her brother and cousin. Seeing this Xiao Hua who was finding the fight amusing relayed, "Uncle Ji brought two different books for Mai and Yuya. In Mai's book, the Prince marries the princess and lives happily after while in Yuya's book, the princess fights with dragons and whatnot."

"The two of them were discussing whose story was interesting but then the matter escalated to whose character was more powerful. Mai says that the prince is powerful as the princess married him and he became the Emperor and he was also a mage, while Yuya says that her princess is more powerful as she fought dragons."

No sooner did he finish speaking than Yu Mai's eyes filled with tears and he rushed to Yu Dong. Seeing this Yu Dong handed Yu Jin to Chen Mi and picked up Yu Mai from the floor. She hugged him while listening to his complaints, "My Prince is strong… he can do magic!"

"Magic is not real!" Li Yuya shouted as Yu Ji tried to calm her down. He hugged his crying daughter who screeched, "My princess is a heroine! Heroine! She defeated dragons!"

"Dragon do not exist!"

"They do! I saw one!"

"You are lying!"

'Neither of them exists,' the entire Yu family thought with a headache coming.

Yu Dong opened her mouth and was about to say something to Yu Mai when ——-

"OI BRING MY BROTHER OUT YOU BITCH!"

A scream echoed from the threshold of their house, causing a twitch to appear on Yu Dong's forehead.

"Hii!" Yu Mai and Li Yuya who were screaming at one another got scared because of the scream and shut their mouths. Their eyes were still filled with tears and their cheek were yet to lose the bulge.

It was enough for the family to know that the two were yet to forget the fight.

'Who came in the middle of the children's fight? Can't they see how serious this matter is?' Yu Dong thought she knew that the two kids would end up causing havoc if the matter was not solved for someone came and caused trouble for them at this point.

They better have a decent reason!

Yu Dong placed Yu Mai down and told him to stay calm before turning on her feet and then walking out of the house. As soon as she walked out, she saw Ying Nan quarrelling with the woman standing at the door.

She couldn't come inside as the mammies stopped her but that did not stop the woman from fighting with Ying Nan.

"I am telling you that I have sold myself as a slave to this family! You cannot even think of taking me back!"

The two of them went back and forth until Yu Dong came to a stop in front of the woman.

"Whats the matter?" She questioned Ying Tuanzi gruffly, after watching her and Ying Nan quarrel she knew that this woman was most likely Ying Nan's sister and the one behind her was their parents.

She did not expect them to find Ying Nan so soon but it was a good thing that they were here.

She turned to look at Ying Nan and ordered like a tyrant, "Did I say that you can stop work and waste time? Have you forgotten that you still owe me money? Who are they and why are you wasting your time with them when you should be working?"
