Chapter 10: FIGHT WITH AGAMOTO
When Ashborn arrives on Earth, focusing on the tactical and magical exchanges between these two powerful beings. Ashborn only came to Earth for sightseeing, as he has a fascination with planets.
Ashborn's arrival on Earth is initially peaceful, maybe even curious. But Agamotto senses the immense power and is cautious. And Agamotto strike.
Agamotto starts with more defensive and diagnostic spells. They scan all over his body, looking at all sorts of things.
Ashborn's Response, Ashborn simply blocks attacks and tries to use the powers to see how Agamotto's body works.
Agamotto launches a full-scale magical assault. Illusions, energy blasts, and weapons all come. The battle starts when Agamotto throws something that is similar to a rock, which is a clone of himself. Each one has equal power.
Ashborn summons Void Soldiers to act as shields and distractions, allowing him to manoeuvre. Eventually, Ashborn closes the distance, engaging Agamotto in close-quarters combat.
Ashborn starts understanding how to defend against them, making the scale favour more the dimension lord.
Ashborn uses his chaos power to manipulate the battlefield. Gravity and the planet starts shifting, and he warps in a way that is unique.*
Agamotto strikes his blade with speed that is unseen, and the entire sky starts to change. It's a series of magic that could even fool beings such as a god. Ashborn is suddenly hit by numerous of magical swords from everywhere, and he is not able to defend all of them.
Ashborn's only saving grace is how he is able to summon the void armour to protect himself.*
Learning that attacks aren't enough, Agamotto starts to create more of a strategic play and that has the entire landscape change and form numerous types of weapons.
I can't let you run any wilder, states Agamotto.
The first thing that he does is split the world in two. One filled with more life and magic, and the other to have even more traps to come. This entire movement she made cost so much and for some regular foes, with the snap of a figure death.
With no energy attacks, Ashborn starts seeing how the landscape affects him and uses his void to adapt. By changing to his void form, he is able to get out of the mirror world's and back to Agamotto.
With Ashborn's new form, he begins to attack harder than ever before.
Knowing defeat is here with no one near. Agamotto tries to end fast with the plan and starts building runes under and beside them. These runes will start draining magic around.
The more magic he drains, he can feel Ashborn's grip on the jewel weaken to a point there maybe something that happens.
It seems there is no fate that can determine what is to come, states Agamotto. And he falls.
After the battle, Ashborn feels a faint but persistent energy signature, a pull towards a specific location. The pull is so great that it makes him think he always had a connection there.*
Ashborn eventually tracks the energy to a secluded, ancient grove, untouched by modern civilization. A place with numerous connections and natural mana to Earth.
He senses a powerful, primordial life force emanating from the planet, unlike anything he has encountered before.
Ashborn appears on Earth in a secluded, untouched natural location perhaps a hidden forest glen or a pristine mountain peak. He encounters Gaia, the sentient embodiment of Earth itself. She senses his presence not as a threat, but as an anomaly, a being of immense power who nonetheless carries a profound sadness.
Gaia is ancient, wise, and deeply connected to the natural world. She has witnessed the rise and fall of civilizations, observed the delicate balance of life evolve over millennia. She is often weary of the actions of humanity, seeing them as a disruptive force. Ashborn's presence both intrigues and concerns her. His power is immense, but she detects a potential for growth and a desire to understand.
The early interactions between Ashborn and Gaia are cautious and exploratory. They communicate through a combination of telepathy, shared visions, and the manipulation of natural energies. Ashborn is captivated by Gaia's wisdom, her deep connection to life, and her unwavering commitment to protecting her planet. Gaia is drawn to Ashborn's raw power, his genuine curiosity, and his hidden sensitivity beneath a Stoic exterior.
Their connection deepens as they share their stories and perspectives. Ashborn reveals his journey on Asgard, and the creation of the Void Dimension. Gaia shows him the beauty and fragility of Earth, the interconnectedness of all living things, and the importance of maintaining balance.
Ashborn's unique energies, infused with the Void power, have a surprising effect on Gaia. They revitalize her life force, allowing her to experience a renewed sense of vitality and connect with her planet on a deeper level. The Void energies, while seemingly alien, resonate with Earth's own dormant power.
Ashborn and Gaia must find a way to balance their relationship with their responsibilities to their respective realms. They work together to ensure that the Void Dimension does not pose a threat to Earth's ecosystem. Ashborn learns to channel his powers in a way that benefits both his own dimension and Gaia's planet.
