Chapter 915: Spirit Weapon Manufacturing Spree
Chapter 915: Spirit Weapon Manufacturing Spree
A typical Brully needed to process countless trials and errors to manually figure out a cultivation technique for the respective mineral they intend to fuse into their hand and reshape it. Creating a cultivation technique wasn't easy, even for a Gold Grade Pranic Beast.
Moreover, the Brully Race were mostly loners who went wherever they could have a good fight. As a result, every Brully's Accumulations had to begin from zero and be steadily built up. That was why a Brully could even take over a century or more to reshape its hand.
However, Inala wasn't like that. With his various advantages, he didn't waste time. First of all, he only focused on Spirit Weapons that he had experience using or had complete knowledge about from his time as a Mammoth Clansman, Cooter Clansman, and the Royal Zinger.
Secondly, using the Major Treasure of Weapon, Inala already had the final product in his possession. Therefore, he didn't need to experiment or figure out how to turn a mineral into a Spirit Weapon. Careful observation was all he needed.
And now, it took him eight days to turn his left hand into a one-storey Storage Lantern, a Spirit Weapon of the Mammoth Clan. As he severed it, Inala watched his left hand regrow in a couple dozen seconds.
There was a drop in his Prana, an amount slightly more than regenerating his left hand from before it was turned into a Spirit Weapon. That was all, "This...is amazing!"
A body is composed of various substances. In Sumatra Continent, a substance that could be built into a Human Avatar was termed a mineral. And currently, tusk bone powder was being considered a part of his body, similar to Billakin.
Therefore, by processing the various substances in his body, tusk bone powder was being produced to be built into his left hand's one-storey Storage Lantern. This was why a Brully was an absolute battle menace.
Inala stared at his severed arm and picked it up, watching Prana steadily leak out of it from the flesh parts. It would break down naturally over time, leaving behind the one-storey Storage Lantern.
It wouldn't vanish, since it was a Spirit Weapon. Basically, by severing his left hand, Inala could freely create ready-made Storage Lanterns. And thanks to his Primary Nature of Cyclic Stability, Inala never had to waste any time.
One set of his internal organs was resting while the other set could focus on digesting the food he consumed. Prana was constantly being generated in his body thanks to the continuous digestion, which allowed him to produce a steady stream of Storage Lanterns.
"This is truly a versatile build that's knowledge-driven." Inala chuckled. If he hadn't accumulated a vast sea of knowledge in his previous life, he couldn't have taken advantage of his current build.
Next, Inala spent some time constantly severing his left hand repeatedly to accumulate a large batch of one-storey Storage Lanterns. Once he accumulated over a hundred of them, he then began hammering the left hand once again and steadily upgraded it to a ten-storey Storage Lantern.
He severed it once, just as an example. Storage Lanterns were great, but he didn't have much use for them at present, since he had everything he wanted at his disposal. He then switched to his second target-Biome Bomb.
Inala patted his stomach, hidden within which was a Biome Bomb created by the Royal Zinger. Using the Major Treasure of Weapon, he turned it into his Spirit Weapon and had been using it to store the excess Prana he produced.
He was controlling it using the power of Weapon, which was why he didn't use it anywhere else. And even when he did, it was for short instances. For without the Major Treasure of Weapon, he couldn't control the Biome Bomb as a Spirit Weapon.
Unfortunately, this Biome Bomb lost the power infused in it using the Royal Zinger's Prana the moment it became his Spirit Weapon. Meaning, the effect of Perfect Biome Domination and Prana Stitch vanished from it.
It didn't have the power of Mystic Royalty either, but was just the basic Prana Bomb, with powers at the Silver Grade. The higher versions only appeared thanks to Mystic Royalty, so Inala couldn't get a hold of that.
But even a Silver Biome Bomb was pretty useful, since it could store Prana within. This excess reserve could come in use when he travels. Of course, the conversion would take place, from Silver Grade Prana to Gold Grade Prana that he used.
The biggest advantage of these Silver Grade Biome Bombs was their sentient capability and mobility. Moreover, each Silver Grade Biome Bomb could store 3600 units of Prana, making them more useful than Prana Bombs as a currency.
Prana Bombs had to be consumed and digested to gain the Prana stored in them. Moreover, without the gelatinous coating on a Zinger's palm, any entity touching a Prana Bomb would have their Prana sucked into it until the Prana Bomb was fully.
Biome Bombs could use a string of Prana to gather and supply Prana. Moreover, once given instructions by Inala, they could assist others easily. 'Of course, they will all fall under the Royal Zinger's control.'
"But as long as I'm alive, the Royal Zinger won't be appearing for the time being." He chuckled and began to rhythmically beat up his left hand after taking out the Biome Bomb from his stomach and shattering it with his Billakin Hammer.
The shattered pieces were ground to dust and then steadily fused into his left hand. Of course, Inala began this process only after removing the tusk bone powder from his left hand. It was basically to remove this mineral while reverting his hand to its claw form.
It didn't take too long and soon, Inala was gradually morphing his left hand into a Biome Bomb. A Biome Bomb was significantly more complex in structure as compared a storage lantern. However, it came under the category of a body part Spirit Weapon instead of mineral-based Spirit Weapon.
Since it was a Pranic Beast's Spirit Weapon, the process of creating it was simpler, since Inala could take full advantage of Mystic Sumatra Art. Upon activation, the powdered form of the Biome Bomb mixed into his blood, and that characteristic was imprinted on his Prana.
This imprint made his body, mind, and soul accept the substances forming the Biome Bomb as part of his body. Exactly three days later, the process was done as his body fully accepted it as a part of himself.
"It feels a bit strange, looking at it like this," Inala muttered as he observed his left hand. From the wrist, there was just the Biome Bomb. Since it was a success, he focused on the Storage Lanterns he had created before.
A stream of Prana entered the closest Storage Lantern. However, all he could do was shrink the Storage Lantern or revert it to its original size. He couldn't control it like a Spirit Weapon, which was the case with every individual using it that wasn't a Mammoth Clansman.
'Since my left hand is no longer a Storage Lantern, I cannot treat them as a Spirit Weapon.' He thought. When his left hand was a Storage Lantern, Inala could control the Storage Lanterns produced from his hand as Spirit Weapons.
Of course, he could only control one of them at a time. Otherwise, there would be a sharp drop in psychokinesis efficiency.
Since his left hand had changed, and his right hand didn't have a Spirit Weapon, Inala could no longer treat the Storage Lanterns as his Spirit Weapons.
After a couple minutes of observation, he severed his left hand and began gathering a bunch
of Biome Bombs. He could treat each of them as his Spirit Weapon without issues, since his left hand was currently a Biome Bomb.
"I understand," He muttered, gathered a batch of Biome Bombs, and then began to revert his left hand into its claw form once again.
He powdered a one-storey Storage Lantern and stored its tusk bone powder in the ten-storey Storage Lantern. Similarly, he powdered a Biome Bomb and also stored it in the ten-storey Storage Lantern.
If he wanted to change his Spirit Weapon, he would have to reforge his hands. For that, the respective mineral was necessary, which was what he was storing in the ten-storey Storage Lantern. 'Once I get my Secondary Nature, I should be able to make the change merely by making my hand come into contact with the mineral.'
For a Pranic Beast to mutate, there needs to be a necessity. And the direction of mutation was achieved by focusing on a suitable characteristic of the Pranic Beast's body and elevating it to the extreme.
Once this characteristic could be exhibited using Prana, the Secondary Nature was born. Inala was doing this now, which was why he was steadily changing his left hand. He was hammering down on this characteristic of an adult Brully, and by doing so, was elevating it.
He was adapting his body to a state of constantly changing his left hand into various Spirit Weapons. And using Mystic Sumatra Art, he was imprinting this change on both his Prana and blood, using the cultivation technique's characteristics to accelerate the process.
It was just a matter of time before his body adapts to this lifestyle and births his Secondary
Nature. Of course, for that to happen, he needed to change his left hand into a variety of Spirit Weapons and constantly switch between the catalogue.
With that in mind, Inala walked out of his house and strolled towards the border of the
Varahan Enclave, casually waving at the Wean Clansmen who stared at him, intending to intercept him if he were to cross the border.
After all, if he were to spill some of the grey sand into the Varahan Enclave, the region was doomed. Thankfully, the border's resistance to the grey sand covered a good portion of the Enclave, so they wouldn't suffer much harm.
But they still needed to maintain alertness, since even if the region doesn't get destroyed, everything else on it will be.
"Halt!" A Wean Clansman appeared before Inala and announced aloud, "You're not allowed
to go beyond this point."
"Why?" Inala casually tilted his head and asked as if he hadn't understood the reason.
"Are you for real?" The Wean Clansman glared in response, "Don't overstep your bounds."
"Or what?" Inala asked and took a step forward, "Will you fight me?"
"I look forward to it." He chuckled as a massive Billakin Hammer appeared in his hand. He
twirled it around his finger, causing it to him as he poured a large amount of Prana within it,
steadily charging up its psychokinesis, 'Billakin isn't just good at forging Spirit Weapons. It can also dismantle them.'
"Alert the rest." The Wean Clansman said in a hurry to his comrades and assumed his Empyrean Boar Transformation. He rushed at Inala without hesitation, activating Shredded Lunge to close the gap spontaneously.
He braked right before Inala as six wind blades were generated, lining up right behind each
other as they targeted Inala's hip. Blood spilled out as Inala's hip was partially severed. However, his hands grabbed the Empyrean Boar by the nose and applied pressure.
'What is this strength?' The Empyrean Boar was alarmed as it activated Shredded Lunge once
again and intended to create some distance between the two. It managed to activate the Nature successfully and even targeted Inala with the generated wind blades.
The wind blades hacked into the Brully's legs that were raised up as a guard. Meanwhile, the Brully's pair of claws had dug into the Empyrean Boar's eyes and ripped them out.
Right as the Empyrean Boar jerked its body, using Shredded Lunge in an effort to throw off
Inala, the latter gripped into the eye socket tighter and then extended the leg into the sky. A Billakin Hammer wrapped around the leg, resembling a cylinder, but behaved like a heel.
It was then brought down hard on the Empyrean Boar's skull, cracking it completely. Immediately after, Inala twirled in the air and kicked the Empyrean Boar in the face, swerving it to the side and forcing it to tank the attacks launched at him.
He landed a couple metres away and held his knees, applying pressure on the deep gash there.
With that, his Prana could heal the damage faster, same for his hip.
Mystic Sumatra Art-Regeneration Affinity!
The major damage healed in a matter of seconds as he watched a group of Wean Clansmen
gather before him, chuckling happily, "That's a lot of you guys."
"Alright," He stretched his limbs and inhaled slowly, 'This will serve as a good practice run
before I resume making a grey sand Spirit Weapon.'
He extended his hand towards the group of Wean Clansmen and beckoned for them to attack,
"Come at me, all of you."
"A Brully always enjoys a good fight."
