Chu Yuechan smiled. "Oh, my apologies—Little Master—no, I mean Ye Chen. I never expected you to be the heir of the legendary Sage God."

Ye Chen tensed. "How do you know about that?" He was caught off guard. Aside from himself and Gu Xuan, no one else should have known this secret.

Chu Yuechan chuckled. "Hahaha, Ye Chen, you're really funny. Don't panic like that. We are now connected, and because of that, I can perceive everything you possess. That includes details about all the techniques and abilities stored within you."

"What?!" Ye Chen was stunned by the extent of her abilities.

"Yuechan, do you know about the Sage God?" Ye Chen asked curiously.

Chu Yuechan nodded. "I know a little. The Sage God was one of the Five Great Gods in ancient times and controlled the seven primary elements: fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, light, and dimension."

"Wait, that's not right," Ye Chen interrupted. "Shouldn't there be eight elements? Fire, water, wind, earth, lightning, light, darkness, and dimension?"

Chu Yuechan frowned. "Ye Chen, what are you saying? The Sage God was revered by countless deities and goddesses. There's no way he possessed the power of darkness."

Ye Chen shook his head. "But the Sage God himself told me. He had eight special veins, each representing an element."

Intrigued, Chu Yuechan reached out and grasped Ye Chen's wrist. She channeled her mental energy, probing his meridians. However, she could only detect fifty-two Vein Gates.

Ye Chen smirked. "The Sage God's special veins can be concealed at will. No one can detect them unless I allow it."

Chu Yuechan pouted. "Ye Chen, don't be stingy. Let me see them."

Sighing in resignation, Ye Chen revealed the hidden veins. Chu Yuechan studied them closely, her eyes widening when she saw the additional eight meridians. One of them glowed red like fire.

"This vein represents fire... meaning you can control all types of fire in this world," she murmured. But then her expression darkened. "How could a Sage God possess the power of darkness? And why is there no mention of it in any records?"

Ye Chen shrugged. "Does it really matter if he had the power of darkness? Is that a problem?"

Chu Yuechan's expression turned serious. "Ye Chen, you don't understand. In the Divine Realm, darkness is a forbidden power. Anyone who possesses it is labeled a devil and will be hunted by the Deva Realm."

Ye Chen frowned. "Why?"

"Long ago, during the Age of True Gods, an eternal war raged between the deities and the forces of Satan. They slaughtered each other, resulting in countless casualties. This conflict, which began billions of years ago, continues to this day. Any cultivator of darkness who enters the Deva Realm is killed on sight. Likewise, if a deity enters Satan's territory, they will meet the same fate."

Chu Yuechan's eyes locked onto Ye Chen's. "If you ever gain the power of darkness, never use it. The consequences will be severe."

Ye Chen sighed. "So, if I ever find the Dark Crystal left behind by the Sage God, I just need to avoid using it, and everything will be fine, right?"

Chu Yuechan hesitated. "Not necessarily. If you don't absorb the Dark Crystal, your inheritance from the Sage God will remain incomplete. This will affect your future strength."

Ye Chen was caught in a dilemma. "If I take the Dark Crystal, I'll be hunted, but if I don't, I won't reach my full potential… What a mess."

"Fortunately, I haven't found it yet," he muttered.

Chu Yuechan nodded. "For now, you don't have the power of darkness, so there's nothing to worry about."

Then, her expression shifted to one of amusement. "By the way, Ye Chen, how many women do you have now?"

Ye Chen blinked in surprise. "Uh… just one. We only started dating today."

Chu Yuechan burst into laughter. "Only one? With your abilities, you should be able to attract countless women easily!"

Ye Chen frowned. "I'm not the type to date someone I just met."

"Oh really?" Chu Yuechan's eyes gleamed mischievously. She leaned in close and whispered into his ear, "Then, Master, what if I teach you a few things in bed? Would you like that?"

Her sweet, sultry voice sent a shiver down Ye Chen's spine. He swallowed hard.

There was no denying it—Chu Yuechan was breathtakingly beautiful, the kind of woman whose allure could topple nations. And now, she was teasing him relentlessly.

Ye Chen clenched his fists, trying to maintain his composure.

Chu Yuechan smirked. "So, Master, do you prefer being on top? Or would you like me to take the lead?"

Ye Chen grabbed a cup of water and took a long sip, turning his gaze away to resist temptation.
