Chapter 1197: Return and Chaos-1
As he was leaving, he noticed many people were crowding the entrance probably wondering about the noises.
Fights between a man and a woman would be easily misunderstood if one wasn't watching it with their own eyes. He also felt Rani was too excessive when attacking him, why do she had to create such weird misunderstandings?
He could only smile and leave abruptly leaving everything for her to explain. Rani blocked the gate knowing it was too dangerous for people to go inside because of the poison scattered everywhere.
She watched from the window, Samuel's Aston Martin leave with a small smile on her face.
She was happy for Talia because she didn't know if her pupil would be same as her, not having anyone to care for her all her life in fear of either exposing her secret along with a lot of other things that would only get in their day to day life.
At her age, such a life seemed like a dream but for Talia there was a lot of time left. Beside, the young man seemed capable to defend himself and was quite charming now that she thought about it. She wasn't sure about him being involved with so many girls though.
Knowing Talia, she could be quite possesive and sometimes crazy which might be something she inherited from her but that was their issue to resolve.
She had her own problems informing her other sister about what transpired between her and Samuel. There were some unsavoury characters that might use this chance to go wild.
She would try her best but in all honesty, she knew she wouldn't be able to stop them. She did warn him about it and it was like a test to see if he could really withstand the wrath of the Vishakanyas after all he was the one that poked the hornet's nest!

Samuel first went around the city checking if he was being followed or not. Rani was a cunning personality so he had to be extra careful. After confirming, he wasn't being followed, he went to go check up on Clark.
He had already broken the door. The look of horror must be intense when he would have realised that he was underground!
Even his screams wouldn't be heart, it was that far down! He parked the car and jogged to the location before opening the metal hatch and descending downward in utter silence.
It's been few days but he had given his enough ration to last for a week so there shouldn't be any problem.
But when he reached the lower ground, he noticed Clark was laying on his back without moving. The makeshift fireplace was still crackling so he couldn't have fallen asleep long ago.
He was about to enter but he stopped noticing a small thread that ran from one side of the door to another. There were some rocks perked up against it which would have made a sound if he stepped on it.
" He seem smart, too bad he wouldn't be able to use his brain for long." Samuel thought looking at his rations. Seeing that it was enough for couple more days, he left but not before dropping a gift for Clark.
A radio so that he could listen to the current events which was mostly covering the new things being unearth about the influencial Green Family.
The media was going wild throwing all sorts of speculation which was only making things worse. Those that wanted to shut down the topic were helpless as the emerging independent media wasn't having it. It was still new so it wasn't commercialized making it difficult to silence with money. Some were doing it for fame and because of a sense of justice, public seems to gravitate toward people like them.
He got back into the car and began driving back. There were few updates from Jane as she ramped up her attack on the enemy but they were most worried about if he solved the problem of their exposure.
He gave them a positive answer but in reality, he didn't know what would really happen which was why he wanted to finish this quickly.
There was also the issue of the Queen getting involved that could really mess things up. When he arrived back at the Estate and went to the office to have a meeting.
Daniel wanted to know whom he met at the commercial district but he was tight lipped about everything making him a little frustrated.
He did warn about always engaging the future intruders with proper gear something that protected them against poison. There was narrow margin of them going ham in his place but one never knows when dealing with bloodthirsty ladies!
He did tell them everything that transpired with the Queen. Everyone had grim looks on their faces knowing if they were to really fight her forces, it wouldn't be as easy sailing like most of their missions.
" I need to inform others. I am sorry, I can't keep covering for you anymore." Daniel stood up after making up his mind.
" I know you will say that but I will not blame you for it. Uncle, you have been a great help but from now on, we need to work seperately so that not everyone could be implicated in this mess. I don't know how far she would go to protect him-"
"She is already pushing back. Major media sources refused to cover the news despite me sending them anonymous packages. There is also some movement from the Scotland Yard as they have opened up an investigation into the matter."
" What about his connections? They wouldn't be able to go scotch free right? After all they are working for the government?" Samuel asked.
" We don't know. They would either be sent somewhere else till the matter calms down before transferring them back. You don't know how these people are, they are leeches that would not die no matter how much salt you pour on them." Daniel said it bluntly.
" Maybe it's time for us to ramp up the pressure. If our own government is not helping in the matter maybe those outside the country would be better fit for the job. We don't exactly have a good international image." Samuel said while twirling his pen.
" Also release some more evidence about the deaths of those..girls."
" It's not right for you to use them like this." Daniel didn't like where he was going with this. In his eyes, the hatred he had for them was making him irrational.
" That would really stir up a storm but their relatives would also be affected." Jane also warned him but Samuel was resolute. Unlike them, he knew how many people were eyeing this case, it was better to end it soon with some discomfort to let it grow to be a massive tumor!
