Heartstrings And Espionages

I was shocked to hell when I saw Yeran talking with Lu Yong so freely like a bird who recently got freedom from its cage. As for my plan, I think soon they will get together. 

And about Cherry, I will handle her so carefully. I have to find out who she is. Both of us have the same surname which is not possible unless our both fathers are the same. This matter is making my elegant brain so confused. 

Moon is my name given by my seniors I mean my parents. I'm on mission of finding out the culprit of my Dad's death and I know it isn't an accident! Ha…, How much this little heart has to face in this nasty generation of destruction. 

I will leave Yeran alone over here. Let her learn how to spend time with her future boyfriend or husband, I can say. "Are you leaving, Moon?" I just nodded my head and walked away keeping my hands in the waistcoat pocket. Shh! It's so cold, bruh!

The streets were not very crowded with people or vehicles. It's still September, not even wholly winter months, so why the hell are the days slowly turning into icy ones? If it continues like this then I'm damn sure, I will catch a cold. 

"Mom, I'm back home!" 

"Welcome back, baby! Wash your hands and don't forget to gargle  with warm water!" 

My Mom said from the kitchen. In this cold weather who does want to gargle? I can't, My body will freeze up before I wash my hands. But, I have to follow Mom's orders otherwise she won't give me dinner… On the other hand, I'm famished too. 

"Mom, Where is Little Monster? Is she still playing with her friends?" 

I didn't receive any response from my Mom. I guess she didn't hear my voice. Or… her boyfriend visited or what?! I immediately washed my hands and rushed to the kitchen. 

To my surprise, I found my Mom alone in the kitchen. I glanced over here and there but I found nothing in the end. No, I can't just believe my Mom, she's so smart in this kind of thing. 

"What happened, Baby?"

"Nothing, Mom. I just felt something weird…." 

I was to enter the kitchen but I halted when I heard a sound from the top floor. Is her boyfriend hiding on the top floor? Or… are they misleading me? It's so confusing but I have to go through all of this for my family's sake.

I rushed to the top floor and checked out the four rooms but I found nothing. So they were tricking me, huh? I won't leave you, Mom. Suddenly, I heard Miko's voice. 

"Daddy! Daddy is back!" 

Daddy? So, my guess was right, Her boyfriend had come to visit them. I walked down in a lofty manner and saw my Mom and her boyfriend trying to shut down Miko's mouth. 

"There's no use in hiding your boyfriend, Mom." 

Her startled expression was making my mood so mad. Indeed, I can't believe my Mom, such a brilliant mind she had in this kind of matter. "Hey, Little Monster. Thank you for your kind help." 

"I'm not a Little Monster! I'm Miko, Miko Kiyoko!"

I laughed at her, Miko's words constantly tinkled my body, and in the end, I can't be without laughing out loud. "Haha! Ok, Miko Kiyoko." I smiled and lifted her in my arms. 

My Mom's boyfriend is a Japanese citizen and She fell in love with him when she went to Japan to meet her old friend. Well, Miko is a 3 years old girl and my Mom is her biological mother, and Ren Kiyoko is her biological father. Miko was born 3 years back when I was 15 years old. 

"Mom, tell your boyfriend to leave this house immediately. And I'm starving, please serve me." 

"Even Miko is hungry! Rice, rice, rice!" 

My Mom didn't respond to my sentences. She just remained quiet and stared at her boyfriend for the answer. I don't know what they were talking about, they were moving their eyes and brows just like sign language. 

"Stop your sign language! I just need your brief response." 

"So you want to listen to a brief response then listen, I'm not going to leave this house, that's all." My Mom's boyfriend answered in a lofty manner that increased my temper. 

"Baby, Let Uncle Ren stay over here. Anyhow, It's his house now." She said and pulled Miko from my arms. Showing attitude, huh?! I'm so pissed off because of them. 

"Mom-" 

"No more Mom, Have your food now. There should be no more arguments about this matter. Did you hear me, Moon?"

"Hell, yes!" I'm not happy with this but she still cared for her boyfriend and her younger daughter. Ew, I hate their bond. Whatever, yet they are family. There is no choice but to bear these stupids.  

"Mom! I'm hungry!" 

"Your food is ready, Baby! Have it!" 

"Ok~"

I completed my dinner and headed back to my room. My phone started vibrating, I thought Yeran was calling me but I was startled when I saw the id name popping on the screen. 

MR. WHITE? Oh god, why is he calling me right now? Mr. White is p Yeran's Uncle who often calls me to know about Yeran or to complete his favour. He's so strict. But still, I have to pick up the call. 

"Agent Moon! Why did it take 5 minutes for you to pick up my call?! Were you again enjoying outside instead of completing the work I gave to you?" [Mr. White] 

Well, he often calls me Agent Moon because I do his work as perfectly as a spy.

"If you think I'm not perfect for your work then why did you give it to me, Mr. White? You can't because you know that no one can do it better than me." [Agent Moon] 

"That's good, you know the answer. Well, I have another small task for you." [Mr. White]

"I guess, It's about the Alfie family again. Mr. White, I had examined the whole family members, and in all of them, I found two suspects. Bleiz Alfie and Gem Alfie." [ Agent Moon] 

"Good. Then the next step is to snatch all of their equity…! They have to pay for what they did to the White family in the past. For the sake of my ancestors' peace, you have to take perfect revenge." [Mr. White] 

"Don't worry about it, Mr. White. I had already planned everything." 

With a hazardous smile on my face and wrath in my veins, I hung up the call. Suddenly, my door opened and I was so startled to think someone had eavesdropped on me. 

"Onee-san! I want ice cream, ice cream, ice cream~" 

Thank god, it was just Miko. I thought my Mom or Uncle Ren had heard my conversation. Well, Onee-san (Older Sister in the Japanese language) I lifted her in my arms while thinking of going downstairs. 

"It's too late at night, you shouldn't eat ice cream now. Tomorrow, I will buy you, ok Little Monster." 

"Eh…, Okay, Onee-san." She said while displaying her twinkling smile. I don't like kids much but Miko is special among the other kids. She listens to me and never acts so stubbornly about stupid things. As my Mom does, she always buys useless stuff. 

As I stepped down the stairs I noticed my Mom and Uncle Ren kissing so passionately. Sigh…, there's a kid in our house and they are doing this kind of stuff in front of her. Heck! 

"Ahem! Mom and Uncle Ren remember that there's a kid in our house so before playing this stuff in front of her please think about it once."  

"Eh? O-Okay, baby." 

I slowly dropped Miko to the floor and turned to walk back to my room. I'm so sleepy and I don't wanna waste my expensive time on these human beings. 

"Baby, Today you have to sleep with Miko because I and your Uncle Ren need some privacy so…"

"No need to add any other matter, I understand what you mean but I wish you guys to not give birth to another Little Monster. I'm already tired of this Little Monster, I guess I will die if another one enters this house. So please Mom! No another baby!" 

Mom and Uncle Ren laughed and then Uncle Ren said, "I guess, you can handle one more, Moon." I screamed NO and by lifting Miko in my arms I headed back to my room. While walking upstairs I can still hear their laughter. 

"Goodnight, Onee-san." She murmured in her sleep. Caressing her hair I sent a message to Assistant Jelly (Assistant of Mr. White) about the whereabouts of the Alfie Family and also to find the real identity of Cherry Fowler.

My eyes were at the edge of falling in love with my fantasy dreams. By closing my eyes I slept with Miko but suddenly she hugged me and slept like a sleeping beauty. 

"Miko Kiyoko, please don't wish for a small brother or sister. I'm already dead tired…Dear." I murmured while sleeping with Miko and I don't have any idea when I slept.
