Lookism (Fan fic)

James was surrounded. But he was unbothered. The most dangerous of them all, Seongji Yuk was already way too injured to even move anymore. This fight would get very sluggish. Very primitive. Purely primal. Kill or be killed. 

He still wasn't stressed about it. 

"You should focus on the fight." yelled Seokdu Wang as he charged at him. 

"Why do you talk so much you oaf?" said James as he slammed Seokdu's face on the ground with his kick. 

He was suddenly punched away by Taesoo Ma. This startled him. The Kings were actually coordinated? This just got way more dangerous. 

Suddenly Gongseob Ji and Seokdu dashed at him again. James decided to shift his focus on the one who was faster and more dangerous. Aiming a jab, Gong's and James's fists collided mid-air. Seokdu was still charging at him, James prepared himself to receive the headbutt. 

Suddenly Seokdu was punched away, his jaw dislocated and his teeth broken. 

"Good thing I decided to stay close by Cheonliang when Charles left." said Gun flicking away his cigarette. 

Gong was confused by the new fighter and James kicked him away.

"I can manage." said James cracking his back. 

"Sure you can." said Gun.

The two stood side by side. 

"Take Ansan and Incheon. I don't think Suwon is waking anytime soon. Your punch was quite solid." complimented James. 

"You taking Seoul and Daegu? Sounds like a plan. I am going to enjoy this." said Gun his tone filled with excitement. 

Taesoo, Jichang, Gongseob and Jaegyeon all stood side by side.

Jichang's brain was thinking of a strategy. This new guy was very young. But still a very powerful individual. Knocking down Seokdu with a surprise punch was not something a weakling could do. 

He looked at Gun more carefully. He was suddenly alarmed. Reverse eyes? Could it be? 

"You. Kid. Are you a Yamazaki?" asked Jichang as he readied his hand blade. 

"What the fuck did you just say?" said Gun his eyes now fixed at Jichang. Not looking at his opponents. 

"Focus on your own opponent!" yelled Taesoo Ma as he dashed at Gun punching him. 

Gun blocked it with a punch of his own. Their fists collided mid-air sending a shock wave. Everyone around, except James was shocked. A kid? Able to rival Taesoo Ma's fist? 

"YOU ARE DEFINITELY A YAMAZAKI!" growled Jichang. 

"STOP SAYING THAT FUCKING NAME!" yelled Gun as he pushed Taesoo away.

"Change of plans! I am taking that bastard." Gun barked at James. "I am going to cave your face in you motherfucker." he announced pointing at Jichang. 

Jichang and Gongseob rushed at Gun, Gun easily tanked Gongseob's punch before directing his attention towards Jichang, he had managed to capture his undivided attention. Gun's punch and Jichang's chop collided mid-air. Gun definitely felt the attack, Jichang was sure of it. But he showed no discomfort, Gongseob rushed in closing the distance, Gun used his Kyokushin Karate's straight punch at Gong, but it remained ineffective, for Gongseob's iron fortress was something which could tank even more stronger attacks. Gun was impressed.

"You, buddha ears. You have caliber." he said excitedly as Jichang and Gong both pressed in, Gun used his Aikido to flip them both around, before using the split second to punch Jichang in the face, smashing him to the ground. Gong took the opportunity and punched Gun away and he crashed at a nearby wall. 

Meanwhile, James was already irritated at Gun's impulsiveness. He had divided the opponents based on what would suit their fighting style. Gun was someone with a refined technique, raw power and endurance based fighting style. It would have been perfect against the likes of Taesoo Ma and Jaegyeon Na who were both strikers. James himself was someone who liked fighting with a plan. Using his brain to overwhelm the opponent rather than using brute force. Jichang was a strategist, Gong's endurance would have been put to test against James's attacks. But now that their opponents were switched, it would be much harder for them to fight. 

He dodged Jaegyeon Na's extremely quick attacks before blocking Taesoo Ma's fist which sent him flying. He flew to a nearby wall and used it to propel himself back at them. His kick collided with Jaegyeon's. Jaegyeon was pushed back, but Taesoo used this distraction to punch James away to where Gun was. 

Both Gun and James stood up. 

"I told you to take Incheon and Ansan." muttered James slightly irritated.

"I really want to kill that bastard." said Gun still glaring at Jichang.

This was bad. Gun wasn't listening. He was losing his mind and just enjoying the battle. That wasn't beneficial to their goal.

Suddenly they were all surrounded by the villagers who were all ready to kill the Kings along with Gun and James to save the Shaman.

Gun and James looked at each other for a quick second. 

"I am in no mood to fight against an entire fucking region's people." said Gun.

"I am very glad that we share the same thought." agreed James as the two used the distraction to leave. 

While leaving, Gun's gaze fell on Vin who had been witnessing everything from the start till the end.
