I got transmigrated into World of One Piece, but no system?

Chapter 14: what a little fuck

After arriving at the forest near Foosha village, Garp then dropped me on his shoulder. His previously excited face turned serious as he started to tell me something:

"Listen, Luffy, even though you almost died before but don't make it an obstacle for you but you have to try your best to get stronger so that it doesn't happen again."

"What are you saying, grandpa? Have you forgotten that I lost my memory?"

*smack

It never occurred to me that Garp would hit me on the head because of that, and the fact that I almost died because of his actions did not make him give up and think that the incident was purely my fault.

"I don't care. At this point, all I want to know is whether or not you understand!"

When I saw Garp's fist ready to go up to hit me whenever I said something he didn't like, so I quickly nodded my head because I had no other choice.

"Good, and to make sure something like that never happens again, I'll be right here by your side to keep an eye on you at all times."

After Garp had finished saying everything he needed to, the two of us started our journey through this fairly dense forest, with Garp leading the way to make this journey smoother and fewer wild animals having the courage to approach us.

To tell you the truth, at first, I was a little anxious because this was the first time I was using 6 years old Luffy's body to fight and train. However, because I know that it is important for me to survive in this world, I am willing to do anything, including the training that Garp gives me.

"Okay, what's the most important thing we have to do in the wilderness, Luffy?"

"Looking for food," I answered confidently, and sure enough, Garp laughed as he nodded his head in agreement with my response.

"Listen, Luffy, each of us will go get some food," after saying that, Garp excitedly started running fast into the depths of the forest.

Seeing that, I ran after him, shouting, "grandpa, aren't we going together!"

But the response that I heard was a loud voice from Garp accompanied by joyful laughter. He said, "hurry up, Luffy! Don't let your prey be smaller than me, or I will beat you up, bwahahahahaha..."

"Has this old geezer gone mad!"

Because I could not keep up with Garp, who was already quite a distance ahead of me, I decided to stop and start considering what I ought to do at this point.

"I know that people in this world can get extraordinary strength just from training their physical strength, heck I've even seen kids younger than me right now have unreasonable strength."

"But will this 6-year-old body of me be okay?..."

After considering what steps I should take next, I inhaled deeply to bring a sense of composure to my mind and then began to take in my surroundings.

When I finally located what I was looking for, a glimmer of excitement flashed across my face, and I snatched it up as quickly. It was a branch approximately half the length of my body, and after testing its durability with a few swings, I was confident that it would not break with a single blow.

After that, I started walking through this forest by myself, and although I wasn't really afraid if I were in my normal world, because I was in this other world and had the body of a six-year-old boy, of course, I would be a little worried.

My stomach is already rumbling, and the grass and bushes in this forest are even taller than I am, so it is a little tricky for me to walk through this forest path.

My feet eventually arrived at a relatively open area, and then all of a sudden, I heard a sound coming from the bushes. For some reason, I had a feeling that I had been in this situation before. But, as I had no other option, I began to slowly approach the spot where the sound was coming from.

*rustling

My right hand, which was holding the twig, started to clench tightly as if it could feel the tension building up throughout the rest of my body, and I began to slowly open the bushes in front of me.

When I saw a small animal that had long ears and looked very similar to a rabbit digging something out of the ground, I thought to myself, 'what a little fuck,' and I let out a silent curse.

I muttered to myself with full determination, "I don't care about the challenge given by Garp, but I will kill this animal and rush to find the old geezer."

Because this little animal that looked like a rabbit was busy digging, it didn't notice me creeping up behind it until I finally started thrusting the stick that I was holding into the hole with a lot of force.

Since the end of my twig has a fairly sharp point, the poor animal that I am attacking will suffer severe wounds from my attack. However, it will not die right away.

The poor creature began wailing in agony and even attempted to flee, but I was able to stop it from doing so by using my foot while still stabbing the twig stick in my hand into the hole several times.

When I pulled my twig, this rabbit-like animal was also pulled out because my twig was already embedded deep within its body. The scream of this small animal sounded weaker and lower until I finally couldn't hear it anymore.

As I watched thick, dark blood dripping from the body of this poor animal, I couldn't help but sigh and think to myself, 'the first living thing I killed in this world.'
