I walked into the room, "I'm not going to argue with you." I said, lifting my hand up as Maegelle looked up at me, "They tried kidnapping Sylas, so a message had to be sent." 

She was holding Maekar in her arms as Astorias was leaned against her lap, "I...." She said softly, "Well, I wasn't going to say anything." 

"Good." I said seriously, "I am in no mood to argue with you about morals." 

I sat down on the couch as Astorias ran up to me, jumping up on me, "Papa~!" She laughed, "I missed you!" 

"Hm." I said as I caught her in my arms, "Did you, now?" 

"Yes." She said while frowning, "You didn't miss me?" 

"My dear." I said, "The time that passed wasn't much. You only waited days for me." 

"Too long..." She said

I sighed, "I cannot believe that I fathered such a spoiled little girl like you." I said as I sat her on my lap, "But alas, there is nothing I can do about it. You are my daughter, Astorias. I will always stay here with you." 

"I've heard of all the things that happened in King's Landing." Maegelle said, "I would like to protest, but I am too tired. It is not my place to disagree with you, Drakken." 

"Hm, if you say so." I said as I patted Astorias's head, "Where is Maelor?" 

"Mya has him." She said, "I am glad you have other wives that can help me with them and the girls....." 

"You speak as if you gave birth to Astorias." I said 

"Well, she is precious to me." Maegelle said, "Aren't you, dear?" 

"I love Mama Maegelle." Astorias said as she raised her hands, "She's my Mama!" 

"Hm." I said as I squished her cheek, "Do you?" 

"Yes!" She said, "Hey, stop that." 

"May I come in?" a voice said

I looked over to see Viserra standing in the doorway, holding her hands in front of her. 

"Viserra!" Maegelle exclaimed, "You're here??" 

"Yes, sister." Viserra nodded

"Come in, come in." Maegelle said with a smile, "Come, see your nephew." 

Viserra walked in and approached Maegelle, an awkward smile on her face, "I was looking forward to see the twins." She said, "Oh.....look at him..." 

She leaned over to see Maekar who was sleeping, a calm look on his face. 

"Isn't he beautiful?" Maegelle asked, "He has mismatched eyes, both of them do. But Maekar's colors are switchd. While Vaella and Maelor's right eye is purple and their left is red.....Maekar's right is red and his left is purple. Interesting, if I am being honest." 

"Mismatched eyes..." Viserra said, "That represents both halves in them. One eye represents their father, the other their mother. In this case, I believe." 

"Yea, because Alyssa has green eye," I said

"But I heard she could have gotten that as some sort of dormant blood trait." Viserra said, "We are of Velaryon blood, so I assume someone might have had green eyes." 

"Yes....." Maegelle said, "That is true." 

"It's possible." I said, "Unless Alysanne was unfaithful." 

They both looked at me, "What?" Maegelle said with a frown, "How dare you assume such a thing." 

I smirked, "Relax." I said with a chuckle, "I'm merely joking. Alyssa's genetics derive from both Jaehaerys and Alyssanne. It is a genetic trait, the heterochromia, and her green eye. It's quite a beautiful color, I admit."

"Genetics....?" Viserra asked

"Blood traits, to make it easier to understand." I said, "But I don't know how things work here....but dormant and recessive traits are a thing. Maegelle and I have different colored eyes and hair.....so there's a high chance that our children will get either. I am surprised that they got her hair and only one of my eyes, but that's how genetics work....it's an interesting thing. Even in my world, it's not thoroughly explored, but there was a small city that was advanced with Artificer Sorcery, creating technology more advanced than what we were used to, which was akin to Sorcery but not quite the same. There was a scholar who studied biology and the human gene. It was similar to medicine or healing arts, but with some differences. It's quite interesting things that I learned." 

"I...." Maegelle said, "I don't know how I should respond to that. I don't think I understood any of it..." 

I raised my hand, "Sorry, another one of my ramblings." 

"Hm." Viserra said as she looked at Astorias, "Speaking of hair and eye color. It seems that one inherited your eyes, Lord Drakken. She's so young, but her speech and intelligence are very advanced; she is definitely a divine child." 

Astorias looked at her, "Auntie?" 

Viserra smiled, "Yes, I am your aunt." 

Astorias nudged me in the chest, "You marry her?" 

"No." I said, "She's here for other things. Besides, she's not of age yet." 

Viserra chuckled as she walked up to us, "White Hair, Red Eyes." She said, "She is beautiful, this Astorias...." 

"Yes, I am pretty." Astorias nodded, "Like my Mama." 

"Yes, Saera is quite the beauty." Viserra smiled at her

"You pretty too. Very pretty." Astorias said, "My Papa will marry you." 

"Uh...." I said with a serious frown, "Astorias, quit saying ridiculous things." 

Viserra patted her head, "Your Aunt Alyssa is coming soon." She said, "Are you excited?" 

"Yes!" Astorias stood on my lap, "I like her a lot! I want to ride on her red dragon!" 

"Oh, she'll definitely do that for you." Viserra chuckled

"Drakken." Maegelle called for me, "I want to speak alone with you later, if that is possible." 

I nodded, "Sure." 

Viserra looked at me, "Will someone show me to my chambers, My Lord?" She asked me, "I want to get situated first before going to meet the other twin, the one who hid himself from you." 

"I'll have someone take you there." I said as I stood up, holding Astorias in my arms, "If you excuse us, my daughter and I will go and bother her older brothers. Wouldn't you want that, dear?" 

"Drakken.....don't encourage her to bully her brother." Maegelle frowned, "You know the confidence she'll get from it. She won't stop, and it will be nothing but trouble from now on." 

"Yess!!!" Astorias shouted as she waved her arms, "Let's go hit Riktor!" 

"I wanna break something on him!"
