Chapter 6: 6. I'm Innocent
"Before we leave, let me bring a certain cat over here" Tiamat said nonchalantly before a magic circle formed in front of her.
After the magic circle flashes with light a person seems to be teleported into it.
After the light dies down they could see the appearance of a black-haired woman with cat ears and tails gazing at them with a bewildered gaze…
…
*Gulp*
An audible gulp was heard as she stared at them.
"Ano... Kuroka is a good kitty Nyaah!" She made a cute pose only to be met with a deadpan stare.
"Should I get rid of her? She seems very suspicious" She could hear the blue-haired woman say which caused a shiver to run through her body.
'Please Don't!' Kuroka screamed inside her mind, she may be a Cat Yokai but she definitely didn't have 9 lives.
"No need, the poor girl is innocent" She heard a calm voice vouch for her and Kuroka felt like this person was her savior
Kuroka tremblingly gazed at the woman who spoke up for her and her eyes widened as she noticed a familiar face.
"Ehh! I-chan! "
…
"Vi-chan! Did You miss Nee-nee" Kuroka cooed at Vivian while rubbing her face against his, causing him to giggle. His current nickname wasn't that different from the previous way she called him so it wasn't that difficult for Kuroka to use.
{A.N : I = Irregular , thus I-chan}
Venelana just watched all of this with a smile while she was thinking deeply in her mind. It seems she needs to go to Sirzechs and tell him to revoke Kuroka's S-class criminal warrant. Surely that old man Zekram would back down once she revealed some of the dirt she had on him.
Venelana understood that the drawings she saw in Vivian's room must be about Kuroka and it must imply that he has some kind of bond with her. More than enough reason for Venelana to help her.
Now that all of the troublesome matters were dealt with it was time for them to go to the human world to meet her dear Seri, she couldn't wait to introduce her adorable baby to her too.
But before that…
Venelana gazed at Tiamat who also glared at her with intensity.
…
Dimensional Gap...
Abandoned Dimension...
…
"I wanted to smack that face of yours from the moment I saw you~" Tiamat said in a mocking tone.
"Oh~ What a coincidence~ me too~ It's high time that I put you in your place~" Venelana said in a fake cheerful tone as she gazed at Tiamat with a smile, but her eyes were not smiling at all.
Grayfia stood a few kilometers away with Vivian in her arms along with Kuroka. Hearing the two women trash-talk each other, Grayfia's eyebrows twitched a little but her face was impassive, she understood this situation might be the norm in the coming days.
Both Kuroka and Vivian had shining eyes as they gazed at the two women floating far away ready to duke it out at a moment's notice...
…
*Growl*
Tiamat growled a little as her humanoid body began to take on draconic traits. Two blue horns jutted out from her head and pale blue wings sprouted from her back along with a tail. Her eyes narrowed into draconian slits as her hands and feet started to gain scales and her fingers turned into claws.
It was clear she meant what she said when she mocked Venelana about smacking her.
Venelana just scoffed at this display, since it's a physical fight, she wants a physical fight is what she will get. Although not as physically strong as a dragon, unlike Tiamat who fought with her instincts, Venelana had trained her CQC to a high level, she may be a mage but she was no slouch when it came to armed and unarmed combat.
"Destruction Armour" Venelana whispered, as her POD started circulating around her body and materialized into a crimson battle dress.
Gazing at Timat's claws, Venelana gazed at her arms only for a pair of crimson gauntlets to materialize in her arms.
This display showcased Venelana's talent and her superior control over her power which she fine-tuned over the years.
Destruction energy was very volatile and hard to control. It has high destructive capabilities but along with it comes the problem of being hard to control. The stronger the power, the harder it is to control it.
Thus those with destruction energy are a bane to both their allies and enemies on the battlefield.
Something Venelana sought to change from the moment she started training, Venelana always understood the fact that power without control or restraint is power that is not your own...
...
"Hmph! Fancy tricks!" Tiamat scoffed and Venelana just rolled her eyes at her.
After a moment both of them vanished from their spots.
*Boom*
A loud noise was heard as Tiamat and Venelana's figures were revealed as both of their fists collided with each other causing a shockwave.
Tiamat skidded back a few feet in the air due to the impact and Venelana skidded more than 20 feet away. Tiamat raised her eyebrows in surprise as she expected Venelana to be blown away instead of just moving back due to the force of impact. But seeing Venelana being thrown farther away than her in the confrontation she revealed a triumphant grin.
Venelana just scoffed at the other woman's act of superiority. Although it irked her to lose, She never expected to beat a dragon with physical strength.
"I'll make sure to wipe that cocky smirk off after I'm done with you!" Venelana shouted before once more rushing to confront the cocky dragon.
The dragon in question was more than eager to put the 'Thieving Devil Bitch' in her place...

The powers of Tiamat in DxD aren't that explained except for the fact that she is a very strong dragon. Strongest among the Dragon Kings.
Draig is said to be afraid of her especially when she is enraged.
She acts as a referee for some rating games, so I thought why not some mastery over space? So *cough* limitless?
