Simultaneously, as the Hagoromo Clan's forces launched their surprise attack on the ninja alliance headquarters, five of their vanguard swiftly formed hand seals.

Unlike ordinary shinobi, the sheer scale and power of their techniques were overwhelming. Five elemental ninjutsu combined to form an immense, composite technique that surged toward the densest gathering of alliance forces.

"What's happening?"

"Enemy attack!!"

"How did they get here?"

"Such mastery over ninjutsu!"

The Hagoromo Clan's initial strike targeted the alliance's command and intelligence divisions, which were working on re-establishing communications.

Shikaku and Inoichi turned to see the incoming threat, their pupils shrinking in alarm.

There was no time to ponder how the enemy had arrived. Knowing they couldn't withstand the incoming attack, they prepared to evade.

Suddenly, an elderly figure appeared in front of them.

The familiar sound of shadow clones forming echoed.

The timely arrival of Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, brought a glimmer of hope. Together with four clones, he formed seals for all five elements.

"Goton: Dairendan no Jutsu!"

With synchronized precision, Hiruzen and his clones inhaled deeply, compressing vast amounts of chakra before exhaling streams of fire, wind, water, earth, and lightning.

In mere moments, the opposing five-element techniques clashed.

The alliance's base was engulfed in a dazzling display of elemental brilliance.

Amidst the continuous roar of the collision, the raw power of fire, the sharpness of wind, the fluidity of water, the solidity of earth, and the ferocity of lightning were on full display—a spectacular showcase of ninjutsu.

"Beautiful! This is true art—pure art! Hmm!" Deidara exclaimed, completely mesmerized by the scene.

"This is no time to get distracted, Deidara!" Kisame barked, slapping his shoulder before moving on to the next phase of their plan to wreak havoc in the alliance base.

Snapped out of his trance, Deidara crafted a clay bird, enlarged it, and took to the skies with a grin.

"Now it's time to show them my real art! Hmm!"

Elsewhere, the Hagoromo Clan elites, each moving in small squads, scattered to engage and dismantle the alliance forces.

Even the five who had unleashed the initial five-element technique joined the fray, surprised yet intrigued that their attack had been countered.

Hiruzen, summoning the Adamantine Staff, prepared to continue fighting when a voice called out.

"You're Sarutobi Sasuke's child, aren't you?"

He turned to see an elderly man clad in silver armor bearing the Hagoromo Clan crest.

"You… are the former clan leader of the Hagoromo Clan?" Hiruzen asked, recognizing him.

The elder, Hagoromo Kure, nodded, looking at Hiruzen with a trace of nostalgia.

"To think that the little brat I once knew has grown into an elder like me."

"And your mastery of composite ninjutsu is impressive. One might mistake you for a member of the Hagoromo Clan."

Kure hadn't expected to see someone outside the clan wielding composite ninjutsu with such finesse, even surpassing his own expectations.

Though older than Kure in years, Hiruzen maintained the humility of a junior. "Thank you for the praise. It's surprising to see you again under these circumstances, Hagoromo-senpai. However… now is not the time for your clan to be here."

As Hiruzen observed the battlefield, his concern grew. Despite the presence of Edo Tensei Kage like the Third Raikage, Third and Fourth Kazekage, and Third and Fourth Mizukage, as well as living legends like Jiraiya, the situation looked dire. The Hagoromo forces, though fewer in number, were individually powerful, tipping the scales of battle.

Kure's calm voice interrupted his thoughts. "And why do you think our arrival is untimely?"

Hiruzen, gripping the Adamantine Staff tightly, replied, "Gensou's ambitions will destroy the entire shinobi world. As a former shinobi yourself, you shouldn't be aiding his cause."

"Destroy the shinobi world?" Kure scoffed. "If not for my own kin, then for outsiders? If this world must be reshaped, let it be reborn as one ruled by the Hagoromo Clan!"

A fierce light burned in Kure's eyes. To someone who had devoted his life to his clan, the rise of the Hagoromo Clan as rulers of the shinobi world was the ultimate ideal.

As for the lives of others?

They were inconsequential.

This was the mindset shared by most Edo Tensei Hagoromo clan members—those who had chosen to follow Gensou not out of fear of his power, but out of shared ideals.

Only their vision for the future mattered.

Realizing persuasion was futile, Hiruzen raised his staff with a resolute expression.

"Forgive me, Hagoromo-senpai, but I must oppose you."

"Come," Kure replied, beckoning with a hand. "You joined some village called Konoha and even became its Hokage. Show me the strength of this so-called strongest Kage of the era."

Their clash erupted with an explosive sound, the two titans exchanging blows.

Nearby, Jiraiya, momentarily distracted by the confrontation, was struck by Hagoromo Rei, sending him flying. Quickly recovering, he caught Rei's next punch mid-air and resumed their battle.

"You're quite strong," Rei noted amidst their clash. "What's your name?"

"Jiraiya," he answered without hesitation.

"And your surname?" Rei pressed.

"Jiraiya is my full name," he replied, confused by the question.

Rei froze for a moment.

"You're… a commoner?"

Unbothered by Rei's astonishment, Jiraiya counterattacked.

Elsewhere, Hagoromo Mio stared at the unscathed Third Raikage, who had effortlessly withstood her blade. Her cold expression gave way to excitement.

"A Raikage from the shinobi village era? Excellent!"

Eager for a worthy opponent, Mio lunged again.

Across the alliance headquarters, the fierce battle raged on.

Blood and flames intertwined as chaos unfolded.
