I Only Want To Destroy All Dungeons Secretly, But It Get Broadcasted?!

Chapter 4: Chapter 4: Mirror Dungeon

3rd POV

When he enters the dungeon, he arrives in the middle of a forest. A rustling sound echoed through the trees. Jacob tensed, his fingers twitching. He can hear something from his right, and when he turns his head, he can see his first enemies.

Four creatures emerged from the shadows—twisted, grotesque things with elongated limbs and black, glistening skin. Their glowing red eyes locked onto him as they bared jagged teeth.

They reminded him of goblins, but… wrong. Their bodies flickered like glitches in a broken video game.

[Void Goblins – Level 1]

"Guess this is my tutorial fight," Jacob muttered, raising his hand.

The creatures screeched and charged. Jacob didn't hesitate.

"Firebolt!"

A bright ember ignited at the tip of his wand before launching forward. The fiery projectile struck the lead Void Goblins square in the chest. The impact was immediate—the creature howled as flames spread across its body, scorching its flesh.

[-45 HP] [Burn inflicted]

It staggered, writhing, but its companions were still coming. Jacob barely had time to register the damage before the next one lunged.

"Damn it!" He leaped back, but he wasn't fast enough. Clawed fingers raked across his side.

[-12 HP]

Without his passive skills, he would be screaming in pain, but because of his [Player's Body] skill, he could focus on the fight.

Jacob clenched his fist. "Arcane Pulse!"

A wave of raw magical energy burst outward. The attacking Void Spawn was thrown back, convulsing as sparks of energy danced over its body.

[Stunned for 1 second]

Jacob smirked. "Perfect."

With the stunned enemy momentarily incapacitated, he turned his focus back to the first one—the one still burning. Another Firebolt finished it off.

[+25 EXP]

The remaining two hesitated for a brief moment, but their instinct pushed them forward. Jacob fired another Firebolt, then another, pushing his limits. MP drained with every spell, but the rush of battle kept him going.

When the last creature crumbled to ash, Jacob exhaled, sweat trickling down his forehead.

[+50 EXP]

He looks to the side and sees the last one standing up after the stun effect is gone. It looks at him with hatred and charges forward. Jacob flicks his wand and releases another bolt of fire toward the charging goblin.

"Fire Bolt!"

[-45 HP]

After doing that, he jumps to the side to dodge the attack and continues to run, waiting for the cooldown. The goblin chasing after him does not know that Firebolt's cooldown is done. Jacob cast another [Fire Bolt] with a flick of his wand.

"Fire Bolt!"

[-45 HP] [Burn inflicted]

The fire spell hits true and burns the goblin. The goblin is writhing on the ground, screaming in pain. Jacob walks near the goblin and stomps the head of the goblin, killing it.

[+25 EXP] [Level Up!]

Jacob smiles at the notification. He sees that his HP and MP are restored from leveling up. He also sees his Class Level almost reach level three from the previous fight. Not only that, he also gets loot from the goblins.

He takes out the items he gets from the goblin and uses the [Observe] skill.

[Goblin's Tooth] [Common]

"A tooth from Goblin. It is material used to make equipment."

==

[Goblin's Dagger] [Common]

"A dagger some goblins use while hunting. It is ugly but sharp enough to cause damage."

Stat Bonus: +3 STR, +1 DEX

"Not bad."

Jacob nodded his head and put them back in his pocket dimension. Besides those two, he also gets eighty copper coins from killing four goblins.

"Twenty copper coins per goblin, huh? That is a lot of money."

Eighty copper coins can buy you a week's worth of food. That is a lot for a commoner. After inspecting the loot, he looks at the pathway and decides to follow it.

"Firebolt!"

Jacob roars as he releases another bolt of fire toward the last goblin in front of him. He watches the goblin fall to the ground, dying.

[+25 EXP] [Level Up!]

Jacob releases a sigh and sits on the ground. After almost half a day of hunting, his body cannot keep up anymore, and he already knows where the dungeon boss is located. He climbs to the tree and looks at the distance. He can see a Goblin Camp a few kilometers away from his current location.

He shakes his head and sits on the branch of the tree. Before attacking the Goblin Camp, he needs to prepare and level up more.

He opens his stats and smiles a little.

He reaches level five, and he gets two more spells. He opens the skill section and reads them one by one.

[Magic Bind] [Level: 1] [Active] [MP Cost: 18] [Cooldown: 10 Seconds]

"Create a chain made of mana that makes the target stand still."

Effect: Immobilizes an enemy for 3 seconds, preventing movement.

==

[Frost Shard] [Level: 1] [Active] [MP Cost: 12] [Cooldown: 4 Seconds]

"Summon a shard of ice that flies very fast toward the target."

Damage: 25 + (INT x 1.2) Ice Damage

Effect: Have a 25% chance of slowing the enemy's movement speed by 20% for 5 seconds.

Jacob gets two spells that cause debuffs to the enemy. However, he is slightly disappointed because he prefers getting better AOE spells than debuff spells.

"System, can I buy more spells?"

[Yes. However, it is rather expensive. The cheapest one is ten gold coins, and I don't recommend the cheapest ones. They are not really useful in your current situation but good in daily life.]

"I see. That is a shame. That means I need to do this the old-fashioned way, huh?"

[That is correct.]

Jacob sighs and opens the shop. He buys two more healing potions and five mana potions. Most of the money he gets from killing all these goblins goes to the potions. He rarely gets near his opponents, but sometimes, they manage to get close enough to attack him.

With the potions in his pocket dimension, he nods and explores the forest. He knows a smaller goblin camp on the other side of the forest. He can start there before going to the bigger camp.
