I Am Raditz

Frieza was accumulating energy, determined to use his full power to annihilate everyone!

When he first transformed into his final form, he'd needed time to warm up. After that initial period, he had only used 30% to 50% of his strength, believing he could easily win the battle. But Lord Slug and Raditz had teamed up, exploiting that overconfidence.

When he reached 70% of his power, Frieza realized his opponents had also grown stronger—and Raditz especially made him uneasy! Too reminiscent of the legendary Super Saiyan...

"Is there no limit to Frieza?"

"Damn it, Kakarot, can you create another Spirit Bomb?"

"Impossible. The life energy of nearby planets has already been absorbed once. There's nothing left to draw from." Goku slumped to the ground, shaking his head slightly.

"Is there no other way?" Vegeta lowered his hands weakly, indescribable sadness in his voice. Yet he would never flee—partly due to his Saiyan pride, partly because of the glimmer of hope he still placed in Raditz.

At that moment, a golden figure crossed his line of sight, moving so fast he could barely track it.

The golden blur was Raditz!

He rushed toward Frieza, his punches lightning-fast, tearing through the vacuum.

Feeling the powerful wind against his face, Frieza's body reacted instinctively. He shrank downward suddenly, evading the lightning-quick punch. Raditz instantly vanished, reappearing behind Frieza with his aura flaring as his leg slashed like a blade!

Fast as his kick was, Frieza was no slower.

Sensing the attack behind him, Frieza quickly jumped upward. His tail snapped forward, wrapping around Raditz's leg. Using his powerful leg strength, Frieza flew in a half-circle, pivoting to Raditz's side before striking with both feet.

"Take this!"

Raditz snorted coldly, raising one hand high before unleashing a stream of white energy.

The white energy blast engulfed Frieza, but Raditz showed no satisfaction. Instead, he quickly moved away. The next moment, Frieza broke through the white light, his sharp legs slashing through the space Raditz had just occupied, generating a howling wind.

"HA!"

From a distance, Lord Slug charged forward with a roar. His fists were like mountains as he struck out frantically, attacking both Raditz and Frieza.

BANG!

Raditz countered with a punch of his own, creating a dazzling arc where they collided!

Frieza dodged swiftly, rushing toward Raditz. He flicked his tail violently, sending Raditz crashing into the water.

Immediately, the water surged upward as turbulent waves shook the sky.

Slug didn't let Frieza escape. Green beams shot from his eyes, striking Frieza's left arm and blasting it away.

Just as Frieza stabilized himself, the waves below suddenly erupted as a shadow leapt out. Frieza immediately jumped upward while releasing a barrage of energy blasts.

Looking closer, he realized it was merely an energy bomb that had surfaced!

"Damn it, not him!" Frieza turned, noticing a figure jumping out from behind. He spun instantly. "There you are!" He coolly swung his arms, creating a white energy wave that collided with the approaching energy bomb, causing another explosion.

"Wrong again!"

Frieza was shocked. At that moment, a voice came from behind: "I'm right here."

"You—" Frieza hurriedly turned his head, but Raditz had already struck. Powerful energy surged from his fist, rocking Frieza's entire body.

Just as Raditz gained the upper hand, Slug's massive hand descended from above like a falling sky, overwhelming pressure bearing down.

Raditz had no choice but to defend against this combination attack. He burst away in retreat, leaving Frieza to be slapped violently away.

RUMBLE!

Thunder crashed repeatedly, the sound shaking the world. Dazzling lightning flashes illuminated the iron-dark sky, jagged rocks appearing hideous and ghostly in the harsh light. Powerful winds swept across the land and ocean, engulfing the entire planet.

Everything resembled the end of the world.

BOOM! Fierce collisions continued one after another. Raditz and Slug's energies collided with roaring intensity. A series of massive explosions created continuous flames as the earth shook endlessly, seemingly ready to split apart at any moment.

Raditz's fighting ability surpassed Slug's. Under the intense one-on-one battle, Slug gradually exhausted himself, his breathing becoming labored. Through several consecutive confrontations, Slug received multiple punches, his stamina steadily declining.

"Can the Kaio-ken reach this level? No, impossible—Kaio-ken doesn't produce a golden aura..." Goku stared in disbelief at Raditz's golden energy, his voice trembling.

Others might not understand Kaio-ken, but Goku knew it intimately. While it increased strength exponentially, the technique placed unimaginable strain on the body, limiting its use to brief periods. Moreover, the user's physical condition directly affected the multiplier they could achieve. How could Raditz, already seriously injured, utilize an even higher Kaio-ken multiplier? "It's a Super Saiyan! That's it—it's a Super Saiyan!" Vegeta suddenly yelled, eyes filled with longing and envy.

"NOOO!!!" Slug roared hoarsely, his confidence instantly transforming into frantic panic.

He stared at Frieza with disbelief, panic, doubt, fear, despair... A series of emotions flashed across his aged face. Regret consumed him—if he'd known earlier, would he have quietly fled?

Not long ago, he had dared to believe he could defeat Frieza and gradually replace the Frost Demons' position in the universe.

Now, he wished he had never come to Namek.
