__________

One Week Later Naohiro P.O.V.

The strongest class at Jujutsu High is on its way to meet the bums in Kyoto. We joined a few other people from our school, but I didn't bother learning their names.

Geto broke the silence. "What do you think the other school will be like?"

I wanted to say nobody cares, but that would be rude.

Tilting my head to look at him, I reply. "No clue. I haven't recognized any big names that will be participating. If their school is anything like ours, some of them will likely have a stick up their ass."

While I said that, I recognized two people that we would be meeting.

Utahime and the current principal of Kyoto, Yoshinobu Gakuganji.

I was looking forward to meeting Utahime since she was an interesting person in the story. Gakuganji gives me Ogi vibes, and I don't plan on getting Yaga offed by this geezer.

In addition, he has been a higher-up for a little while now, so he has been on the list of people who have been trying to take advantage of me.

Damn, he ruined my mood. It's not like I can't fix that issue, though having a principal mysteriously go missing during an event would be pretty suspicious.

Just then, Gojo throws an arm around my shoulder. "Hey, what's got you down in the dumps? We're the strongest. It's not like these randoms can beat us."

I glance at Shoko and see her with a grin. Then, she changed the direction of her eyesight before whistling, which didn't work with a cigarette in her mouth.

*Sigh* I'm not going to beat the allegations, am I?

Geto notices the atmosphere and speaks up again. "Well, in any case, it will surely be an interesting event, all right. By the way, Satoru, you really should stop acting loud and arrogant all the time. We are going to be meeting our sister school."

Gojo loudly announces. "Huh!? Who cares about what other people think about us?"

Geto swiftly replies. "Oh, nobody in particular. The school that will shape us to become professional sorcerers and the higher-ups who determine our entire career path. You're right. We should scream and present ourselves horribly to those people."

Tilting his glasses down, Gojo grins at Geto. "You know, we still got some time before we meet the Kyoto losers. If you want to start something, let's start. I'll need a warm-up before mopping the floor with them, Suguru."

A black mist starts to surround Geto before he narrows his eyes. Cursed spirit eyes start showing themselves in the mist. "It might be a good idea to put you in your place. I'll teach you how you should act, Satoru."

Before things get out of hand, we make it to Kyoto and shut down the previous conflict like it never happened.

Sighing, Geto speaks. "*Sigh* Regardless, we should still be careful even if we outclass the other party."

I give Geto a smile. "Well, Suguru, with how you phrased that, it sounds like you just raised a flag."

Gojo gives a trademark smile. "Nah, we'll win this thing."

...

We're so screwed.

Utahime Iori

We're so screwed.

My final Goodwill event will be against the strongest new-era sorcerers.

I thought I would have fun as a third-year student, but give us a chance, at the very least!

It's not like we don't have some strong sorcerers on our side. We have the new future Kamo clan heir with their signature blood manipulation and a cursed speech user.

I'm practically useless unless I'm making my teammates stronger, so I feel like a deadweight.

My dancing skills are unmatched, but who cares when you get punched in the face?

Our only hope is this other first-year named Nishida with her ice-cursed technique, but even then, they're only a grade one compared to the monsters on the other side!

They are already on their way, and it's too late to run.

*UGH* I flop my head onto my knees.

Someone walks over to me.

Looking up, I see the new first-year Nishida with a smile on her face. "What's troubling you, Utahime?"

I flop my head back. "Oh, nothing. It's just that we are going to get destroyed in this, next, and then next year's Goodwill event."

However, she gives me a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, I'll make sure the other wor...other students get their due. I'm not weak, you know."

Why does she have such confidence? Hasn't she heard the rumors? "It's just that Naohir- *CRACK* hmm!?"

I could've sworn I heard a cracking sound. Nishida replies. "Sorry, please continue."

Right..."Nahorio Zenin and Satoru Gojo will be participating, and it's rumored that they are on their way to special grade. Even with all of us, I don't think we stand a chance."

Nishida ponders for a moment before narrowing her eyes. "Naohiro Zenin and Satoru Gojo. I'll make sure that they won't beat us. Don't fret, you won't have to worry about them."

Wow, I didn't know Nishida was so competitive.

I jump at Nishida and give her a hug. "Why do you have to be such a kind soul!"

She smiles. "I'm here to help."

As soon as I turned around, the room felt much colder all of a sudden. I can even see my breath.

I spin back around to see a smiling Nishida, and the atmosphere turns back to normal.

How strange! I could've sworn that it was colder...

Then I remember something important. "Oh no, the new special grade Yuki Tsukumo will be watching."

Why meeeeee?

Yuki Tsukumo

I am currently in the room where people can view the live Goodwill event.

It will start later today. I'm looking forward to seeing the new generation of sorcerers. Maybe some of them will become special grades in the future.

Naohiro Zenin, huh?

I wonder what his type is.
