Konoha Ninja Shop System

Chapter 83: Chapter 83: Happy Mid-Autumn Festival

At the Border of the Fire Nation, Peter's Shop

"Hehehe, the Hokage ninja really is so good looking!" Peter chuckled excitedly, his eyes glued to the computer screen as he admired the latest character designs.

He leaned closer, imagining what it would be like to have those incredible ninja powers. "Too bad Obito and Nagato won't sell me their eyes. Otherwise, I could finally experience what it's like to see the world through their Sharingan..." Peter sighed wistfully.

Just then, a gentle chime from the sensor doorbell echoed through the shop.

Peter instantly snapped out of his daydream. He stood up quickly and walked to the door, curious about who would be visiting at this hour. When he opened the door and saw the visitor, his eyebrows raised in surprise.

"Boss A Fei? Why are you back so soon?" Peter asked, his tone a mixture of curiosity and amazement.

After all, Ah Fei had only been gone for half a day. How could he be back already?

Ah Fei smiled warmly as he stepped inside. "Peter, your products are incredible — they sold out in no time. I need another 300 bottles of the blue pills, right away."

Peter blinked, stunned. He hadn't expected the pills to be such a massive hit so quickly. Apparently, there was a huge market for this kind of thing in the ninja world.

"Wow, Boss A Fei, please come in and have a seat. I'll get the goods ready for you right now!" Peter said enthusiastically, pulling Ah Fei toward a chair and pouring a cup of tea for him.

Ah Fei accepted the tea, then pulled out a cigarette, lighting it with a faint smile as he sat down, puffing thoughtfully in silence.

"Your order will be ready soon, Boss A Fei," Peter said happily. But when he glanced over at Ah Fei, he noticed something off — a worried look clouded his face.

Peter's smile faded. "Ah Fei, is everything alright? Did someone cheat you or cause trouble with your business?"

Peter knew Ah Fei was one of his biggest customers. If something happened to him, it could mean trouble for the whole shop.

Ah Fei sighed deeply and shook his head. "Peter... I've been betrayed."

Peter's expression froze. His mind immediately jumped to the worst scenarios — had Ah Fei's own men run off with money, like that time Ah Fei himself had run off with Black Zetsu's funds?

Peter's lips twitched in a grim smile. Maybe karma was catching up to Ah Fei!

"Tell me everything. What exactly happened?" Peter asked, leaning forward with concern.

Ah Fei extinguished his cigarette and began his story in a hoarse voice. "I tried to recruit some of Black Zetsu's employees for my own team, but it didn't go as planned…"

Peter listened carefully, but his face twisted with confusion. After hearing the whole explanation, he was speechless for a moment.

So, Ah Fei had actually succeeded in sparking a rebellion — but due to some unfortunate misunderstandings, the whole thing fell apart.

Peter patted Ah Fei on the shoulder. "Don't take it too hard. If they don't want to follow you, then they weren't meant to."

Ah Fei slumped back, rubbing his head, clearly frustrated. "But I truly care about them... why won't they believe in me?"

Peter chuckled softly and said, "Look at the Uchiha clan leader, Madara. Before he left Konoha, no one in the clan wanted to follow him."

Ah Fei looked up, his voice low and reflective. "Yeah… Even someone like Madara-sama was betrayed. What chance do I have?"

Peter smiled, his eyes shining with encouragement. "Just keep working hard. When you achieve great things, people will come to you naturally."

Ah Fei's face brightened. "I get it, Peter! I'll work hard to become the biggest company in the ninja world!"

Peter nodded approvingly. "Since you're the chairman now, you've got to watch your image. You can't go around half-naked all day."

Ah Fei glanced down at his bare torso, scratching his head awkwardly. "Yeah, I know... I'll order some proper clothes soon."

Peter grinned and pulled a black suit from behind the counter. "How about this? A great suit is the perfect way to show off your status."

Ah Fei eyed the suit skeptically but then nodded. "Rich people always dress fancy, huh?"

Peter laughed. "Exactly! Clothes make the man. Only a suit like this can show everyone you're the big boss."

"Alright, Mr. President," Peter teased as he handed Ah Fei the suit. "Try it on."

Ah Fei changed behind a curtain, emerging moments later dressed sharply. "How do I look?"

Peter clapped his hands with excitement. "You look amazing! Wearing this, people won't just see Ah Fei — they'll see the Ah Fei, worth billions."

Ah Fei grinned from ear to ear. "I like it! How much does this cost?"

Peter pretended to think. "Not 998, not 888, but just 88!"

Ah Fei blinked. "Eighty-eight what?"

Peter rolled his eyes playfully. "Eighty-eight thousand taels! This is a high-end, custom-made Italian suit."

Ah Fei's eyes widened. "That's crazy expensive! I could buy thirty bottles of blue pills for that!"

Peter waved his hand dismissively. "It's worth every tael. This suit is made from the finest materials. There's nothing like it in the entire ninja world."

He leaned closer, lowering his voice. "And more importantly, it's a symbol of status. When people see you wearing this, they'll trust you more."

Ah Fei hesitated, then smiled slyly. "But how will they know the price if there's no tag?"

Peter pulled out a small label, pinning it proudly on the suit's chest. Then he grabbed a pen and wrote the price in bold: 880,000 taels.

Ah Fei's eyes sparkled. "Peter, you're a genius! I want it."

"Of course!" Peter laughed. "President Ah Fei, it's an honor to work with you."

He handed Ah Fei an exquisite gift box as a token of appreciation.

Ah Fei took the box, genuinely surprised. "Thank you, Peter. I'll head off now." He turned and left the shop, his new suit gleaming in the afternoon sun.

Peter watched Ah Fei's retreating figure with pride. "As expected from a big customer — so generous!"

Meanwhile, somewhere deep in the ninja world...

"Master Black Zetsu, there's bad news! A Fei has run away!" a frantic White Zetsu burst into the dark office.

Black Zetsu's eyes narrowed dangerously. "Did he take any of my employees with him?"

The thought made Black Zetsu's head throb. He knew Ah Fei's fiery temper well. If Ah Fei escaped and started inciting rebellion among the White Zetsu ranks, it would be catastrophic.

The White Zetsu shook his head. "No, Master. A Fei left alone, without any White Zetsu accompanying him."

Black Zetsu's tense expression suddenly twisted into a cruel laugh. "Hahaha! God does have eyes! Pass down the order immediately: Ah Fei is to be completely banned. Anyone who dares to work with him is crossing us."

His voice grew cold and menacing. "A Fei, you will soon learn the price of betrayal..."

The Mid-Autumn Festival draws near, bringing both celebration and looming shadows over the ninja world.
