Chapter 2: Chat Online.1
I am Charles Lustril. I am not a hero. Nor a villain. Just an ordinary guy with well-founded opinions on true supremacy in any fictional universe. While others get stuck in trivial debates about who would win between Goku and Saitama, I tackle the real issues: The System. That supreme force that transcends logic, power scaling, and even the universes it inhabits. And now, once again, I find myself in the position of educating an ignorant fool in the art of true superiority.
The room is dark, illuminated only by the phosphorescent glow of my computer screen. My mechanical keyboard clicks under my fingers as if it were a battlefield, with every key pressed being an arrow launched against ignorance. My eyes scan the screen as a notification appears in the chat:
["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil started typing..."]
The chat window flashes. I grit my teeth and flex my fingers, ready to crush yet another flawed argument.
..
"They're talking in a chat, so please understand that they're not speaking directly, but exchanging messages. I'm trying to simulate something like an internet chat, but this is specific to this part. The conversation between the characters doesn't follow this format throughout the entire story. Ok?"

[Online Conversation - Forum "Supreme Power Scale"]
Man, we've talked about this before. A System is literally the ultimate tool. It can grant any power, manipulate the rules of reality, and adapt its user to whatever is necessary for them to win. If a system protagonist enters any other universe, they will dominate. End of story.
["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil"]
🤡🤡🤡 HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. You're sick, Charles. Seriously. The system is not absolute. What happens if it ends up in a world where its existence is irrelevant? Where reality itself doesn't accept game mechanics?
["CharlesLustril"]
What kind of argument is that? "If it ends up in a world where there's no system..." But guess what? The system itself can adjust the laws of reality so that it exists! No matter where it goes, it will always have mechanics that guarantee victory. Infinite evolution. Unlimited resources. If needed, it rewrites itself. You haven't understood anything I said in the last five posts.
["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil"] No, you idiot. There are entities that are above ANY concept. Creatures that could look at a System and simply erase it from existence before it even had a chance to manifest. You know those beings from Metaexistentialism? The ones that exist beyond the narrative itself? They are the true rulers.
["CharlesLustril"] That's pure speculation. If a System were transported to a meta-universe, it would adapt and gain control over the rules of that place. What stops the system from creating a skill like "Metaexistentialism Control" and overcoming these entities? You're assuming that these creatures are invincible, but nothing is absolute.
["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil"] My brother, you have issues. How can a code overcome an entity that exists outside the concept of code? The System is a program. It follows rules. But these entities ARE THE RULES. They can simply say, "The system no longer exists," and that's it, it's over.
["CharlesLustril"] But the system itself can create rules that protect it from that! If needed, it can even create a second system outside the rules of the first, ensuring redundancy and indestructibility. It can evolve to the point of becoming a concept superior to reality itself.
["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil"] You're blind, man. The System is not an autonomous entity. It serves the protagonist, right? So what if the protagonist is thrown into a universe where the very logic prevents him from using the System? What will he do? Beg for mercy?
["CharlesLustril"] You still don't get it. The System DOESN'T HAVE TO respect logic. It can simply create a command that alters the logic of that universe. It's a perfect loop. It will always have an exit.
["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil"] Enough, dude. I see there's no saving you. I'm leaving before my sanity is sucked into this black hole of stupidity. I prefer to rob the Brazilians. They're a bunch of idiots. Goodbye.
I see the notification: ["The_9_fingers_from_Brasilia_is_the_devil left the conversation."]
I lean back in my chair, satisfied. Another opponent defeated. He might leave grumbling, but deep down, he knows I was right. The System always wins because it doesn't follow logic. The 9-fingered guy's argument would have been perfect if the system followed logic. But since it doesn't, point for me.
I closed the thread and searched for another topic in the same forum.
I don't know if anger is a reflection of my intelligence or just a defense mechanism against human stupidity. Sometimes, it's hard to tell the difference, but in moments like these, the line between the two disappears entirely. Now, with my fingers frantically tapping on the keys, indignation has taken over. I can't believe what I'm reading. I need to express my frustration before I explode.
What I found now... this is simply unacceptable. The topic about The Gamer catches my attention, and the user's name glows on the screen with an almost provocative tone: Rick_from_universeC3.
He can't be serious.
[Forum Topic: The Supreme Mind of Han Jee-han]
["Rick_from_universeC3"] "Han Jee-han is undoubtedly the most intelligent being in all works. The most perfect protagonist, the most masculine, and, for sure, the most prepared for what the world has to offer. He has a sharp mind, always one step ahead. He is the model of intelligence and strength. He knew how to take advantage of his system and never makes mistakes."
My blood is boiling. How can someone make such a claim? No, this can't be happening. I stare at the screen for a second, then clench my fists, the sound of my nails scraping against my skin offering a small relief in the chaos of my mind. My brain is in combat mode now. The anger is not just an emotional reaction; it is an urgent need to correct this lie.
