Those who come to City W often have a specific purpose—to trade, seek power, or avoid punishment from the Fortress City. But one mistake can mean death.

- City X is a place where risk and opportunity are always balanced. Relatively safer compared to Cities V and W, one still needs to be at Level 3 to 5 to have a chance of survival. This city often serves as a stop for adventurers, dark traders, or even bounty hunters. However, without caution, those in City X can easily be killed, simply for saying the wrong thing or walking into the wrong place.

- Cities Y and Z, while not as dangerous as V, W, or X, still harbor chaos in a more subtle form. Only those with certain connections, usually with one of the groups or criminal leaders there, can enter these cities. These places are nests of intrigue and power struggles, where the more "controlled" Anomalies and Abnormals often conflict with one another. However, when faced with an external enemy, they possess a unique ability to unite their strengths, setting aside madness for the sake of survival.

The Underground City is a lawless world, devoid of morality. If the legendary Gotham is considered the City of Sin, then the Underground City is more than that—it is the City of Chaos. Here, barbarism is not the exception, but the rule.

Every day is a fight for survival, where alliances can change in an instant, and enemies can become allies simply because a new threat approaches.

However, one thing is certain: despite being colored by madness and conflict, the inhabitants of the Underground City possess an extraordinary survival instinct.
