"Is that so?" Liam replied and while thinking that he understood.

'Ahem just kidding, I will buried underneath the spot of those fucking righteous cultivators!' He laughed and left this for future.

He looked at her and said "Thanks for clearing out my confusions. Now then, would you like to go with me in the past?"

He didn't said again as they were still hiding that Lilith didn't followed him in the past or that they really don't know each other origin.

"Hmm let's go." Lilith seems to think while she already has an answer and after some moments she replied him.

He nodded and then seems to think something, he asked "What will happen to Selena and Serena? Will they stay here in the present or go back in past with us?"

He didn't know whether their world works as same, a little worried so to clear out his confusion he still asked.

"They will be fine and will be in my world, that means if I am here in present time, then they will be in present time and if I am in past then...!"

"Okay, however I have a question for you." Liam nodded his head and asked something he is really curious about.

"What is your current cultivation realm? Can you meet your past self if you went into past in the same time and location?"

"This are two questions." Lilith smiled as she put her hands on her mouth.

She found out that slowly she seems to adapt to this kind of moves and action like human women's.

Liam on the other hand turned his face, she is really damn cute and cool!

Do you know what is cute and what is cool in one person? No, you don't!

Lilith didn't know what he is thinking and after thinking some moments, she replied "For my cultivation realm... Let's keep this a secret as it makes women more attractive."

"Really? You are gonna use this sentence?"

She waved her hand as if to say stop and listen me.

She continued "Ahem in fact I can't tell you my cultivation realm because we aren't allowed to tell by nature rules or in your term, by the heavens!."

Hearing her Liam really wanted to ask whether nature rules are present in void world too. However as we know they still hasn't opened up who they really are.

Even though Lilith transformed into the void creature form but she didn't explained him that she is the void lord and he didn't asked.

But they both clearly know each other identities well.

"Okay then what about second question?" He was speechless inside his heart and asked.

"Hmm that's a tricky question for someone if you ask." Lilith rubbed her chin and then shook her head as she replied "I did went into past one time, specially to meet my past self, to change the past, to get the opportunity or make it available for my past self so I could get that advantage. In other words changing the past."

"But... I never found myself in the past. It's as if I never existed. Do you know what that means?"

Liam was stunned as heard her, but he could understand that many peoples... No many cultivators have many things they wanted to do in the past, to change the past.

But can they really do that? That answer is very illusory, like an illusion.

You will never found the right answer, why?

Just because if you don't have enough strength then changing the past is really impossible.

Going back in the past and changing it are two different things.

Let's talk about from Liam's perspective, if Liam went back in time to change Lilith, his second mother, past. Then he could do as long as he could bear the causez effect and karma for everything that will be changed in the future that should happen at one point.

If he didn't have enough power to bear the cause, effect, and karma. Well then he could do nothing about it.

He couldn't change the past.

If he has enough power he could change,

But from the same, Liam's perspective, if he went into past to change his past.

Then there could be two things which happens,

One is that he can't appear at one time and location as his past self, he can alternatively change his past using other persons.

The other is what matters here,

If he went into past and didn't saw his past self, then the most likely why this happened is because he is powerful, he is very powerful yet still not powerful enough to change his past self.

Let's say he is powerful enough so that only he is the only one in the heaven and earth.

There is no past self, no future self. Only the present!

This is powerful enough.

And then comes powerful enough to overwhelm everything, when you have that much power then everything changes.

You can do whatever you want! You can went into past, change your past because even though there is no past self but a defined past is existed from beginning. And since you are powerful enough you can change it.

As for what happens with Lilith, it's naturally that she is powerful enough but not powerful to change everything.

That means there is no past and future self of her in heaven and earth.

Liam thought about this messy things and finally after thinking for some moments he still replied "Because you don't have past and future? You are the only one in the heaven and earth - the present self?"

Even though she would most likely ask how he knew but he isn't your dense novel protagonist, who will show himself as dumb so no one can could ask him how he knew or anything like that.

Since he knew and there is no harm for him then that's fine rather then becoming a stupid dick!

"How do you know!?"

See see? This is the question where those dumb protagonist falter. That's why they always lie. Well forget about them.

He would watch them to laugh and spend his boring time, most likely watching ecchi anime, with harem and dumb protagonist so the story could go on, like one girl come, love him and our protagonist is literally dumb. So the story would go on like that and author would milk the story as much as he can.

"I guessed, how? Am I right?" Liam raised his eyebrows while smiling.

"Yes, I am very powerful!" Speaking of this, Lilith showed pride on her face, she never knew that she would feel cool and comfortable inside her heart if she tell someone this.

This is dumb but that's what it is.

'No, I most likely, like telling him. Maybe talking to him? Become his second mother? Now he is calling me second mother? I know that there is his mother little Lilith. Umm our name are same. So all I need to find a solution so that he would stop calling me second mother and just call me mom.' She thought for a moment and a idea come into her head.

'Why I didn't think about it before? Even though doing this will mess up relationship however the relationship is already messed up in 'our' family! It's decided, just like Liam being my son, I would accept Lilith as my daughter. Then he has to call me mom instead of second mom! Yes that's perfectly fine.'

She thought and laughed,

Liam was speechless and didn't know what she thought but started laughing.

He asked "So umm, am I telling the truth?"

Even though he has some guess but the theory remains unverified. So it's a good idea to verify it now.

Lilith come back to her senses and replied "Yes, you are perfectly right! Umm it's because there is no past and future self and only present. So I couldn't change past by simply going back."

"Ohh but have you ever thought about like umm how to say, like you becoming so powerful that even the rules and law didn't matter to you. At that time you could surely change your past self right?"

"Yes, but that's impossible." Lilith replied swiftly and turned her face having less interest in continuing with this topic.

Became powerful enough that even law and rules didn't matter to you? Why not? But could she ever see that realm line? The answer she thinks is big NO!

So don't think about as it's going to make you uncomfortable.

For Lilith, there is nothing that she needs to change in the past.

As for why she went into past, well it's a novel experience for her.

Of course that definitely matter that there are also some of opportunities that she didn't get in the past and she wanted to provide it to her past self.

As for present self, they most likely don't matter or if there is really something she needs in past, then she didn't have enough power to bear the cause, effect and karma.

In other words she is awesome, she can go back in past, follow others into past, take action in past, can bear the cause, effect and karma doing to slaughter a world but she can't bear the cause, effect and karma if she wanted to have a treasure for herself.

Like what the heck?

She shook her head and asked "So do you want me to go with you in the past?"

"Yes." Liam replied and opened the time and space gate again to go back in past.
