Chapter 6202: The Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Prowess

At the Immemorial Massacre Sea’s entrance, Little Fishy stood before the spiraling black fog with a lowered head. 

She dared not to raise her head despite her usual bravery. The thought of seeing Chu Feng’s world spirit returning alone terrified her. 

She had felt Chu Feng’s condition—he had been so feeble that he was as good as dead. She couldn’t imagine any way of resuscitating her. 

“Yu’er, what are you thinking?” a voice echoed from the Immemorial Massacre Sea.

Little Fishy reflexively raised her head to take a look. Her eyes immediately widened.

Chu Feng stood before her, safe and sound. 

“Big brother!!!”

Tears brimmed in Little Fishy’s eyes. After a brief daze, she dashed toward him. 

But before she could reach him, another figure overtook her and plunged into Chu Feng’s chest.

“Brother Chu Feng, I am so glad you’re fine!”

Xianhai Shaoyu hugged Chu Feng tightly, weeping as if he were his wife. 

“You skunk.” Little Fishy walked up and bashed Xianhai Shaoyu’s head. 

But Xianhai Shaoyu paid her no heed. He took a step back, grabbed Chu Feng’s arms, and examined him from head to toe.

“Brother Chu Feng, are you all right?” Xianhai Shaoyu asked.

“Don’t worry, I am fine. You can check if you don’t believe me.”

Chu Feng rolled up his sleeves and offered his pulse to them. 

Xianhai Shaoyu and Little Fishy didn’t hesitate to grab his wrist to conduct a more thorough examination. Upon realizing his vitals were stable, they breathed a sigh of relief. 

“As expected of the Immemorial Massacre Sea!” Xianhai Shaoyu remarked.

“Kneel!!!” a resounding voice suddenly echoed. 

It was from the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief.

All the Immortal Sea Fish Clansmen were standing in a neat formation not far away, and at their clan chief’s command, they kneeled to Chu Feng. This included Little Fishy’s father, mother, and grandfather. 

Chu Feng rushed forward to pull the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief up to his feet, but he was unable to do so due to the disparity in their cultivation. 

“Elder, please get up. I am good friends with Yu’er and Shaoyu. I can’t accept this from you as a junior!” Chu Feng exclaimed. 

“Chu Feng, I know you are good friends with Yu’er and Shaoyu, and our Immortal Sea Fish Clan would have been doomed if not for that. Huge favors are not repaid with simple words of gratitude, but you have saved our lives. The least we should do is to show our gratitude. 

“From this day onward, our Immortal Sea Fish Clan will be your family and your most ardent backer. If you don’t mind, we will immediately send out an announcement to the world of cultivation to tell everyone you have our full backing. We will not turn a blind eye to anyone who shows hostility to you,” the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief said. 

“Elder, please get up first,” Chu Feng urged.

But the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief refused to get up. It was as if he would remain kneeling if Chu Feng didn’t agree to his proposal. 

Seeing how he couldn’t move the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief, Chu Feng tried to support Little Fishy’s grandfather instead. “Elder, please get up. This is too much for me.”

Little Fishy’s grandfather was a hearty man. He had met Chu Feng before; in fact, the Frenzied Tsunami Saber was a gift from him. 

He knew Chu Feng better compared to Little Fishy’s father and mother, so he stood up and turned to the Immortal Sea Fish Clansmen behind him. “This should be enough. We ought to relay our gratitude, but let’s not put young friend Chu Feng in a spot over it. Get up.”

His words held great weight despite not being the clan chief. Even Little Fishy’s parents got up after hearing his words. 

Little Fishy’s mother walked up to Chu Feng, stuffed a Cosmos Sack into his hand, and said, “Take this, Chu Feng. These are the treasures we collected from the God Clan. You were the one who destroyed the God Clan, so these rightfully belong to you.”

Before Chu Feng could say a word, Little Fishy’s grandfather quickly added, “You have to accept it, young friend Chu Feng. These are rightfully yours. You’ll be putting me in a spot if you don’t accept it.”

To emphasize that, he even got into the motion of doing a huge kowtow. 

“Please don’t! I’ll accept it.” 

Chu Feng quickly took the Cosmos Sack.

The God Clan didn’t have many treasures despite their incredible ability. The items inside were mostly average God Armaments.

God Armaments were invaluable treasures, of course, and the old Chu Feng would have been overjoyed to receive them. It was just that he was not lacking God Armaments at the moment.

The Immemorial Massacre Sea suddenly shook. 

The black fog billowed. 

A glowing name appeared on the previously blank stone monument at the entrance—Chu Feng. The name glowed so brightly that it pierced through the black fog, such that anyone with decent observation means could clearly see it. 

It announced to the world that Chu Feng had cleared the Immemorial Massacre Sea. 

“Elder, let’s find somewhere else to talk,” Chu Feng told the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief, sensing the Immemorial Massacre Sea’s imminent destruction.

The Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief nodded. “All right.”

Thus, Chu Feng left the area with the Immortal Sea Fish Clansmen. 

No one had dared to approach the Immemorial Massacre Sea after Shen Bai’s massacre, but the Immortal Sea Fish Clan had still made sure to conceal themselves. Thus, even those who had been keeping an eye on the Immemorial Massacre Sea didn’t know about their arrival. 

After leaving the Immemorial Massacre Sea, Chu Feng and the Immortal Sea Fish Clansmen boarded humongous floating warships and began making their way to the Totem Galaxy.

This incredible spectacle would have awed most cultivators if not for them being concealed. 

Along the way, Chu Feng re-established his contract with the Asura World Spirit Army and stowed them back in his World Spirit Space. He also told the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief about the Totem Dragon Clan’s alliance with the Dragon Breath Clan. 

He advised the Immortal Sea Fish Clan not to announce their backing for him. During such tumultuous times, it was wiser to stay in the shadows rather than to be in the center of attention. 

He proceeded to ask if the Immortal Sea Fish Clan was interested in joining their alliance.

The Immortal Sea Fish Clan, being much stronger than the Totem Dragon Clan, would be a huge asset to the alliance. 

Fortunately, the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief and upper echelons agreed to join the alliance. 

After having decided to join the alliance, the Immortal Sea Fish Clan’s Clan Chief divulged their strength to Chu Feng. 

The Immortal Sea Fish Clan was indeed a powerhouse. They had many True God level cultivators, with quite a number of them having reached pinnacle True God level. They even had three Heavenly God level cultivators. 

Little Fishy’s father and mother were at rank one Heavenly God level, whereas Little Fishy’s grandfather was at rank two Heavenly God level. 

Little Fishy’s grandfather had reached Heavenly God level a long time ago, just that he had been concealing his strength. 

As for Little Fishy’s parents, they only recently reached Heavenly God level. However, their advancement to Heavenly God level triggered their bloodline awakening, allowing them to raise their cultivation by two ranks to rank three Heavenly God level. 

That made them even stronger than Little Fishy’s grandfather!

This was why they dared to forge an alliance with the God Clan despite knowing there was something amiss about them. They thought they could suppress the God Clan even if they tried something. 

Little did they expect the God Clan to possess such bizarre powers. 

If not for Chu Feng, they would have been wiped out.
