I Took A Succubus's First Time

Chapter 81: Let’s Play A Little Game, Shall We?

Takahashi was resting, and Misuzu was with him, using some kind of strange magic on him.

"Misuzu is manipulating his memories," Yuuna explained. "She has the power to alter and erase them."

Kouhei was stunned. He hadn't known such an ability even existed.

"Misuzu also used her power to make the students think it was just an earthquake rather than Takahashi losing control," Yuuna added. "This way, our secret as demons stays safe. We rely on her abilities whenever things like this happen."

Misuzu's power was always the go-to solution when their demon identities risked being exposed. If someone accidentally witnessed a demon—or even an angel—using their powers, Misuzu would step in, erasing the memory or implanting a false one. It was thanks to this ability that mortals remained blissfully unaware of the war between Heaven and Hell, living their lives oblivious to the chaos lurking beneath their reality.

"I'm finished," Misuzu announced. "His memories have been altered and some completely erased. I've also adjusted his envy toward Okumura-kun."

"Did you figure out who caused him to be like this?" Yuuna asked.

Misuzu shook her head. "Unfortunately, no. I caught a faint outline of the fallen angel who tempted him, but it was too obscured to make out any clear details."

There were rare times when even Misuzu's power couldn't uncover everything. This was one of those times.

"Then it looks like we'll have to put in some effort to track this fallen angel down," Yuuna said thoughtfully.

The fallen angel's corruption had led to this mess. This was unprecedented, and whatever they were dealing with wouldn't be easy to handle.

Luckily, nothing bad had happened to Kouhei. Yuuna sighed in relief. If something had gone wrong while she was away, she would've blamed herself for not being there.

Days passed since the incident.

The students remembered it as nothing more than an earthquake. Misuzu's manipulation ensured that Takahashi returned to his normal life without any lingering envy toward Kouhei. With that, Kouhei was no longer his target.

Even with their memories altered, the students still knew Kouhei had helped them escape the building. Many were grateful, and some even admired him for his bravery. A few girls had even confessed their feelings to him during this time.

Of course, Kouhei appreciated their feelings, but he gently turned them down. His rejections were so kind that the girls weren't upset in the slightest. Some even squealed with delight afterward, proclaiming that they would cheer him on from afar. They knew about his relationship with the Ice Princess, after all, and respected it.

Ichinose Hiyori was especially thankful. She had been trapped in the library during the incident, and she thanked Kouhei profusely for rescuing her.

Kouhei, meanwhile, had made noticeable improvements in his sword training.

When he demonstrated to Aira that he could now effortlessly slice through objects using just a wooden sword, she congratulated him on completing that lesson. They were officially ready to move on to the next stage.

"You've improved so much in such a short amount of time, Okumura-sama," Aira said. "At this rate, you're already better than the average person."

"Would it be enough to defeat our enemies, Aria-san?" Kouhei asked, his tone laced with genuine concern.

"Why do you ask that, Okumura-sama?" Aria tilted her head slightly, her expression a mix of confusion and curiosity.

"The incident with Takahashi-kun... one of my classmates who got tempted by envy from a fallen angel—it made me realize how useless I was back then. If I hadn't managed to cut the slab that was falling on Nagisa-san, she would've been crushed to death. But what if, next time, it's an even more dangerous enemy? What if what I can do now won't be enough?"

There was a pause as Aria regarded him silently, her gaze thoughtful. Finally, she said, "I don't think what you've learned so far would be enough to defeat the most powerful enemies the Sarushima group might face someday. But... I do hope you'll become the source of our strength when the time comes."

"Do you think I could really do that?" he asked hesitantly.

Aria smiled faintly. "I've heard about what you did with Nagisa-sama to defeat the corrupted one. That alone is proof that you can rise to the occasion. I believe in you, Okumura-sama."

Her words struck a chord in him, filling him with a quiet resolve. Even if he wasn't the strongest, there were other ways he could contribute.

"Thank you, Aria-san," Kouhei said with a small smile.

For some reason, Aria felt her stomach flutter, a warm, unfamiliar sensation spreading through her. She couldn't quite pinpoint why.

"Let's go at it again, Okumura-sama," Aria said, shaking off the feeling as she prepared for another sparring session.

Kouhei nodded, steeling himself for the next stage. This time, his task was to disarm Aria. Though she didn't use her full strength to give Kouhei a fair chance, progress was slow. However, Aria could see the potential in him—potential that might even surpass her own someday.

Kouhei's relationships with the girls had grown deeper.

Hina, Yuuna, and Nagisa had become particularly close to him.

Now, all three were his girlfriends.

Most members of the Sarushima group were oblivious to the arrangement, but those living at the Saonji Mansion were fully aware of the unconventional relationship between the four of them.

Kozue, in particular, found it increasingly hard to stomach.

"Kouhei, open your mouth," Hina said sweetly, holding a spoonful of food near his lips. Without hesitation, Kouhei took the bite she offered.

"Kouhei-kun, here," Yuuna chimed in, gently bringing another spoonful toward him, her hand cupped beneath the spoon to catch any stray bits. Kouhei accepted the bite just as readily.

"Kou-kun, me too!" Nagisa added, holding out her spoon. Kouhei obediently took the bite from her as well.

Watching this unfold every morning was almost too much for Kozue to handle.

"Can you all stop doing that while I'm trying to eat over here?" she snapped, glaring at them. "It's hard enough to eat without having to watch this ridiculous scene so early in the morning."

"You could always join in and feed him too, Kozue," Hina teased, her voice laced with mischief.

"T-T-There's no way I would do something like that!" Kozue stammered, her face turning bright red.

This had become part of Kouhei's daily life ever since his fateful encounter with Hina, a primordial succubus whose touch was so overwhelmingly pleasurable it could literally kill. Somehow, Kouhei had been able to touch her without succumbing to her deadly effect.

If not for that moment, none of this would've happened. Maybe it was mere coincidence, or perhaps fate itself had a hand in bringing him together with them. Whatever it was, Kouhei was grateful. That twist of fate had transformed his life into something vibrant and full of meaning—a kind of happiness he'd never imagined he could have.

Meanwhile, on top of a towering building, a lone figure gazed down at the bustling city below. The hum of life carried on as usual, but the smirk curling on her lips was far more captivating. She sat there, radiating an almost otherworldly allure, her devilish smile adding an irresistible charm to her breathtaking beauty.

The figure was a young woman clad in a school uniform—the same uniform worn by the students at Kouhei's school.

"Fufufu… Now, this is getting interesting," she murmured, her voice dripping with amusement. "I never thought I'd find entertainment in this boring little city, but I guess that's on me for overlooking it. Who'd have thought the Child of Anti-Prophecy would be here?"

Her delighted chuckle echoed softly in the night air.

The Child of Anti-Prophecy—the one foretold to bring about Yesh's death. She'd stumbled upon him earlier, a discovery that had completely altered her plans.

Himeno Yui reached into the pocket of her skirt and pulled out a phone. It wasn't hers—she'd stolen it some time ago—but that didn't matter. The screen lit up, displaying a photo of the so-called Child of Anti-Prophecy: Okumura Kouhei. Yui's lips curled into a wide grin, and she let out a gleeful squeal, swinging her feet back and forth like an excited child.

"You should be thankful I'm a fallen angel, Okumura-senpai~" she purred, her voice filled with playful malice. "If I weren't, I'd have reported your little secret to the angels already. But lucky you, I'm a bad girl. I can't go tattling on you, or I'd get myself into a whole heap of trouble."

Fallen angels were no longer part of heaven, yet they weren't allied with hell either. They occupied a strange, neutral space, untethered to either side of the eternal conflict.

"Which is why you owe me, senpai, for keeping my mouth shut~" she continued, her tone taking on a teasing edge. "You're going to have to repay me with something good. Let's play a little game, shall we?"

The thought of the fun to come sent a thrill through her. For the first time in a long while, Yui felt truly alive. Tempting mortals into sin, corrupting them with the Seven Deadly Sins—that was entertaining, sure, but this? This was exhilarating. She looked like a woman utterly smitten, drunk on the excitement of the hunt.

"Oh~ I wonder what kind of game we'll play next, senpai~!" she cooed, directing her loving words to the moon hanging high in the sky. Her smirk widened as she spread her blackened wings, their shadowy expanse unfurling with a flourish.

"I can't wait!"

And with that, she launched herself into the night, disappearing into the darkness as the next chapter began.
