Harry stood in the ethereal glow of his personal realm, surrounded by his wives. His new outfit shimmered with energy, an elegant construct inspired by Anakin's fit in the World Between Worlds—a long, flowing robe of dark hues with intricate, mystical patterns that seemed to shift and shimmer. The ensemble exuded both a regal presence and an air of intimidation.
Yoruichi circled him, her sharp golden eyes raking over his form with a playful smirk. "I hate to admit it, but you look… divine, Love. Almost too divine. I'll have to fight off admirers."
Daphne laughed, flicking her hair over her shoulder. "As if he doesn't already attract enough attention."
Fleur stepped closer, her voice laced with her native accent. "Mon amour, you wear it beautifully. You always make an impression."
Harry grinned, turning to face them. "I try my best. It'll come in handy for where I'm going."
The group shared a bittersweet farewell, each wife offering their own words of encouragement, teasing remarks, or lingering kisses. As Harry stepped toward the glowing portal marked Naruto, he glanced back with a wink. "Don't wait up. And Yoruichi, try not to fight over the bed too much while I'm gone."
With a chorus of laughter following him, Harry entered the portal.
The moment Harry emerged on the other side, the air was thick with the sounds of battle. The Sand-Sound invasion of Konoha was in full swing, with explosions and cries echoing through the Hidden Leaf. Above, Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, was locked in a desperate battle against Orochimaru atop a roof encased in a shimmering barrier.
Harry's gaze shifted to the old man as he finished the hand signs for the Reaper Death Seal. A familiar energy crackled in the air, drawing Harry's attention. With a swirl of black and violet energy, Harry materialized beside Hiruzen, his sudden appearance halting the jutsu.
The old man staggered back, his eyes wide with terror. He recognized the figure as the Shinigami—or so he thought. This reaper was not the ghastly specter Minato had described but a young, impossibly handsome man cloaked in a robe of regal energy.
Harry's piercing green eyes glowed ominously as he spoke, his voice like a whisper across the battlefield. "You summoned me, old man. What is it you seek in exchange for your soul?"
Hiruzen stumbled over his words, his resolve shaken. "I-I… I need to stop Orochimaru. He threatens the village…"
Harry tilted his head, his expression cold. "Your power is insufficient to claim his soul. You'll barely hold him here." He raised a hand, and with a gesture, the tendrils of energy binding Orochimaru's soul snapped. "Consider your arms sealed as the price for summoning me."
Orochimaru gasped as his arms went limp, the pain overwhelming him. "You… What are you?"
Harry smirked but said nothing. The barrier shattered, and Orochimaru's subordinates whisked him away, leaving behind a battered village.
Turning back to Hiruzen, Harry spoke again. "You've paid the cost of summoning me, old man. Rest now." With that, he claimed Hiruzen's soul, the light fading from the Third Hokage's eyes as his body slumped to the ground.
As the chaos subsided, Harry sensed two colossal bursts of energy clashing in the distance. A smirk spread across his face. "This world just keeps getting better." With a thought, he teleported to the source, appearing mid-air above the battle between Gamabunta, Shukaku, and the berserk chakra of the Nine-Tails.
Below him, Naruto and Gaara were engaged in a fierce struggle, their massive summoned beasts wreaking havoc. Harry watched with interest as Naruto, against all odds, landed a powerful punch that knocked some sense into Gaara. The colossal creatures dissipated, leaving the two boys sprawled on the battlefield.
Touching down, Harry approached, quickly healing their injuries with a wave of energy. The boys stirred, their eyes fluttering open.
Naruto sat up first, blinking in confusion. "Who… Who are you?"
Harry smiled. "Just a passing reaper. You looked like you could use some help."
Gaara, ever silent, stared at Harry with a mix of awe and suspicion.
Naruto's curiosity got the better of him. "Hey, do you know about chakra? It's how we fight and stuff!"
Harry raised an eyebrow. "Chakra?"
"Yeah! Pros call it 'catra' sometimes," Naruto said confidently. "It's body and spirit energy mixed together."
Harry chuckled, plucking a hair from Naruto's head, much to the boy's confusion. Using a fraction of Naruto's spiritual energy, Harry absorbed the DNA and immediately constructed dense chakra networks within himself.
Focusing, Harry released a wave of chakra, directing it toward a nearby tree. The resulting blast eviscerated the tree, leaving both boys staring in shock.
"Like this?" Harry asked casually.
Naruto gawked. "That's impossible! You just—how did—what?!"
Even Gaara, usually stoic, could only nod in dumbfounded agreement.
Soon, Gaara's siblings arrived, reuniting with their brother. Gaara, moved by Naruto's words, apologized to them, vowing to change. Kankuro and Temari, both emotional, embraced him, marking a new beginning for their family.
From the shadows, Jiraiya watched the scene unfold. The mysterious figure with Naruto intrigued him. With a burst of speed, the Toad Sage appeared behind Harry, only to be startled when Harry casually appeared behind him in turn.
"Jesus!" Jiraiya exclaimed, spinning around. "You're not a ninja, The heck am I getting snuck up on for!"
Harry chuckled. "No, but I can use chakra now. It's fun. Shall we head back to the village? We've got a lot to discuss."
Jiraiya nodded, and the trio—Harry, Naruto, and Jiraiya—made their way back to Konoha.
The sight of Konoha, battered and broken from the invasion, hit Naruto hard. He stumbled, overwhelmed by the devastation. The final blow came when he saw the Third Hokage's lifeless body being prepared for burial. Unable to process the grief, Naruto collapsed into unconsciousness.
Harry watched over the boy as the village began its reconstruction. Over the next few days, he endured interrogations from Ibiki, Anbu, and the clan heads, giving cryptic answers and revealing nothing. Those who tried to touch him met gruesome ends, his aura alone withering the weak.
Eventually, Harry requested to join Naruto's team, claiming the boy was the only person he knew. The request was granted, and with Kakashi busy on missions to secure funding, Harry took over as Team 7's temporary sensei.
