After the long wait for the auction to begin, the stage was finally filled with people. First, a huge aquarium covered the whole stage. It wasn't completely covered, and all the guests could see a little mermaid swimming around it.

There are also countless sea clamshells closed with a slight gap allowing to meet a pair of eyes in them. Among these clamshells, one with silver color looks the cleanest. However, this shell is completely closed.

The host for tonight's auction is a gorgeous lady in a sexy, tight dress that emphasizes her curves and chest and shows off her jade-like legs. The hot-headed youths in the crowd couldn't help but stare at this beautiful host.

A slide connected to the big aquarium appeared and the end of this slide is a slightly smaller aquarium which is closer to the area. Once one of the mermaids falls to the slide, he or she will be auctioned. Food was used as bait at the entrance. Once the mermaid appeared at it, a weak suction would pull them towards the slide and fall out.

As expected, once the food was scattered by the entrance, one mermaid would fall out of the slide and open his or her eyes with countless human eyes on him or her. The first one to fall in was a common blue-tailed mermaid.

The host of the auction said, "2.1 million going at once."

"Alright! Our first little mermaid is sold!"

The little mermaids were sold in such a way and the most common and uncommon ones were bought by the First Princess and Second Prince. Some rare ones were bought by the other guests, and even a unique one had been solved, but Guest 01 didn't bid for any little mermaid.

Even Guest 02 had bought a unique colored little mermaid, but nothing seems to interest Guest 01 into buying. The staff thought they had offended the VIP guest and taken revenge by not buying anything. Just thinking of such a thing, the guide and the guys who arranged the private room were now pale and nervous.

Now only unopened clam shells were placed on a table, which replaced the bowl aquarium and long aquarium on the stage. There are at least five clamshells on the table with varying shapes and the smallest and ugliest one in the center.

The guests were all staring at the clamshells on the table with confusion in their eyes. They couldn't believe that the people at the auction were willing to sell something this ugly to them.

As expected an angry guest shouted at them, "What the hell are you playing at? Isn't that a clamshell bed for the little mermaids? How can you sell used ones!?"

"That's right! Are you playing with us!?"

The enraged guests were all shouting at the people on the stage. The host and staff were almost trembling under this criticism.

The host said, "That's not it! There are little mermaids inside these clamshell beds. It's just that they are too shy to come out and we can't open the shell bed no matter what we do."

The hosts and the staff were once again sweating badly at this scene. They started shaking and knocking on the clamshell to wake up the little mermaid.

The host said, "Please don't think it's dead. It's only sleeping!"

"Damn! Wake the hell up!?"

In the POV of Colonel Lou Wuye and Lieutenant Shaka in the private room during the auction.

Lieutenant Shaka said, "Colonel, I've bought a few little mermaids for the legion. This way our legion's soldiers will not have to suffer much from mental erosion."

"Good work," said Colonel Lou Wuye.

His eyes had never left the stage as he was looking for someone. He is looking for that stupid and silly moon that will definitely appear with Lord Hei. As most of the little mermaids were sold, Lieutenant Shaka noticed that the colonel didn't even fancy any little mermaids for the general.

Lieutenant Shaka asked, "Sir, why didn't you choose a mermaid for Sire (General)? There are lots of Little Mermaids this time."

"Nothing was suitable. Most of these Little Mermaids are fragile with weak wills. What would have happened if they met with the Sire's suffocating aura?" Colonel Lou Wuye said.

Lieutenant Shaka thought for a moment and said, "With how fragile the little mermaids are, they might... die under pressure? But is there truly a little mermaid with a strong personality that won't lose to the general's aura?"

"There should be at least one of them," said Colonel Lou Wuye.

All of the sudden, when the clamshell beds were placed on a long table on the stage, Yun Ming peeked out from his lover's shoulder which startled Lieutenant Shaka.

Yun Ming spoke and said, "A'Wu, the smallest one on the stage. It's the Master. He is definitely the Lord! You must bring him home."

Colonel Lou Wuye covered Lieutenant Shaka's mouth, which was about to scream, and said, "Don't shout. Ask later!"

On the stage, System Yue was hovering around hitting the humans trying to shake away Lord Hei. Even though Lord Hei might be mischievous in nature, he is scared if someone forcibly wakes him up, especially in such a rough way of trying to wake him up.

[Ah. Ah! Stop that! Are you insane!? You'll be pissed off, Lord Hei! Stop. Stop. Stop!!]

Unfortunately, no one can hear the panic of the little moon system or see the terrified expressions of the two wardens inside the private room. The guests were all intently staring at the ultrasound's result on the huge screen.

At this moment, the small camera on the table beside the ultrasound machine took a record of what's happening on the table. The moment the smallest clamshell slightly opened what met the eyes of everyone in the area was a pair of cold and fierce yet gorgeous silver eyes.
