Almost a year has passed, and Ron is now five years old. This year has brought significant changes to the secluded Land of Lightning and the wider ninja world.

Under their guidance, major cities now have functioning aboveground railroads and stations, forming the core of the nation's trade and communication network, leading to economic growth, and improvement in life.

Electrical appliances once limited to Kumogakure and a few urban cities, have now spread to most cities, with plans to reach every corner of the Land of Lightning in the near future. Power generation remains diverse, relying on wood and coal, while solar energy though not yet dominant has become a key focus of research, in Kumogakure under Ron's guidance, as he did not want to ruin nature, so he always believed coal was temporary.

Most cities currently rely on aboveground power lines, but in developing areas such as Kumogakure and the Daimyo's capital, Ron has advocated for a more advanced approach. These locations have already implemented underground power grids and sewage systems, with infrastructure designed to accommodate future expansions and technological advancements.

Ron believes that soon, new industries and jobs will emerge, transforming life in the ninja world, mainly in the Land of Lightning for now.

This year, Kumogakure has seen the formation of various new departments, along with the rise of many new leaders. Whether they are Uzumaki, other ninjas, or civilians, people are now dedicating themselves to research, agriculture, and other fields beyond traditional shinobi roles.

However, these rapid developments have placed additional strain on the Third Raikage.
