Isekai Journey Of The Magic Archer

Chapter 1168: Supplimenting change

[OP: ]

As the first prince's group ventured away into the forest, they were faced with many difficult situations and things that they were not prepared for. Things that were beyond their expectations and things that were more than what they had expected.

Their party, Vulcan, was composed of 15 individuals: Elder Mage Thalia Harken Violate Bloom, a pureblood elf from the lineage of one of the highest ranking High Elf families: the vice captain of the party.

She was the one that guided them by being at the forefront of the group as they ventured into any new area of the forest.

If she was the one that acted as the field spearhead of the group, then the one who made actual advancements for their party was certainly the eldest one of their party, Elder Elderard, a scholar of dwarven lineage who had lived for over a millennia.

He was the oldest and wisest of the group and also someone who had been guiding this group ever since they all came together.

While he was strong enough to be more powerful than usual humans or strong knights, he was more of a mage than a fighter despite being a dwarf.

And since he rarely used magic, he was more of a scholar and researcher of the group.

In this group, he was similar to Lord Azelis Ephyria, a Grandmaster poison expert who used to be one of the top alchemists in the old times.

While not a prominent figure today, he used to be someone who had created many remedies for many illnesses, someone who had cured and poisoned more people than one could count on their hand in hundreds, and someone who was almost forgotten from the world now…

He was a unique Wizard that they met under certain hilarious circumstances but he was also an important part of the party.

Also, just like how he was in charge of creating potion and poisons for the party, the others also had their own unique roles to play.

Mem and Mim, twins of Vulcan as people called them, or the masters of intel gathering as their party members recognised them.

They were in charge of gathering information and without them, the entire party would not have survived for so long through so many ordeals.

They were from the east and had mastered the art of a Shinobi. There were few as skilled in this world as those two, making them an inseparable part of the group.

Though, if they had kept them alive through their excellent information gathering skills, Michelin March Kevin Waham was the one who kept them alive throughout their journey with his cooking.

He was a Chef that wasn't officially recognised as a (Master) by this world, but his extensive knowledge and ability to cook with any ingredients available, his ability to understand and analyse the materials, and his exceptional talent for cooking in any situation made him much better than any grandmaster or world famous chef out there.

On the fields, survival was the most important, and you don't survive without eating for days. Eating something dangerous would only result in an increased risk of death within the dungeons.

Michelin's cooking was not divine like that of empress Med, but it was something they enjoyed. Something that was simply as useful to the party as all the artifacts that were made by the old hands of Croft Javi, the old man who could create high level artifacts even out of mere wood.

A great master in a completely different realm from the experts of their group, a person who understood the art of Craft far better than anyone else among them– he was a true Creator.

He was also old for a human, and he was getting older, but the flame in his eyes and the passion in his heart was simply ever burning.

There were few in this world knowledgeable about the Artifact creation who would not have used the things that the legendary Croft had developed in the recent century.

From the daily utensils that people use to the grand artifacts that were once simply a theory, he had brought all those things to life, and such an individual was now part of this group.

Something that would not have been possible without the person who carries him around all the time: Oasis Hardian, the summoner of Janazopolis.

Currently, this one person has contracted Three earth spirits of (Advanced) rank and a (Superior) rank spirit of (Soil). He had contract with two (Intermediate) rank earth spirits, as well as four basic spirits that beginner summoners possessed.

He was the reason their belongings stayed safe as well. With the spirits that he had, he could not only carry around the elder, but also their entire lab with him.

If needed, he could carry around the entire group and move quickly to avoid many dangerous situations as well.

He could protect them, he could defend against threats, and he was also the reason they never really had to worry about difficult terrains. As some of the few Earth Spirit experts of the world, he knew how to transform the earth according to his will.

But then again, Earth element was not everything that they needed during their difficult adventures so, they also had another summoner, the Wife of the same earth spirit summoner who possessed only six basic spirits but, those spirits were of different elements.

Yes… Caelith Isoldeia Tahlira was a Hexa-element summoner with the affinity for all six elements.

She was also a unique being that was neither human nor mortal.

Not much was known about her, and she did not know much about herself either, but she was a person. A powerful person that had such a deep connection with her six spirits that there were few in the world who could ever achieve as great a connection with them as they had.

She was finding the truths about herself. She knew she was different from all life around her, she was unique, but she wasn't the same as the creatures that were born of just the nature.

Even if she was a natural born, she also had a mortal essence for some reason, making her a unique entity that might be a unique offspring of something very close to nature, and someone of a mortal origin.

While they knew little about her, they had survived many situations only thanks to her and her spirits.

She was good with many other things as well, so she was like an elder sister to the entire group.

However, when it came to survival of the entire group, there was no one who was as helpful to the group as the three people who, while not possessing as high level powers or skills as the rest, were a very important part of the group.

They were called the handy trio of Vulcan, the three marvel makers of the fields.

Be it helping anyone with their work, be it creating something from scratch for the group, be it securing supplies, be it fixing some stuff, or be it any kind of work.

When Benny, Neel Brumen, and Key Neumorg came together, there was little that they could not accomplish.

If they set their minds to it, they could even defeat their captains, or win against a battle of intel gathering against the twin sisters, or create an artifact that was more innovative than what their elders could make.

They were actual geniuses who could use magic, weapons, and knowledge as they willed. While there were many things they could not overcome by themselves, when they were together, they were an unstoppable force.

The Vulcan had refined and trained them to be the best they could. Under the guidance of all the other members, they had developed into a weapon, a tool, a trump card that they could play at any moment.

They were also the troublemakers of the group, but handling them was not as difficult as handling the strict healer of their group, the Saintess of the Blessed Sanctum, Auriela Cassiopheia Lysandra Veridiana Solmaria.

In terms of pure strength, she was the second strongest of the group right after their vice captain. She was also the healer of the group, as well as a saintess who had put more demons to rest than any of them in their group.

She was a living legend actually. There were few children who might not have heard about the great Saintess who subjugated a Marquise ranked demonic noble with the Heroic party of Saviors a few decades ago.

She was famous, however if they were talking about someone who was simply famous, then their captain, the first prince of Roxanna, would stand at the top of the charts as not only the prince of the central power of the western continent, but also as someone who had tied this phenomenal group together.

Charles Ember Vera Taxion F. Galahidron Vermilion Runobig August Xino Roxana… he was also the one with the longest name among their group. In fact, some of them in their party did not even remember this long ahh name.

Most just called him Captain, and rest that were closer to him or were elder to him or could speak casually to him called him Charles.

That was all. In the entire group, there were only three that actually remembered his long name and how much it meant to him.

One of those three, aside from their vice captain and Elder Elderard, was the last member of their party, the one who recorded everything that they did, the Archive of Vulcan, Wiser.

They possessed a special unique skill that allowed them to record everything that they wanted, everything that they felt, everything that they experienced.

Unlike Eon's innate inability to forget, this person possessed a skill that did most that Eon's mind did naturally without any drawbacks.

It was an archive. A skill that had its own limitations.

But that did not affect the fact that this person was a very important part to this crew.

Together, they possessed the ability and skills to survive in the forbidden area closed to those of the outside world.

And, perhaps, hopefully, they also possessed the skills, ability, Luck, and fate to get out of this place with all that they would gather by the time they become eligible to exit this place…
