Since the mood suddenly turned somber, he didn't talk much and just asked Mayra about the floor they were in. No matter what they say about the situation or how they were trying to sugarcoat it Samuel knew that he wouldn't be able to shy away from his responsibilities neither he wanted to.

They didn't even came to say hello even when they knew that he was coming to visit. This was all that he needed to know about what the other party was thinking about. After preparing himself he went downstairs.

Kayla was really generous with them to rent out the entire floor which had similar design as their own home. It was one of the single apartment which occupied the whole floor which meant the rent was expensive. But knowing her she wouldn't charge them full price.

Arriving at the door, he simply ring the bell listening to movements beyond the door. Since there were only two of them living in the flat and it was quite late, he didn't know if they were awake or not. Fortunately he heard some shuffling through the door and quietly faced the magic eye.

He knew the other party would be looking through it to see who was outside, as expected it took her around half a minute to open the door. He thought it was Helga but it was Katarina who came to the door. She didn't look so good probably because she was sleeping. He felt guilty to disturb her so late and thought about excusing himself but before he could do anything she called him to come inside.

" I didn't disturb you right?" He said softly but Katarina only shook her head without even giving him a second glance.

He sighed knowing it was only granted that he was ignored. After all, he only things to Helga and never even met others to explain himself. Alana and Roberta had already left while there is no news about Genevieve.

In honestly, he was most depressed about facing these two, they were close like sisters which meant they would feel much more hurt about him going behind their back. Not to mention, he knew they didn't even have any experience with men and fled here to escape from just this type of situation. Maybe in their eye, he was same as the gangsters that were targeting Katarina!

What Samuel failed to notice was Katarina never ignored him, she was more concerned about her little sister Helga and was moving absentmindedly, hurrying back to her room. She didn't even have time to think about things other than taking care of her!

Everything started yesterday, before Eleanor arrived. Katarina and Helga who seldom lived a below average life had never experienced freedom of living alone. The girls collectively accepted Kayla's offer to rent the place and none of them had money so Kayla simply waived it off telling them to pay it back next time. After finalising the agreement, Alana and Roberta left hurriedly.

They had already extended their stay by couple of days unlike Helga and Katarina their families were still waiting for them.

The situation with Samuel was complicated so they could only put it on hold. They really wanted to meet them one last time against Genevieve better advice but it seemed like it was not possible. Mayra and Kayla told them that they didn't need to worry, he would often travel back to States and they would make chances for them to meet.

No matter what happened, they needed to hear everything from horse's mouth unlike others they both were quite open minded.

Since Helga and Katarina found themselves alone, they would either play with Elise or wander around the neighbourhood sometimes going to meet Genevieve back at her lodge or visiting few attractions. They didn't have much money so they would stay away and try to save as much as possible but Kayla would find ways to splurge a little making them quite embarrassed.

" Hey, I never expected that there were so many caring people around him. It's hard to believe that our lives so much in just few week." Katarina said with a chuckle. They were soaking together enjoying warm water. Cold had been surging fluctuating wildly whenever they encounter any sunny day, today happen to be cloudy making temperature drop sharply.

" I know. Who would have thought a chance encounter with that cute girl would bring such changes to our life. I still can't believe we manage to attend the fashion week without paying anything."

" Don't forget we paid a huge price. I never thought a timid girl like you would really make such aggressive moves. I mean, until few weeks ago I never expected something like this to happen, I just hope that everyone back home is safe." Katarina said with some melancholy in her voice.

Helga knew what she was talking about, they would often skirt around the issue of Samuel these past few days. Ever since she came back and told everyone only to find out that each person was doing something behind other parties back, things started to become complicated.

It also didn't help that Katarina was with Roberta and Alana was with Helga when they were with him. They were already sharing him but it was still a huge breach of trust when other party find out the truth. Roberta and Alana didn't know each other well enough to care about such things, that's why they waited for him to contact them.

But it was different for them, they known each other for many years and were also neighbours. They never had secrets behind each other's back but suddenly for the sake of a man, they started to sneak behind each other's back.

Despite Katarina repeated insistence that it was an accident the first time and after crossing the line she went with the flow, Helga was still a little angry with her. All five of them knew that Helga was first to show interest in him, even defending him vehemently.

Now those same people were chasing him made her feel that they were not being truthful. The night of the incident things escalated a lot when Katarina said that she would give up on him for her sake. For someone like Helga who could feel other party's emotion at a glance, she would never accept such a thing.

Beside things had already accelerated far beyond their reach but neither party was ready to break the silence of how to bring up the issue. After all, it wasn't easy to say that they were willing to share the same man!
