I got transmigrated into World of One Piece, but no system?

My entire body felt cold, and the cold itself had the sensation of penetrating all the way to my bones. But, there were some parts of my body that, for some reason, felt warm and suffocating.

Strangely, the last thing I remember was standing on a bridge, looking down at a frozen lake while being under the snowy night sky. After that, I don't remember anything else that happened.

I could make out the sound of a man's voice in the distance, and when I opened my eyes, I was met with an extremely brilliant light, which I was sure came from the sun.

After what seemed like an eternity, I finally got to the point where I could start closing my eyes again. Concurrently, the voice of the man began to become less audible. Ultimately, I couldn't stand the headaches that were getting worse, and I passed out.

The following thing I remember is waking up in a bed in a strange room, but I quickly closed my eyes and pretended I was asleep after catching a glimpse of two strangers in the room.

"Is Luffy okay?"

"Even though Luffy has suffered a pretty serious injury, Vice Admiral Garp shouldn't be concerned because he will make a full recovery after receiving treatment for a few weeks."

'Luffy... Luffy... they have always mentioned Luffy before. Is this some kind of joke? Because... somehow I feel like they're all referring to me.'

For now, I'll just pretend to be asleep and hear what they all have to say next since it doesn't look like they're playing a prank on me.

"Are you satisfied Garp? Look at your grandson! Is this the training you want?" I could hear the anger contained in this woman's voice.

"Calm down Makino, this was all just an accident."

"Accident! How could someone of your status, a vice admiral, be so careless as to put your grandson's life in danger?"

"That's enough, Makino, don't shout here, you'll wake up Luffy," this time, I heard a male voice that sounded older, and it seemed he was trying to ease this tense atmosphere.

"But, Chief, you have no idea how worried I was when I heard about Luffy falling from the cliff... *crying... but fortunately he's fine... *weeping..."

After that, the sound of multiple footsteps could be heard leaving the room, and then immediately after that, the room became suddenly quiet as the door was gently closing.

I did not open my eyes for a few minutes because I wanted to make sure that there really was no one in the room.

While lying down, I started to look around me, and it seemed that I was in a room that I wasn't familiar with. Even the exterior, the design, and the furniture in this room all appeared to be a little bit strange as well.

When I tried to stand up, all of a sudden, the pain began to radiate throughout my body, causing me to scream a little bit. I quickly lie down on my body while taking a deep breath.
