Marvel: I Started by Containing SCPs

Chapter 470: Chapter 470

As soon as the screen revealed that the Earth Dragon and Sea Serpent would appear in the Naruto universe, people from other universes all sighed in relief.

Only those from the Naruto world wore ashen faces.

Jiraiya: No way! Those two massive monsters are coming to our world?!

Ōnoki: This has got to be a joke! How the hell are we supposed to fight that?!

Mei Terumi: Kami... If something like that actually appears, it would be a complete catastrophe!

Chiyo-baasama: Heaven help us… Is our world about to be destroyed?

Naruto: No! There has to be a way!

A: Damn it! What way?!

Tsunade: In any case, we need to keep watching. It's too late to object now.

Her words silenced everyone.

Indeed—no matter how much they resisted, the Earth Dragon and Sea Serpent were coming.

All they could do was pray for a miracle.

At that moment, in the coastal regions, the sea began to quake violently.

Massive tsunamis erupted, towering and mercilessly crashing toward the land, claiming countless lives. Entire cities and settlements were swallowed in seconds.

Human civilization, visible to the naked eye, was being annihilated.

Cries of agony filled the air—only to be drowned beneath the roaring waves moments later.

Some tsunamis began to twist and deform, as though the seawater itself was being shaped like mud by unseen hands.

Then… it was shaped.

The water transformed into a serpent—one so massive its body stretched up toward the heavens.

The Sea Serpent opened its eyes—deep, oceanic blue formed from liquid itself—and stared down at the earth below.

With just a glance, it could see for tens of thousands of miles.

Humans who saw it from afar were frozen in horror.

Even at great distances, they dropped to their knees in fear.

"Humans, die!"

The Sea Serpent bellowed. With a wrathful roar, it summoned even more tidal waves to smash the land.

Entire regions were submerged.

The sheer force of the tsunamis, magnified by the Sea Serpent's seismic influence, shattered the ground itself and dragged seawater deep underground—

Expanding the oceans.

Giving the Sea Serpent more ground to stand on.

Now, the serpent was triggering continent-scale tremors. For nearly 100,000 meters, the surrounding seas were caught in an apocalyptic upheaval.

A wall of ocean rose into the sky, ready to fall on the land like the end of days.

Even through the screen, viewers could feel the pressure.

Those not in the Naruto world thanked the stars it hadn't come to their home.

Ace: Thank God that thing didn't show up in our world. That's a nightmare for any Devil Fruit user.

Marco: No, it's a nightmare for everyone. Entire islands would disappear under that thing.

Naruto: Damn it! What do we do?! Can't we do anything?

Jiraiya: I understand your feelings, Naruto… but this opponent is just too strong. I don't know what to do either…

Mei Terumi: Doesn't the Hanyō Beast Fist do anything against it?

A: Maybe if we were on Ultraman's level. But we're nowhere near that yet!

Ōnoki: The tsunamis have become weapons thanks to the serpent's power. If we rush in blindly, we'll be wiped out before we even get close.

Shizune: Then are we just supposed to stand here and watch?

Everyone in the Naruto world was beginning to despair…

Especially the Five Kage.

They had believed that gaining the Hanyō Beast Fist would give them the power to fight SCPs.

But faced with a creature like the Sea Serpent, they felt utterly helpless.

All their past rewards now seemed like jokes.

None could stand up to this.

They knew, with grim certainty, that more humans would die if the serpent wasn't stopped.

But fear and helplessness were overwhelming them.

Only one hope remained:

Another monster.

"RUMMBLLLEE!!"

Suddenly, the ground quaked violently.

The seismic waves were gigantic—shaking nearly the entire world.

Thousands more died instantly.

And then—just before the massive wave hit the land…

It collapsed into heavy rain.

The Earth Dragon had arrived.

Its earthquake didn't just disrupt the sea. It disturbed the atmosphere too.

The air above the land quaked violently. Waves lost momentum mid-surge, turning to harmless downpour.

"Hmm…"

The Sea Serpent's pupils gleamed with bloodlust as it watched.

The earth split open—and from the chasm, a colossal dragon soared skyward.

It was the Earth Dragon.

"You again?! You just can't stay dead, can you?! You really think I can't kill you?!"

The Sea Serpent, seeing its ancient nemesis once again, roared with fury.

"If you could kill me, you would've done it already."

The Earth Dragon hovered in the sky, its mountainous form looming like a divine being.

Even from thousands of miles away, humans watching these two colossi knew—

They were powerless.

There was nothing they could do except kneel and await their fate.

"This isn't our world. There's no need to keep attacking humans here."

The Earth Dragon tried to reason with the serpent.

"No! All humans are the same, no matter what universe! Their actions always affect other life!

"Fortunately, this world's technology is still primitive. They haven't done much damage yet… so I'll kill them before they can."

The Sea Serpent glared.

To it, humans were universal parasites—regardless of the world they came from.

"And another thing! In these waters, some virus is spreading among marine life. If not for me purifying them, they'd have died and turned into monsters. That virus is clearly human-made!"

As it spoke, mutated fish fell from its body, twisted with infection.

"Humans are the same everywhere! I'll destroy them before they can destroy the seas!"

The Sea Serpent's rage boiled over. Tremors erupted again—tsunamis preparing to rise even higher.

"Then we have nothing more to discuss. No matter how many times it takes… I'll protect humanity."

The Earth Dragon's voice was heavy, but resolute.

It unleashed another powerful quake.

This time, its seismic energy canceled out the Sea Serpent's tremors, halting the formation of new tsunamis.

When gods fight, mortals suffer.

The sheer scale of their powers…

Cracked continents.

Tore apart cities.

People died—every single minute. Some crushed. Some drowned.

No one could say how many more lives would be lost.

Jiraiya: Damn it! If this keeps up, humanity will be wiped out! Even if it kills me—I've got to try something!

Tsunade: Wait, Jiraiya! I have an idea!
