Flames surged forward, scorching the ground as they raced toward Kizaru.

The heat was so intense that the grass turned to ash, and the air shimmered as moisture evaporated.

Kizaru, ever composed, transformed into golden light, effortlessly dodging Ace's fiery attack.

He reappeared a short distance away, unharmed, as though the assault had never happened.

Meanwhile, Luffy was abruptly yanked from danger by an unseen force and landed beside Ace.

Relieved, Usopp and the others exhaled audibly, their eyes drawn to the figure responsible for saving their captain.

Kizaru's trademark smirk returned, and he casually identified the new arrivals.

"Oh, my, how terrifying. Fire Fist Ace of the Whitebeard Pirates and Uchiha Sasuke... What a surprise to see you both here in Sabaody."

The surrounding Marine soldiers stiffened at his words, their expressions betraying a mix of fear and disbelief.

"Why would the Whitebeard Pirates show up here? And they saved Straw Hat Luffy!" one soldier exclaimed.

"Fire Fist Ace and Uchiha Sasuke together? Admiral Kizaru is on his own!" another stammered, panic evident in his voice.

Kizaru's deputy, Sentomaru, clenched his weapon tightly, his face serious.

Though he wasn't worried about Kizaru's safety—after all, the Admiral could escape any situation—he feared the aftermath of his superior's nonchalance.

If Kizaru decided to leave the battlefield, the Marines would be left to face these two powerhouses alone.

As the tension thickened, Ace's attention shifted to the familiar face in front of him.

"Ace! Is it really you?" Luffy's voice carried a mix of disbelief and joy.

Without hesitation, he rushed to embrace his brother.

Ace laughed, his expression softening as he patted Luffy's shoulder.

"Luffy! It's been so long. You've grown stronger." He glanced at Luffy's crew and noted their resolve.

"You've got some reliable friends. Good for you."

For a moment, Ace's smile dimmed as a memory of Sabo surfaced, but he quickly refocused.

His gaze landed on Kizaru, whose amused demeanor irritated him further.

"You're still here, Kizaru? Do you really want to start a war with the Whitebeard Pirates?" Ace's flames reignited, flickering with intensity.

Kizaru raised an eyebrow, his voice dripping with mock innocence.

"Start a war? Me? I've been nothing but patient while you two brothers caught up."

But before Kizaru could continue, Ace launched his attack.

Streams of fire surged toward the Admiral. Kizaru responded with bursts of golden light, and their clash illuminated the battlefield with explosions that sent shockwaves across the island.

The Marines scrambled to retreat from the fiery chaos, and even Sentomaru decided it was safer to move back.

Meanwhile, the Straw Hat crew took advantage of the distraction to gather around Sasuke, who stood unmoved, observing the battle with cold detachment.

Zoro's eyes fixated on the magnificent sword at Sasuke's side—the Kusanagi.

Its reputation rivaled Mihawk's Black Blade, and Zoro couldn't suppress the desire to test himself against it.

"You're staring too much," Sasuke remarked, his tone laced with disdain.

"You're not worth my time."

Zoro's fists clenched, but he grinned.

"One day, I'll challenge you. My swords will surpass your Kusanagi."

Sasuke chuckled coldly. "Surpass? You're not even worth remembering. Focus on catching up to my shadow before dreaming of surpassing me."

Zoro gritted his teeth, swallowing the truth of Sasuke's words.

For now, he could only watch and strive to grow stronger.

On the battlefield, Ace and Kizaru exchanged devastating blows, their clash creating a symphony of chaos.

Both wielded their Logia powers with precision and ferocity, turning the area into a battleground of roaring flames and blinding beams of light. The air vibrated with raw energy as their attacks collided, leaving trails of destruction that scorched the earth and shattered the sky.

Despite the fiery intensity, Sasuke's sharp eyes noticed something peculiar.

"He's holding back," Sasuke muttered under his breath, his tone laced with disdain.

Sanji, standing nearby, furrowed his brow. "What do you mean? That looks like a full-on assault to me."

Sasuke's gaze never wavered from the fight.

"It's a classic Marine strategy—waste time and avoid unnecessary destruction. Kizaru's just toying with Ace."

The Straw Hat crew watched the clash, a mixture of awe and frustration settling over them.

Every fiery explosion and searing beam were a stark reminder of the unfathomable gap between their current strength and that of the world's elite.

"This… this is what it means to be strong in the New World," Sanji muttered, lighting a cigarette with trembling hands.

Luffy, usually the embodiment of boundless energy and determination, stood silently. His wide eyes reflected the battle's chaos, his fists clenched tightly. The reality of the power required to survive in this unforgiving world weighed heavily on him, pressing like an invisible force.

Meanwhile, Sasuke's attention shifted. His sharp gaze locked onto a figure in the distance—a blind man draped in a Marine cloak, leaning casually on a bamboo sword. Despite the surrounding pandemonium, the man exuded a serene, almost meditative presence that seemed to still the air around him.

"You're late, Fujitora," Sasuke called out, his voice cutting through the cacophony like a blade. His words carried an edge that made the Straw Hat crew tense instinctively.

"So, are we doing this or not?"

The blind swordsman lifted his head slightly at the sound of his name, his face calm and unreadable. "Admiral Kizaru is more than capable of handling the situation. If I were to step in, the island might not survive the aftermath. That would go against the justice I believe in."

Sasuke's lips curled into a rare smile—one that sent a chill down the spines of those nearby. "You care about the people. Admirable, but…" His expression darkened, and an oppressive aura poured from him, thick as smoke and suffocating in its intensity. The ground beneath him seemed to groan under the weight of his intent. His Sharingan flared, glowing with a haunting crimson light that seemed to pierce into souls.

The Straw Hat crew found themselves gasping for air, as though an invisible hand gripped their throats.

"I'm interested in your gravity powers... and your swordsmanship," Sasuke continued, his voice laced with a challenge. He unsheathed his blade, the metallic ring echoing in the silence between explosions. "Whether you like it or not, Fujitora, you'll fight me."
