Chapter 3736: Unquestionably True! IV
Noah's words were heavy, echoing through the dazzling waves of Complexity and Purity. Every gaze snapped to him, shocked, then in the next instant, the Infiniverse Body bowed.
|Forgive me, Master. It will not happen again.|
…!
Nearby, Ruination bit her lip, her expression sharpening with fierce determination as she stared at her Master.
|I will bring you Ruin from the depths of the Cycles of Breakings, Master!|
They each spoke with unwavering conviction, and Noah simply nodded, lifting a hand to pause them.
The Infiniverse Crucible would now truly begin. Even for him.
He had crafted a method to quantify the very essence of a True Source, what it truly was, and how far removed it stood from Lesser, Greater, and even Prime Sources, and how they were nothing but roadmaps- guides to something unfathomably real and True.
There was still so much more to be done.
But for now…
HUUM!
His body began to shift.
Gold and blue clouds formed around him, regal and tyrannical in equal measure.
A stellar crown spun above his head, forged from those same celestial clouds, as his body radiated the terrifying majesty of the True Origin Osmontian Paracausal Lineage.
It was as if blue and gold auras poured endlessly from his very being.
His hair shimmered in dark blue-gold hues.
His eyes gleamed with golden pupils- spinning Wheels of Existence.
A blue-gold garment, etched in infinity runes, wrapped around his frame, hiding the powerful sculpture beneath.
He looked like something carved from Quintessential intention. So fantastically pure that it felt dangerous to stare at him too long as his mere presence could begin to unravel weaker True Sources.
He was the Origin Prime Osmontian Infinitum, and the grandeur of what that meant shone through.
It wasn't a True Source in itself, but a Lineage that held such staggering Complexity and Purity, it surpassed even Harmonized Sourcebound Icons, rapidly climbing to the level of a Resplendent Monad.
Blue-gold radiance swirled around him, and even if he made no effort to defend himself, a Resplendent Monad's True Source…could never reach him.
He could remain still. The Great Beyonder could attack. And yet, his Lineage's glow alone would deny her True Source of Runes any contact!
This... this was how variations of power revealed themselves.
Even without his Infiniverse Physiology, even without drawing on the Weight of the Infiniverse, Noah could lift a finger and cause a Harmonized Sourcebound Icon to collapse, or injure a Resplendent Monad with ease.
Pillars of Concordance? Irrelevant.
Mythic True Signatures? Powerless!
In the end, only Complexity Quotient and Purity Quotient mattered. Even a bloodline could distort existence, if strong enough, to deny True Sources entirely.
Noah stood on the edge of something profound, and he knew it with glorious tyranny.
Anything… everything… once it passed a certain threshold of Source Units, once its CQ and PQ reached true heights, could begin to alter Existence itself.
A Concept could do it.
A Ruined Wheel like Ruination could do it.
And now, even Noah's Lineage was doing it.
He could feel the applications unraveling in his mind.
Ruination, more than a weapon, had evolved past Source Values. She was a Resplendent Monad.
The Infiniverse, a small floating island, now bloomed into a budding Living Wheel of Existence, its Purity Quotient enough to stir envy in even the greatest Monads.
So many possibilities bloomed.
And all of this seemed geared towards him!
Others could not do this!
He could handle multiple True Sources, each with its own Source Units, its own Complexity and Purity.
Each of his individual True Sources held different Source Units.
Right now, the Living True Source of the Singed and the Living True Source of Infinity had the highest CQ and PQ values, carrying his overall metrics to staggering heights.
Now, his Lineage would add to it as well.
Most beings… they could only ever raise a single True Source. That was the extent of their existence's Source Units.
But Noah?
Noah was different.
Quintessential!
Theoretically, he could raise his Lineage's Quotients alone to surpass 100,000 PQ and CQ Source Units. Through this alone, he could wield the power of a Primarch.
Even becoming a Primarch...was impossibly hard!
Melodrass had tried. Noah wasn't sure if he stalled at 99,999 Source Units or somewhere just beneath it, but he hadn't been able to cross even that final point.
Noah, however...if he raised multiple aspects of himself to the very limits of the Resplendent Monad stage...
If his Lineage exceeded 90,000 SU… if multiple Living True Sources did the same… then he'd break past the ceiling without even trying.
That was who he was.
Unquestionably True.
Quintessentially True!
So many paths lay ahead of him, but now… he wanted to see what his Lineage alone could achieve.
If it faced the Infiniverse, Ruination, and all others…
If it were reforged and battered again and again…
Just how high could its CQ and PQ climb?
What Pillars of Concordance would emerge? What Mythic True Signature?
Would he even need those… or would his Lineage birth something greater?
HUUM!
A thousand ideas flickered through his mind in an instant.
And the Infiniverse Crucible trembled.
Space warped, then split, as Henry Osmont appeared moments later.
His gaze wandered, filled with awe, before bowing to his father.
And waited.
Because in the next breath...
WAP! WAP! WAP!
Light bloomed as distortions tore reality apart.
Queen Adelaide appeared, then Queen Barbatos, Athena, and other Queens of the Infiniverse.
Kazuhiko, the Emperor Penguin, the Blue Slime, the Kraken, Dr. Hall—dozens more followed, their auras blazing with Harmonized Sourcebound Icon Complexity.
They were the Paracausal Infinitum Veinbearers, those who had chosen a True Source from Noah, elevating themselves to this level.
But more arrived, radiating the gentler waves of Nascent Source-Bearers.
These were the Paracausal Infinitum Oathbearers, those who aided in Noah's Fables but weren't with him long enough to earn Veinbearer status.
Among them: Ayame, Erikson, the Bard of Quintessence, Lilith, the Weavings of Oppenheimer, of Old Man Eudemus, the Great Mother, the Observer of Old and Young, Little Aspasia, the Sages, Yoo Jin, Emeline of the First Flame, Mysara, and so many more.
Noah looked upon them as they emerged into the Crucible.
Even if billions appeared, the space would remain vast. The few hundred here were grains of sand against an endless sea.
But still… their numbers mattered.
And with that…his voice echoed out.
"Now, an endlessly chaotic Crucible will truly begin. Fight. Die. Live. Then fight again. Until your existence screams with Complexity and Purity. Here, there are no allies. If your friends care, they will try to kill you, because that is how we grow. Fight. Fight freely. Fight… for yourselves and all you stand for."
WAA!
The blue-gold crown above Noah spun as he gazed across the Crucible with glorious power.
This was just the beginning.
And now… he had to see just how far he could take things!
And elsewhere…
In the Nullvein Gravewake Folds.
WAP!
Silently, another one of his bodies materialized and faded while wrapped in paradoxical light, vanishing from sight the moment it appeared as no entity with less Purity and Complexity would be able to find him in the Nullvein Gravewake Folds.
He didn't intend to stray far.
Just enough to understand the region he found himself in.
To ensure nothing had been missed.
After all, for at least a week or two…
He had to remain low key.
And untouched!
