Both stood face-to-face on the training ground.

"Are you deaf?" the girl snapped. "I told you to leave! Get out of my sight, you weakling!"

Enraged, Ren retorted, "No, I'm not leaving! Do what you want!"

Suddenly, a powerful attack hurtled towards him. Ren noticed it and dodged repeatedly.

"This is your final warning!" the girl shrieked. "Now get out of here!"

Ren drew his sword, ready for a fight. "Fine," he declared, "if you want to fight, let's fight!"

The girl unleashed a flurry of fireballs.

Ren weaved through each attack, dodging them with precision.

She continued her relentless assault, but Ren deftly avoided every single one.

"Hey, boy!" the girl yelled. "Why are you just dodging? Don't you have any power? Attack!"

She launched even more fireballs.

But this time, Ren met each incoming attack with his sword, cleanly slicing through them.

He then advanced towards the girl, intending to strike, but just then...

She utilized Earth magic, conjuring numerous wooden spikes from the ground between them and launching them at him.

Ren was taken aback. What? She can use Earth magic too? She's my age, yet she can use two types of magic!

He continued to dodge the relentless onslaught of attacks.

Ren's anger flared this time, and he unleashed his own Fire magic, incinerating all the incoming projectiles.

The girl watched, stunned. What? He can use magic too? At such a young age?

"Interesting!" the girl said, a cold amusement in her voice. "So you can use magic too? Good, this will be even more fun!"

She channeled even more power, launching a faster, fiercer barrage of fireballs.

Ren met her attack with his own fireball, and both spells collided in mid-air, neutralizing each other.

The girl continued her powerful assault, her attacks growing faster and more forceful, making it increasingly difficult for Ren to endure.

Ren thought, I didn't expect her to be this strong. She's my age, yet she seems stronger than me.

The girl then used her magic, creating a circle of fire and trapping Ren inside. She thought:

I had a feeling that kid would be strong, but not strong enough to stand against me. Alright, even if he can use magic, that doesn't mean he's stronger than me.

She started to walk away, but then Ren used Water magic to break free from the circle. "Wait!" he called out.

"What? The fight isn't over yet! What makes you think it would end so soon? No, I've only just begun! I still have much more to show you!"

The girl was surprised. She looked at him, realizing he was indeed her age, yet he could use two elemental types of magic. This means he's a genius too!

She laughed, a chilling sound. "Interesting! Let's fight again!" And with that, she unleashed another barrage of Earth magic attacks, these far more dangerous than before.

Ren dodged every single one, using his sword to deflect them.

Ren launched a massive Water magic attack that struck the girl, causing her visible damage.

The girl thought, His attacks are incredibly strong too!

Ren continued his relentless assault.

The girl skillfully evaded his attacks, relying on her Earth magic for defense.

They were fighting on equal ground.

Ren charged towards her and attacked with his sword, but just then...

The girl also drew her sword and defended herself.

Ren thought, Wait, what? She knows swordsmanship too?

"What did you think?" the girl taunted. "That I only know magic? No, I'm quite good with a sword too!"

And both began to duel with their swords.

Ren used his Flowing Shadow Blade Technique, vanishing and reappearing instantly by her side, launching a surprise attack. She was utterly shocked, and the attack landed, sending her reeling back two paces.

Ren stood firm on the ground, his sword in hand.

The girl slowly rose, her eyes blazing with fury.

"Alright," she growled, "you are strong. I didn't think anyone could challenge me, especially someone my age. I admit, you're strong. I called you weak, but no, you are strong. But..."

Suddenly, Fire magic began to gather all around her, and she declared, "Don't mess with me!"

She then unleashed an enormous Fire magic attack. Destruction spread everywhere. Everything was breaking, winds howled, and after gathering all the fire, she launched her assault.

The attack hurtled towards Ren, followed by a massive explosion.

"See?" the girl scoffed. "I told you you couldn't stand against me! You might be strong, but not stronger than me!"

Smoke filled the air, and through the haze, Ren became visible.

He stood amidst the smoke, shielded by a barrier of Ice magic.

The girl's eyes widened in disbelief. Wait, what? He can use Ice magic too? That means he can use three elements!

Then, Ren launched an attack with his Ice magic.

The girl danced around, dodging his blows.

Ren launched a massive Ice magic attack that soared towards the girl.

Ren thought, That attack must have hit. I knew she was strong, but not that strong.

Just then, the Ice attack shattered into a million pieces, revealing...

The girl had broken the Ice attack with a single kick and a punch.

The girl taunted, "What, do you think I'm so weak that a single Ice attack can defeat me? I may not be able to use Ice magic or other advanced magic, but my physical strength is immense! Come on, attack! This is getting fun!"

Ren unleashed a flurry of Ice attacks.

The girl casually shattered each one, sometimes with a punch, sometimes with a kick.

Ren thought, She knows how to use a sword, she knows magic, and her body is incredibly strong! Wait, could she be the same genius they were talking about?

Suddenly, the girl charged forward and delivered a powerful kick that sent Ren flying backward, leaving him injured.

"What's wrong?" the girl sneered. "Get up! This is fun!"

The girl, despite fighting, seemed exhausted. She was panting and injured, yet she kept fighting.

Ren slowly got up, thinking, Wait, I might have to use my real attack. I think I'll have to use my secret technique.

He then channeled both his Water magic and Fire magic, unleashing an incredibly powerful attack. Smoke engulfed everything, and when it cleared, it revealed...

The girl lying on the ground, with Ren's sword held to her throat.

She was utterly shocked. What was that attack?

Just as Ren was about to say something...

A voice from a distance called out, "Wow, that was an excellent fight! But stop now! End it!"

Ren looked around. Wait, that voice sounds familiar. Who's speaking? Is that my dad?

It was then revealed that everyone—the King, the Queen, and all the others—had been watching their fight.

The girl also looked around, surprised that they had all been watching.

Ren retracted his sword and stepped back. The girl stood up and, without a word, walked away in a huff.
