Harem With Venom In Marvel/Dc

Chapter 49: Chapter 49: The Demon King

High in the sky, Damian looked down cautiously, her sharp eyes scanning the surroundings with vigilance.

"What's wrong, Damian?" Kino asked, noticing her tense expression.

"For the past few days, I've felt like someone was watching me from behind," Damian replied. Having inherited Bruce's talents and undergone a year of brutal training, underestimating her would be a mistake.

"That would be Talia. She's been lingering around Wayne Manor the whole time," Kino said casually.

He truly couldn't understand that woman. She claimed to love her child, yet she had no qualms about using her as leverage. If she didn't love Damian, why did she keep following her like this?

"So... Mother didn't abandon me," Damian said with a small smile.

"Godfather, where are we going next?" she asked, her spirits restored now that she knew neither of her parents had truly abandoned her.

"We are going to find Ra's al Ghul, your grandfather. He is the most valuable asset I have gained in this world," Kino said with a smirk.

Managing a company, training an armed force, and building an organization would all require Ra's al Ghul's expertise.

"Godfather, can I become stronger?" Damian asked, her eyes filled with longing.

"Still thinking about that? Didn't Bruce already explain everything to you?" Kino chuckled.

Damian shook her head. "Father is facing a powerful enemy. I want to help him."

Kino looked at her determined expression and sighed. A daughter truly was more considerate than a son. The male version of Damian had stabbed his father in the back more times than he could count.

"Of course. One thing is certain—you'll be stronger than your father. But first, you must grow up happy and healthy. Only then will you be able to help him," Kino said with a gentle smile.

"Mmm! I will train every day, drink milk, and study hard," Damian declared, her childish voice echoing through the sky.

"Such a good girl," Kino murmured with affection in his eyes.

[She is, isn't she? Then we should have a daughter too.]

Sure, and maybe a son as well—so we can steal two rich heiresses.

[Agreed. Let's have two.]

When they arrived at the snowy mountain where the League of Assassins was stationed, a massive army of assassins awaited them. They stood in formation, as countless as a swarm of black ants.

Venom swiftly formed Kino's Superman battle suit, enhancing his imposing presence.

Kino descended slowly from the sky, his golden cape billowing in the wind. The armor he wore gleamed under the sunlight, radiating an aura of indomitable might.

"Greetings, Master!" Ra's al Ghul knelt on one knee, his voice resolute and filled with reverence. Behind him, the assassins followed suit, bowing in unison.

"Greetings, Leader!" Their voices roared like a tidal wave, shaking the snow-covered ground and causing loose ice to fall from the cliffs.

Seated in Kino's arm, Damian's eyes widened in shock at the overwhelming sight before her.

An army of assassins knelt in perfect formation, their imposing aura making her small heart pound rapidly. Her tiny mouth fell open in awe at the grand spectacle.

"Rise," Kino commanded, breaking Damian's daze. "Ra's al Ghul, report the situation."

"All combat personnel of the League of Assassins are assembled. We have sufficient resources to sustain our operations for the next hundred years. Some of our commercial and undercover operatives have been recalled, while the rest remain embedded as per your previous orders," Ra's al Ghul reported respectfully.

"Let's move," Kino declared.

With that, he opened a massive portal and stepped forward. Behind him, Ra's al Ghul led the League members and their supplies, moving like a surging tide.

Damian, still nestled in Kino's arm, swayed slightly with his movements.

Suddenly, darkness engulfed Damian's vision. When she could see again, an entirely unfamiliar and eerie world unfolded before her.

Towering flames blazed furiously, thick black smoke filled the air, and the bizarre landscape exuded an oppressive atmosphere. Damian gasped, her breath catching in her throat.

"Godfather, where are we?" she asked, her voice trembling slightly.

"I forgot to mention it—my name is Kino, and my profession is the Demon King of Hell." His voice rang clearly through the chaos.

At that moment, behind Kino, a massive volcano erupted. Lava surged upward like a monstrous dragon, scorching the sky.

A Demon King was never a benevolent figure, no matter which world he resided in.

Damian's face turned pale with fear, but after biting her lip, she slowly regained her composure and began curiously observing the strange new world.

"Damian, aren't you scared? I am a Demon King," Kino teased with amusement.

"At first, I was a little scared... but you're my godfather." Though her voice still carried a slight tremor, her gaze was unwavering.

Kino blinked in surprise before smiling in satisfaction. He reached out and ruffled Damian's hair affectionately.

Behind them, the assassins were visibly shaken. Many had fearful expressions and whispered among themselves.

However, under Ra's al Ghul's stern command, they quickly composed themselves, though traces of unease remained in their eyes.

Soon, shadows descended from the sky, stirring up gusts of wind and kicking up clouds of dust.

"Greetings, Young Master!"

The newcomers were Xi, the Hulk, and Abomination. They knelt on one knee, their voices thunderous.

"Greetings, Your Majesty!" The demons behind them chorused, their monstrous forms twisted and terrifying—some with sharp fangs, others with massive wings.

Kino introduced them without hesitation. "Xi, this is Ra's al Ghul. He will be the leader of the Assassin Division and oversee matters in the human world. He has led the League for seven hundred years—learn from him."

Then he turned to Ra's al Ghul. "This is Xi, the commander of the demons. You may consult her to understand their abilities. Through contracts, you can even gain access to demonic powers."

"Understood," both Xi and Ra's al Ghul responded in unison.

Kino then turned his attention to the Hulk and Abomination, both of whom were covered in dust from their recent sparring session.

"You two have been having fun, haven't you?" Kino said with a smirk.

"Hehe, Hulk likes it here," Hulk grinned, his large teeth gleaming as he chuckled foolishly.

Abomination suddenly noticed Damian and smirked. "Young Master, is that your daughter?"

Xi, curious but refraining from asking, perked up upon hearing the question.

Damian, feeling Abomination's intense gaze, shrank slightly behind Kino, peeking out cautiously at the two towering figures.

"No, she's my goddaughter," Kino corrected, patting Damian's head.

Realizing how intimidating he looked, Abomination reverted to his human form—wearing a specially designed battle suit that stretched to accommodate his transformations.

With a slightly awkward expression, Blonsky pulled out a black pendant from his pocket and handed it to Damian. "This is a gift from Uncle Blonsky."

Damian glanced at Kino, who nodded. She then accepted the pendant and politely said, "Thank you, Uncle Blonsky."

Hulk, seeing this, wanted to do the same—but upon glancing down at his only piece of clothing, a pair of tattered shorts, he scratched his head awkwardly and glanced at a nearby demon's red wings.
