Chapter 79: The Ecstasy Of Doflamingo,
While Kaos was lost in thought, elsewhere, the Donquixote family...
As a major force in the North Blue's underground world, Doflamingo was enjoying a rare moment of leisure by the pool of his villa, hugging two women in bikinis.
An evil smile spread across his face, brimming with pride.
Don't blame him for this.
Taking advantage of the recent decline of the Germa Kingdom, Doflamingo directly contacted West Blue's largest gangster and worked together to carve out a piece of fat from the remaining power of the Germa Kingdom in West Blue, not to mention the arms trade selling out quickly.
West Blue was particularly chaotic.
Compared with North Blue, it was even worse.
There were many gang forces, and they often clashed.
After Doflamingo's arms were sold to a gang force, that force relied on the weapons to devour an originally evenly matched rival. This made the arms in Doflamingo's hands famous in West Blue and beyond, spreading to other sea areas.
As a result, Doflamingo greatly expanded his channels.
In just a few days of hard work, he had earned almost one billion Baileys.
With these Baileys, the Donquixote family could also head for the Grand Line.
If there were no Kaos, Doflamingo might have entered the first half of the Grand Line a few years later and used his status as a Shichibukai to enter the New World.
Now, this year, the Donquixote family would set sail on the Grand Line.
But at this moment, Trebol appeared.
His brows were furrowed, holding a Den Den Mushi in his hand.
Doflamingo naturally noticed and raised his eyebrows.
"Trebol, what happened?"
"Young Master, it's about that Highness."
"Oh?"
Doflamingo subconsciously sat up straight, pushing away the two bikini-clad women beside him, and asked solemnly, "What happened?"
Trebol immediately reported, "Our cadres found His Highness near the Red Line in North Blue. There's a warship next to his cruise ship—one that looks like a Buster Call-level warship!"
"Buster Call?!"
Doflamingo's eyes widened in shock.
A Buster Call was rare.
The most recent was the one on Ohara.
But every time it appeared, it meant someone or some forces had touched the reverse scale of the World Government.
Who was it this time?
And how did he attract the attention of that Highness?
After all, with His Highness's level, aside from some top-level figures in the seas, most others or forces were like ants to him.
North Blue had no such figures or forces.
Therefore, His Highness would generally not pay attention to a Buster Call.
Unless... the target of this Buster Call had something to do with His Highness.
To be precise, someone had provoked His Highness.
Thinking of this, Doflamingo's heart skipped a beat as he seemed to grasp something faintly but couldn't fully recall it.
He hurriedly asked, "Trebol, has anything significant happened in North Blue recently?"
"Significant?"
Trebol frowned, thought for a moment, and replied, "Aside from the expansion of our Donquixote family, the Kingdom of Germa had its World Government member status revoked. At the same time, King Judge of Germa gained strength after eating a powerful Devil Fruit. Using this power, he suppressed some forces that were making moves and quelled others coveting the Germa Kingdom. Speaking of which, that ability seems to resemble a Mythical Zoan."
"Germa?"
"That's right—it's Germa!!"
With Trebol's reminder, Doflamingo's expression turned into surprise, followed by laughter.
"Fufufufufu! Let me guess—Germa was revoked of its World Government membership because they offended His Highness!"
"And the reason for offending him is likely related to that Devil Fruit. Perhaps Germa seized it before it could reach His Highness?"
"Recently, I also heard news from the World Government. The former CP9 chief, Spandine, was demoted for some mistakes. If I'm not wrong, Germa probably snatched the fruit from him."
"Vinsmoke Judge, what a fool!"
Excitement flickered in Doflamingo's eyes as he suddenly stood up and laughed.
"Trebol, give the orders immediately. This is the best chance for us to take off!"
"Young Master, what do you mean?"
Trebol was puzzled for a moment.
Doflamingo grinned and explained, "Offending His Highness—do you think Germa can continue to exist?"
Trebol shook his head without hesitation. "Naturally impossible."
"Exactly." Doflamingo nodded. "Since Germa is doomed, their forces in North Blue are a massive slice of cake waiting to be devoured."
"And right now, we're the only ones who know about it."
"No one else has these information channels."
"Since the opportunity is right in front of us, how can we miss it?"
"If we swallow Germa's influence, we won't just reach the Grand Line—we could even squeeze into the New World and open new channels!!"
Even Doflamingo couldn't suppress his excitement.
It was like treasure falling from the sky—unbelievable yet undeniably real.
Judge Vinsmoke, what an idiot, Doflamingo thought. Some things weren't meant to be coveted by ordinary people.
But Judge dared to take it, bringing ruin to himself.
The ruin of his entire kingdom!
And in the face of this calamity, Germa was merely a bug being crushed, with no way out but waiting to perish!
Hearing this, Trebol's excitement matched Doflamingo's as he repeatedly nodded and turned to leave.
Suddenly, Doflamingo called out to him.
"Wait."
"Young Master, is there anything else?"
"Do we know Germa's current location?"
"Of course." Trebol sneered. "Recently, after we bit off some of their forces in West Blue, they tried to retaliate but were repelled. No surprise, Germa Kingdom is near Sauron Island."
"Perfect."
Doflamingo grinned in satisfaction. "Fufufufu... Judge handed me the perfect chance to win over His Highness. I can't let this go to waste."
"Agreed." Trebol nodded with a glint in his eyes.
Doflamingo picked up a Den Den Mushi and made a call.
Meanwhile, on a cruise ship, Kaos put down the Den Den Mushi and said to Stussy, "Inform Akainu that Germa Kingdom is near Sauron Island."
This information came from Doflamingo, relayed by Eleanor.
After all, Doflamingo wasn't qualified to contact Kaos directly.
"Understood." Stussy immediately left to relay the orders.
Upon receiving the news, Akainu sped up.
Two days later, they arrived at their destination.
The massive Germa Kingdom finally came into view.
Standing on the cruise ship's deck, Kaos gazed at the sea-fortress kingdom in the distance and calmly said, "Next, there will be some beautiful 'fireworks'."
"Indeed," Stussy agreed with a nod. "This is the only value Germa can offer to Your Highness now."
Kaos smiled faintly and waved. "Give the order—no one from Germa Kingdom is allowed to escape!"
Stussy conveyed the order to Akainu.
Akainu's response was straightforward: "Rest assured, Your Highness—not even a fly will escape Germa Kingdom!"
