Suddenly, the silhouette became even bigger until Lucas had to Look at it after taking a step back. It was to observe it fully and properly.
The darkness around it vanished and now everyone could look at the thing that stood in front of them.

Lucas read the whole description quickly and engraved it in his mind before moving toward the battering ram.
There was a big wooden log with a cool-looking metallic cone at the front. Six small branches came out of the side of the log, three on each side.
"This is useless," Lucas muttered yet the fascination inside him toward the thing had not died down.
"It's useless because it's not yet time for us to use it. But if this skill were to be with someone that was going to attack us… and they got this summon…" John stated with a grave expression.
The skill was at best uncommon which could make others have it with them too. John had already surveyed the trade groups associated with the shelter and had known that many had the same skill, one of the most common was punch, jump, spearmanship, Unhand combat, and at last, fireball.
Fireball was an unexpected one, it was commoner than what anybody would expect. Out of a hundred people John surveyed, 15 of them had the same Fireball skill.
John hadn't told this to Sarah yet Lucas knew. The thing John was most astonished about was that there were no healers at the start of many groups, they had to get skills from here and there until they got one.
The shelter was something that was not even rare as Lucas suggested, it was an anomaly. No one had this skill or anything related to something such as this.
"Alright, let's pick it for reference. Jerry, help me out here."
Lucas went to the left and grabbed the one out in the center of the three. Jerry went and did the same.
"3… 2… 1! HUMMM!!"
Lucas picked it from his side and it was up, even Jerry had done it so nonchalantly. Only picking it was a task as Lucas felt a strain on his thighs and back that he didn't especially like.
There was no need for anyone else to help as both of them were enough.
"Man, I want to just ram it on that gate," Jerry said with fire flaring up in his eyes.
"We can't, and if you do, you will be the one to collect the resources for repair alone. Might take weeks and they will be without any fight or training for you."
"Tsk"
Lucas snickered inwardly looking at the big guy all annoyed yet even after being annoyed, the guy didn't talk back to him.
Now, this was because of fear? Which was very unlikely, or respect? Lucas could understand why he would think like that.
They played around with the ram for a long time, moving it around, making it vertical, and smacking it at the ground. It was efficient and durable. Even after messing around with it, the durability was still around 400ish.
Lucas had asked Barney whether he could fix the ram's durability if it was one of their permanent possessions and the unfortunate answer was no.
Barney could fix small equipment, tools, and weapons. Fixing something as big as the battering ram would take him more than 6 months if his skills were to stay the same.
This was when Lucas got the idea.
'Maybe I can summon this thing again and again and break it before the time limit so that Barney can fix it. It will increase his level… but will it? He will need a lot of time with it but I can only give him an hour. Not like it's in my hand.'
Before Lucas could think more, a circle as big as before opened right under their feet making Lucas and Jerry hurry out of it yet it was too late.
As fast as it formed, the circle shone and the next second, the bettering ram in their hands turned into dust particles that all fell inside the circle before it vanished completely.
"That was… intriguing?"
"Sheeeshh! That gave me a heart attack!" Jerry said after falling on the ground butt first.
Lucas didn't say anything yet even his heartbeat had become very fast and had skipped many beats when he was in the process of that de-sommuning.
"For a moment, I thought you both would fall inside the summoning circle," Sean said while whistling.
Lucas wanted to go and smack the back of the guy's head, a feeling he had not experienced toward him for a long time.
But they all ignored the comment and moved on.
"The weapon was with us for an hour. Lucas, Can you summon it right after the desummon?"
"No, it is possible but my mana levels are way down, very uncomfortable."
"Understandable, you should have rest for some time."
"Huh? What about me?" Jerry asked with arched brows.
"You don't get rest, it was only a small exercise for you. Complete your missions."
"I don't take orders from you."
"You should." John said smugly, something Lucas had not seen beofre.
Thats when he realized.
'They both are of same age and with totally different personalties… Is this a start of a rivalry or something?!"
What Lcas didn't know was that itwas not the starting, the starting was when Jerry ahd set his foot inside the helter for the first time.
Just like that, they all sat and heard them argue, one making dumb statements while the other smacking them away with intelligence. It was no less that a drama show for the watchers in the sidelines.
