The time passed slowly, as if the World Clock was moving in slow motion today.

The classes went on forever. After classes, they always had a fifteen-minute break before returning back to the same classroom.

After a while, they had one food break, which lasted one hour, and after that, the students returned to the class for the final classes.

When the last bell of the school day rang, the students excitedly packed their textbooks, notebooks, and supplies into their backpacks before heading out.

Most of them were heading straight to the dormitory, but some friends groups decided to go check out the VR room of the boarding school.

Despite it costing a lot, the boarding school had their very own Infinite Dojo machine. Some of them had never even tried it, so they excitedly ran there.

Kiernan, with his eyes barely staying open, returned back to his dorm room and closed the door tightly so that no one could bother him.

The six-pointed star was already drawn on the desk. He took some candles from the drawer, lit them, and lit the final one in the center of the star.

The six words at the star points were the final touch of the intricate ritual.

The dim room turned slightly brighter with the help of the candles, but then Kierann took out his phone and opened the chat app.

After almost five minutes of sitting in the chair, staring at the flickering candles, his phone buzzed with a message from Cold Shade.

Kiernan checked it out, and without counting it, he added all the gold coins to his system interface.

Since he remembered how many gold coins he had before, he counted based on how much money he had now after adding the new coins and came to the conclusion that Cold Shade gave him the right amount of money.

Kiernan was about to close the phone, thought that was pretty much it, but then a person who hadn't spoken for some time sent a message.

'Anything else… I could purchase Frostbite Bow, which is probably another relic of ancient times, but I probably wouldn't make any profit from that either.'
