Chapter 295: I Now Know Where I Come From
Arianna paused, noticing the way he looked up at her with his wide azure eyes, his innocent giggle filling the room. Her heart swelled with warmth, and her smile grew, even as an explosion erupted outside.
Silvia raised a shield, protecting them both, but for a moment, all she could focus on was the pure joy and love in her son's eyes, ''I love you so much Atlas Pendragon, you are the best thing to happen to this lonely princess.''
The baby stared at her, but when something slammed against the shield, Arianna spun around, only to notice the white hair she knew all too well. Anger surged forth as she spoke to Silvia, ''Send him away now! I will hold this demon back.''

Atlas stood frozen, his eyes wide with disbelief as the memory played out before him. Tears welled up inside him, but he couldn't look away. He watched helplessly as his mother, fierce and determined, fought against the monstrous creatures with every ounce of her strength.
Yet, despite her skill and resolve, it wasn't enough. One creature, a hulking beast with wicked talons, struck with brutal precision. With a sickening screech, the monster impaled her with one of its massive talons, lifting her off the ground.
As the monstrous talon pierced her, she looked up, her gaze locking onto his. Her eyes shimmered with a mix of love and sorrow, a small, trembling smile gracing her lips despite the agony she endured.
Summoning the last shreds of her strength, she whispered, her voice faint but resolute, ''Live long, my boy… and avenge us. Now… fight.''
Her words hung in the air, a final, desperate plea, as her body went limp. The smile lingered, bittersweet and haunting, etching itself into Atlas's soul as the memory seared deep into his heart.
When Atlas witnessed his mother's last moments, his world crumbled into pieces. Overwhelmed by grief and rage, he felt the Void surging within him, consuming every part of his being. His body shifted, twisting and reshaping as he transformed into his Voidwalker form.
Then, from the depths of his despair, a pain-filled screech tore from his throat,a sound so raw and agonized it echoed across the landscape, shaking the very air. The cry carried his anguish, his fury, and the unbearable loss that now defined him.
Following that, Atlas launched himself forward while his eyes glowed with rage, the ground beneath him cracking and splintering under the force. The air seemed to vibrate with the sheer energy radiating from him as he charged.
His roar, filled with fury and vengeance, echoed across the battlefield, a primal declaration of war. The Chaos creature swung its massive claws at him, but Atlas was too fast. He dodged with inhuman agility, his body a blur of motion.
In a single fluid movement, he lunged upward, his clawed hand tearing through the beast's armor-like hide. Black ichor sprayed as the creature howled in pain, but Atlas was relentless. He slammed into it again, his strikes fueled by unbridled wrath.
Every blow landed with devastating force, the ground trembling with each impact. Shadows coiled around him like living extensions of his will, lashing out and ripping through the Chaos beast's defenses.

As Atlas unleashed his wrath on the creature that murdered his family, more of its twisted kin surged toward him, their bizarre forms converging in a wave of darkness. Just as they closed in, a portal ripped open in the sky, crackling with raw energy.
From within, a furious screech rang out, splitting the air like a thunderclap. Raymond, the mighty Stormeagle, burst forth in a storm of feathers and lightning. His talons, glowing with electric, raked through the advancing Chaos monsters, devastating them with each swipe.
Lightning radiated from his wings, striking down enemies in flashes of blinding light, turning the battlefield into a storm. Before the creatures could recover, another portal opened with a deafening roar.
Nala led the charge, her Dreadmaw Lions pouring through in their hundreds, each one a towering beast of muscle and fury. Their roars harmonized into a chilling battle cry as they slammed into the Chaos monsters with unmatched ferocity.
Their fangs tore through flesh and armor alike, while their claws ripped apart anything in their path. The entire Otherworld seemed to tremble as more creatures joined the fray, drawn by the searing intensity of Atlas's pain and fury.
Every monster in the Otherworld descended upon the Chaos monsters in a berserk frenzy. Their eyes burned with unrelenting rage as they tore into the enemy, their collective power turning the tide of the battle.

As the chaos unfolded, the seven women watched in horror, their eyes fixed on Atlas as he unleashed his fury, lost in his pain. Each of them felt bad for him, but one among them couldn't remain still.
Lilith, trembling with barely contained rage, clenched her fists as her yellow eyes began to glow. Estelle and Amethyst turned to her, alarmed by the shift in her demeanor. The blonde quickly exclaimed, ''Calm down, Lili! We'll help him!''
But the Honey Badger spun to face them, her short white hair flowing wildly around her, tears streaming down her face. Her expression, once filled with sorrow, now burned with unrelenting fury.
''They hurt him!'' she screamed, her voice cracking under the weight of her chaotic emotions. ''They've hurt him so badly he's lost, and I'm going to help him!''
Following that, Lilith leaped from the wall, landing with a resounding thud that echoed across the battlefield. Without hesitation, she charged toward the Chaos creature locked in combat with Atlas.
Her heart pounded as she closed the distance, the sight of her lover savagely tearing into the shocked enemy fueling her rage. Blood sprayed across the ground as Atlas shredded the creature with unrelenting ferocity.
Seizing that moment, Lilith lunged into the fray, her claws slashed through the monster's thigh, her attack precise and devastating. The beast roared in agony, its massive frame collapsing under the sudden assault.
The moment the creature hit the ground, Atlas moved with terrifying speed. He lunged at its exposed throat, his claws ripping through flesh and bone in a single swipe. Blood gushed from the mortal wound as the beast let out a final, gurgling cry before falling still.
Lilith stood beside him, her chest heaving, her glowing eyes locked onto his. The battlefield seemed to still around them; the air charged with their shared fury as the couple started butchering the remaining Chaos monsters.

Atlas remained lost in the storm of his emotions, his Voidwalker form dissolving as he reverted to his human self. His chest heaved, his mind spinning in a chaotic whirlpool of grief and fury. He staggered, his hands clawing at the air as if trying to grasp something solid to anchor himself.
Then, a warmth broke through the chaos. Lilith's soft, steady hands cupped his cheeks, grounding him. Her touch was firm but gentle, her fingers brushing against his skin like a calming breeze. Her yellow eyes, now filled with tender love, locked onto his.
In a voice overflowing with affection and resolve, she spoke, ''I'm here for you. Remember, after all these years, you're still my boy.''
Atlas slowly lifted his gaze as his eyes focused. He saw Lilith in front of him, her expression radiant, with a beautiful, heart-melting smile. Her golden-yellow eyes shimmered with unspoken love.
Her honey badger ears twitched nervously atop her white hair, betraying her concern despite the serene confidence she exuded. He smiled before mumbling, ''I now know where I come from, but they're all dead because of these monsters, Lili.''
The white-haired young woman hugged him tightly as she replied in a whisper, ''You may have lost your family, but you've gained a new one, Master. Us girls adore you, but it's clear something has been weighing you down for years.''
''I don't belong anywhere, Lilith,'' Atlas said, his voice trembling with a raw, hollow ache. ''In my last life, my mother threw me away. In this one, my family was slaughtered when I was just a baby. Seconds after they sent me to Astoria, a place I didn't even understand, the Duke discovered me.''
The Honey Badger woman tightened her hug while trying to reassure him, but Atlas stood up and called for Raymond as he spoke. ''I need some time to myself. Tell the others to go with the Duke and I'll return soon.''
Following that, he jumped on the Stormeagle's back and took off, leaving a worried Lilith behind who returned to the others. When Estelle saw her, she rushed in her direction and asked, ''Where did he go, Lili?''
''To go think, I think he found out who his parents are, but it was too much for him so he needed to get out of here,'' she answered the blonde.
Following that, a purple glow erupted as Amethyst transformed into her phoenix form before chasing after him.
