Journey Towards Truth

Narad losing his composure glazed at Om. Again Raj felt some kind of pressure on him.

But Om, who had already lost his composure, didn't back down.

Raj grabbed Om's hand and pulled him from there by Thanking Narad and Sara.

"Everyone, thank you for the dinner."

outside Om's room, Raj tries to calm Om.

"Dude, keep it cool. We also wanted to know. But this is not the way."

"But Mr Raj, with so many questions popping in my mind, I cannot concentrate on my trials."

As their conversation went along, Raj heard someone's walking sound.

"Om, I think someone is coming our way."

Both look that way and found out that it was Sara.

She came to talk to both Raj and Om.

After Sara came close to them, both Raj and Om looked at each other in confusion.

Sara looked towards Om,

"Master Om, I know you have been through a lot. And have many questions but behaviour like this is not a good way to get your answer."

"I don't sure. But I heard the conversation between Mr Shiv and Boss about your quota."

"Lord Kashyapa has many connections in W.I.A. There they found out that white fruits can improve a person's physical capabilities."

This information came from lord Kashyapa to Mr Shiv and from him to boss"

"Apart from that I don't know much. Hope you got some part of the answer to your question."

After her explanation, she left them there and went off somewhere.

"Om how do you feel now. At least listen to your sister in law, if not me." Raj to Om.

Om looked at Raj with menace.

Raj felt shy, turned and went into his room like nothing happened.

Only Om remained there. Now the only thought he was having is, "does he really have a chance to be an inheritor?"

He went inside his room. And slept on his bed.

at last he finally got glimmer of hope.

"I hope everything works out in my favour." finally having smile on his face he fall asleep.

Both Raj and Om had the best sleep that night.

Whole night passed by.

In the morning, Om after getting ready went to Narad's office.

Outside the room he knock the door.

"Come in."

Om enter and first thing he did was to apologise to Narad.

"Mr Narad, sorry for my behaviour of last night."

"No need to apologise master Om. Your are just a kid. You can make mistakes but I hope that you learn from them and don't repeat them."

"Yes, I will do my best." Om expressed.

"Any way why are you here in the morning."

"Only nine days remained till the inheritance ceremony and to reach there 1 day time is needed. Meaning i only have 8 days to prepare myself."

"But with my physique, physical training is not worth it. At school we have been told many things about the cere but I want to know more about both inheritances and ceremony."

"So, if you may. Can you help me find some data related to it."

"Also about information about all the candidates selected by C.U.I in last 5 years."

Narad Happily replied, "Master Om, apart from candidates information, you can learn about others in our library."

"As for C.U.I's candidates information leave that till you receive your inheritance."

Om asked in excitement, "do this facility have a library too?"

"Yes,master Om. To find library just go to the other lift present at our reception area."

Excited Om ran from there like no care in the world.

On the way, Raj found Om running with excited look and a smile on his face.

Raj wished him, "good morning".

But Om ignored him and didn't replied.

Upon reaching library, He witnessed a grand scene which lightened the stars in his eyes.

A Large maze like library.

For Om who is unable to do physical tasks and don't have real life friends. Books were the only friends he always had and now finding a library of this size. He almost lost his size.

From that time, Om remained there for whole 8 days. During that duration, Raj with waiters help provided breakfast, lunch and dinner to him there. But even during having food, he read the books. Even upon requesting by others He didn't took bath whole time he was there.

He ignored others like no-one exist in the world apart for him.

At the ninth day in the morning, Narad with Raj and Sara went to the library to take Om because he had hidden himself somewhere in the library.

With the help of some soldiers, they found him sleeping in a rubble of books.

Raj sprinkled some water at Om's face.

"Kid, wake up. We have to go."

"Go? To where?"

"We have to reach the ceremony before the evening." Raj said.

"Wait, today we have the inheritance ceremony."

"Yes today." Raj confirmed.

Narad and Sara laughed at Om's behaviour while the soldiers left the place.

"Ohh shit!."

"For whole 8 days I have been reading everything apart from what my goal was."

Om face turned lifeless and he lost his consciousness.

"Hey kid don't due yet." Raj slapped him trying to woke him up.

After getting ready, Narad dropped them both to the school. At the assembly ground of school, a large aircraft similar to a sci-fi space space was surrounded by other students, their family and other people like Raj who wants to join the ceremony.

a total of 57 people will go to the ceremony. On top, the pricipal will be with them.

After taking their seats together in the air craft, Om looked outside the window and found out that Narad and Mr Kashyapa both were looking at him.

Om was confused. He thought, "Ronnie is in the other side. Is he looking at me?"

Suddenly Kashyapa waved his hand confirming Om's suspicion.

Om asked Raj, "Mr Raj, lord Kashyapa just waved his hand toward me like he was biding farewell to me."

To that Raj replied, "May be because of Grandpa Shiv. Mr Narad did told us that they both know eachother."

Believing Raj, He Opened his bag and took a book out.

"What are you doing with this book?" Raj asked.

"Since, i haven't read anything about inheritance ceremony in the library. I stole this book from there."

Raj after listening to Om, thought, "he will get us killed."

A devilish image of Narad appeared in his mind. Making a chill in his spine.
