The cat-masked Shinobi was astonished. In the Shinobi world, strength was paramount, and the methods to grow stronger were fiercely guarded secrets by all major ninja villages.

The background of this group of soldiers, especially after Konoha's encounter with them, was well-known. At best, they could be considered an elite battalion with no other remarkable traits.

Let alone training in Chakra.

"To grant power to others on such a scale – this leader's courage is truly astounding."

Even in Konoha, such large-scale dissemination of strength was unheard of. The gap between commoners and Shinobi remained vast.

In this era, most Shinobi still hailed from the great clans or families already in possession of such power.

Qin Yi and his group, oblivious to the cat-masked Shinobi's complex thoughts, continued their journey while the soldiers practiced diligently along the way.

After three hours of travel, a village encircled by a tall wooden wall came into view. The wall was lined with watchtowers spaced at regular intervals. Peering through gaps, they could see orderly buildings and hear the bustling sounds of a lively settlement.

"This is Konoha Village. On behalf of Hokage Sama, I welcome you all." The cat-masked Shinobi spoke warmly.

"We are honored by Hokage Sama's invitation." Qin Yi replied with a smile.

Behind him, Qin Lin, General Yang Yi, and the hundred soldiers had ceased their training, their expressions now solemn as they surveyed the scene ahead.

Towering over them, Gandalf had already scanned the village from above the wall, observing this foreign settlement of a strange Otherworld.

This village was so vastly different from their homeland and it was the first stop in this foreign world and a crucial source of information.

"Swish! Swish! Swish!"

Suddenly, three figures appeared before them.

"Who goes there?"

One of the three demanded in a deep voice.

"I am acting under Hokage Sama's orders to bring guests to the village." The cat-masked Shinobi responded quickly while presenting his credentials.

After examining the document carefully, one of the three nodded. "You may enter."

The cat-masked Shinobi retrieved his credentials and beckoned Qin Yi and his party to follow him into the village.

As they passed by the three Shinobi, Yang Yi's expression abruptly shifted. His fists clenched tightly, and he turned sharply to glare at the backs of the three figures.

On their uniforms, a distinctive red-and-white fan emblem was clearly visible – an unmistakable symbol of their identity.

"It's them!"

Yang Yi gritted his teeth, his eyes gleaming with icy killing intent.

"Yang Yi."

Qin Lin intervened sharply, grabbing Yang Yi's arm.

The hundred soldiers also turned their gazes toward the three Shinobi at the gate.

"What's wrong? They're Uchiha Clan Shinobi, responsible for guarding the village." The cat-masked Shinobi noticed the shift in atmosphere and asked solemnly.

"Uchiha!" Yang Yi repeated the name through gritted teeth.

Indeed, it was this name. In their previous battle, when they had suffered significant losses, this name had surfaced.

"Let it go for now. The Emperor is still present." Qin Lin whispered firmly.

Yang Yi, aware of Qin Yi and the cat-masked Shinobi now watching him, took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down. With effort, he withdrew his gaze and managed a faint smile.

"It's nothing. Let's move on."

Qin Yi's eyes flickered as he glanced briefly at the fan emblem on the three Shinobi's backs. His mind had already begun piecing the puzzle together.

When Qin Yi was in the Royal City of Qin, the first piece of intelligence he received after waking up was the name "Uchiha." Yang Yi's current reaction confirmed that Shinobi bearing the Uchiha name had previously fought against them.

Though the cause of the conflict stemmed from the foolish actions of his predecessor, the enmity forged through bloodshed was now an unchangeable reality.

As a King, Qin Yi understood well that justice would have to be sought for this matter in the future.

Hatred born from blood could seemingly only be repaid in kind.

"Stay calm. In this Otherworld, our first priority is to establish our footing before considering anything else," Qin Yi's voice sounded in Yang Yi's ear, causing him to freeze momentarily before nodding heavily.

Up ahead, Qin Yi continued walking alongside the cat-masked Shinobi. However, Yang Yi knew that the young Emperor had grasped his thoughts and offered an answer that reassured him, igniting his fighting spirit anew.

"We don't yet have the strength to seek justice. But when we grow stronger, the Emperor will surely lead us to conquer this world!"

Initially, Yang Yi and his comrades had little hope for their nation's future. Yet, upon encountering their new King, they discovered a stark difference.

It was as though Qin Yi had matured overnight, becoming calm and composed, filling them with hope.

As Qin Yi's group moved through the streets of Konoha Village, they naturally attracted much attention.

A battalion of one hundred soldiers was far from inconspicuous. Subtly, Qin Yi and his party could detect Shinobi silhouettes hidden on rooftops and in alleyways.

It was both surveillance and a warning to discourage any reckless behavior.

Through observation, Qin Yi's group gradually gathered information about the village.

After exchanging glances, their eyes glimmered with understanding.

Without a doubt, Konoha Village was in its formative stages. Some buildings were complete and inhabited, while others were still under construction. The architectural style, primarily wooden, closely resembled that of Qin Yi's previous life in Fusang (Japan).

Street vendors and small merchants were scarce. Instead, there was an abundance of Shinobi with sharp eyes and killing intent, dressed in loose-fitting clothing, observing them indifferently. A few civilians, meanwhile, pointed at them with curious expressions.

"In Konoha's early days, the village's main structure comprised various Shinobi clans of different sizes," Qin Yi mused internally.

Gandalf's towering figure naturally drew attention, causing many to marvel.

"Gandalf, during this period, I want you to observe their personnel composition, internal conflicts, and the village's layout. Gather as much useful intelligence as possible," Qin Yi instructed silently, glancing back as though casually.

Gandalf gave a subtle nod, tapping his staff on the ground.

"Screech!"

High above, a giant eagle let out a piercing cry, its sharp eyes fixed on the village as it circled overhead.

The cat-masked Shinobi, evidently unwilling for them to explore the village further, led them straight to their destination.

In less than fifteen minutes, they arrived before the Konoha Office, situated beneath the incomplete Hokage Rock.

"Senju Hashirama," Qin Yi murmured, gazing up at the solemn and majestic Hokage Rock, his expression darkening slightly.

"Leader, I request that your soldiers rest here and refrain from wandering," The cat-masked Shinobi said.

"Rest here!" Qin Lin bellowed.

In unison, the hundred soldiers swiftly sat cross-legged on the ground, their expressions stern, exuding a chilling aura.

Witnessing this, the cat-masked Shinobi twitched slightly at the corners of his mouth, momentarily stunned.

"May we meet Hokage Sama now?" Qin Yi asked with a smile.
