Isekai Erotica: Template System!

Chapter 3: Lily & Ema.

After Lea left, Alex once again found himself alone. But with nothing to do, boredom quickly crept in. Feeling restless, he decided to read about Astrea—the title of the hero whose real name was never disclosed.

As he delved into the details, he realized that Astrea's life was filled with suffering and endless conflict, far beyond what Alex had imagined. Even as a reader, it was hard to comprehend everything that man had endured. If this had been a novel, Alex might have cursed the author, wishing for them to suffer through thirty generations of singlehood.

But this wasn't fiction—it was reality.

And because he had access to Astrea's lifetime of experiences just by using the hero's template—along with 1% of his skill set—it felt as if he had fought in thousands of wars himself. Yet, despite this overwhelming knowledge, Alex remained the same person from Earth. His personality hadn't changed.

'This system is a cheat.' He sighed, reflecting on it.

Even though this was the lowest-ranked system, he had chosen it over all the more powerful-sounding ones because it supposedly had the greatest potential for growth.

'Anyway, what should I do?' He thought. 'I can't even stand properly at this stage, and there's nothing to entertain me either.'

Having lived in the modern age, Alex found doing nothing to be suffocating. The empty room, the lack of distractions, and the absence of conversation only made it worse.

Just as he was about to close his eyes and let his mind wander, a soft sound broke the silence.

Tick…

The door creaked open, making Alex instinctively turn his head. Expecting to see Lady Lea, he was instead greeted by the sight of two beautiful girls around his age entering the room.

[World Information Note:

In this world, a single year is equal to three Earth years. Because of this, a month consists of 90 days, a week has 21 days, and a full year lasts 1,095 days.

The average lifespan here is much longer than on Earth—most people live between 80 and 90 years, while high-ranking individuals can surpass 100 years, with lifespans that stretch far beyond what any Earthling could hope for.]

The two girls who entered the room were stunning.

They stood out effortlessly, their beauty as eye-catching as a freshly bloomed flower, radiating a charm that could put even the most well-designed anime heroines to shame.

And yet, it wasn't just their looks that captured Alex's attention—it was their attire.

Both were dressed in maid uniforms—short skirts that subtly accentuated their well-proportioned figures, their hair neatly styled with an elegant touch. Their presence was graceful, and every step they took carried an air of refinement.

When they finally stopped in front of him, they bowed slightly, speaking in unison.

"Greetings. We have been assigned to take care of your daily tasks. We will remain by your side, so if you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask."

Their tone was polite and professional.

Yet, the way they said "anything" stirred something in Alex's mind.

Of course, after living alone for 40 years, his mental fortitude had been tempered beyond ordinary levels. He quickly suppressed any unnecessary thoughts, offering them a casual smile as he nodded.

"I see. Then, what are your names?" Alex asked, adjusting himself slightly on the bed.

The silver-haired maid was the first to respond. She placed a hand over her chest and bowed gracefully.

"My name is Lily."

The chestnut-haired maid followed with a similar bow. "I am Ema."

Both maintained a polite and professional demeanor, their voices smooth yet distant, as if accustomed to serving without forming attachments.

"Understood," Alex replied, nodding. He noticed how they avoided calling him by name, keeping a respectful formality.

Not that it mattered to him. Right now, he had more pressing concerns than social niceties.

His gaze drifted toward the empty room once more, and a thought crossed his mind. This world's structure, its history, its magic system—there's so much I don't know yet.

"Do you have any books here?" He finally asked. "Anything related to general knowledge, magic, or even history?"

Lily, the more composed of the two, nodded without hesitation. "Yes. There is a study filled with books that contain information on various subjects. If you wish, we can bring some here for you to read."

Ema, who seemed slightly softer in demeanor, added, "We can also assist in explaining anything you find difficult to understand."

That's convenient. Alex thought. Having guides for this world's knowledge would save him a lot of time.

"Good. Bring me books that cover the basics—magic, geography, and anything relevant for someone unfamiliar with the world." He instructed.

Lily bowed slightly. "As you wish. We will return shortly."

The two maids left the room with silent, practiced movements, leaving Alex alone once again.

Leaning back against the bed, he exhaled. "Alright, time to get a proper grasp of where I am."

His journey had only just begun, but knowledge was the first step to power.

Time passed slowly in the quiet room, the air filled only with the sound of pages turning.

Alex had spent the next two days immersed in books, absorbing as much knowledge as possible about this unfamiliar world. Whether it was history, magic theory, or geography, he devoured every detail like a starving man at a feast.

Of course, the process was made much easier by the presence of Lily and Ema.

The two maids were always nearby, standing silently like well-trained attendants, their professional smiles impeccably warm yet distant. They never interrupted unless spoken to, and whenever Alex had a question, they responded with unwavering patience.

Yet, despite their composed demeanor, their presence alone was dangerously tempting.

The way Lily's silver hair caught the candlelight, making her seem almost ethereal, or how Ema's soft chestnut locks framed her delicate features, was enough to stir certain thoughts he had long suppressed. Their short maid skirts, designed for elegance yet revealing just enough of their slender legs, didn't help matters either.

What made it worse was how they always smiled—just enough to appear gentle, but never enough to break their professionalism.

It was a subtle, calculated charm. The kind that didn't try to seduce yet made one's heart race all the same.

Whenever he glanced up from his book, they were always there, standing gracefully to the side, hands folded before them, their gazes unwavering.

It felt deliberate.

Not in a flirtatious way, but in a way that reminded him that he was being served and watched over. A stark contrast to his past life, where he had to rely solely on himself.

And then there was Lea.

Unlike the two maids, Lea didn't have the luxury of staying by his side for long. She would appear a few times throughout the day, checking in on him before disappearing again.

"You're adjusting well, it seems," she had noted on the second day, arms crossed as she regarded him with her usual mix of amusement and curiosity. "That's good. Rest up while you can. Once you're strong enough, I'll have work for you."

She never stayed longer than necessary, and Alex suspected it wasn't just due to her busy schedule.

There was something about the way she observed him, as if she were testing him, waiting for something to happen. But what exactly? He couldn't tell.

Still, his attention was constantly pulled back to Lily and Ema.

They were always graceful, always attentive, and always dangerously enchanting.

And as another day passed, Alex couldn't help but think—

If they weren't professionals...

Would they still smile at him the same way?

By the fourth day, Alex finally felt his body returning to normal.

The lingering weakness that had plagued him was now gone, thanks to Lea's healing spells and the nutritious, well-balanced meals that were always served with warmth. Strength coursed through his limbs once more, and he could tell—he was finally back to his best.

'This is great…'

As morning light streamed into the room, Alex stirred awake, his senses keenly aware of the soft rustling of fabric nearby. Blinking away the last remnants of sleep, his gaze landed on Lily, who was gracefully tending to the curtains, letting in the gentle rays of daylight.

She noticed his movement and turned slightly, a flicker of surprise crossing her usually composed expression. But just as quickly, she regained her poise and greeted him with a soft nod.

"Good morning."

Her voice was quiet, refined. There was no unnecessary warmth, just the practiced politeness he had come to expect.

"Morning," Alex responded, stretching his arms slightly. His muscles no longer felt sore. A good sign.

Lily moved to his bedside, hands folded neatly in front of her. "Madam has requested your presence in her office this afternoon."

Her words were spoken with the same gentle, professional tone, but Alex didn't miss the way her golden eyes lingered on him for a fraction longer than usual.

Lea had mostly left him alone these past few days, only checking in occasionally. But now, it seemed she finally had something planned for him.

'Looks like my recovery period is officially over.'

He sat up, running a hand through his hair before glancing at Lily. "Got it. What time exactly?"

"After lunch," she replied, her tone steady. "I will escort you there when the time comes."

Alex hummed in response, shifting his legs off the bed. "Then, I'll take a bath first."

Without hesitation, Lily and Ema moved in sync. While Ema silently prepared his clothes, Lily stepped toward the door.

"I will have the bath prepared," she stated before walking away.

Alex chuckled to himself. Even after days of watching them, their efficiency never ceased to amaze him.

After a refreshing bath and a meal that once again reminded him how much better food tasted in this world, Alex found himself with some time to kill before the meeting.

As usual, Lily and Ema remained by his side—silent, poised, yet ever so tempting.

Their roles as maids kept them professional, but Alex couldn't deny that there was something dangerously alluring about the way they carried themselves.

Maybe it was the way Lily's silver hair cascaded down her back, the loose strands framing her delicate face. Or perhaps it was how Ema's every movement seemed measured, graceful, her chestnut locks swaying lightly with each step.

Even something as simple as pouring him tea felt like a carefully practiced performance, designed to be both elegant and enticing.

He had seen his fair share of beautiful women back on Earth, but there was something uniquely captivating about a woman who was untouchable.
