Marvel: I'm a Symbiote

Chapter 312: Symbiote 0312: The Farm

The inauguration ceremony for the new maximum-security prison in Washington was held as the first batch of inmates was transferred over. It had been the most controversial topic of contention when thinking of all of the policies that had been implemented by the new president.

The prison, dubbed simply the Gaia Penitentiary, was built right over the ruins of the previous Capitol building. To some, it was the President's expression of a new start for the country after the tragic incident that led to him becoming President in the first place; to most, it was a ruthless move of disrespect to their predecessors and the Constitution.

Ultimately, despite some protests that were eventually curbed, the prison was built over a period of two years surrounded by mystery. Small tidbits of information regarding its establishment started coming to public light, like how it would be used as a springboard for the President to modify the country's stance on execution or how it wouldn't employ any wardens and would be a completely automated prison with robots to handle the inmates, or even that it was an alien conspiracy to steal their citizens to dissect them.

Regardless of the rumors that were circulating around the country regarding the prison, its inaugural ceremony took place during the start of the president's third and final year in term — due to his status as a designated survivor when he was sworn in, he only had the remainder of the previous president's term to serve.

As the first batch of inmates was transferred over, more information about the prison came to light as the authorities directly confirmed many of the rumors, such as the prison being fully automated or that it was made to hold only death-row inmates and more.

The biggest source of this information was the new bill passed by Congress that would affect the entire country's execution system. All death row inmates throughout the country were to go through an extensive screening process that would either place them within the Gaia Penitentiary, thereby indefinitely postponing their execution, or they would be sent to a special reform program under the President's Secret Service. Under both conditions, they would be considered dead to the world. Their families would have no right to meet them unless the trial itself was overturned. For both cases of prisoners, the appeal had to be made directly to the Supreme Court. The High Court did not have the right to overturn the verdict for a death row inmate anymore.

When the contents of the bill were made public, the citizens were outraged, directly staging protests throughout the country under the implications that the President was using the bill as a way to brainwash people and use them as sacrificial soldiers for the army and whatnot. Some even went as far as to say that what they were doing was tantamount to war crimes.

Ultimately, two months later, the protests started dying down without any real resolution. Most of the protesters seemed to stop caring about it as the funding and motivation they were receiving from mysterious backers suddenly disappeared, forcing them to give up. At the same time, multiple private prisons all over the country changed hands and were acquired by the government.

As the situation calmed down, the law was slowly being implemented state by state as many prisons suddenly found themselves short of prisoners. The deal with death row inmates was that executions were set at a very slow pace, one that didn't exactly match the number of criminals being sentenced to death. That resulted in a large percentage of the inmates in prison being ones on death row.

Suddenly, with the new policy toward death sentences, the prison system experienced a huge upheaval, with a large number of prisons directly shutting down because they were unable to handle the low traffic.

By the time six months passed since the passing of the law, all of the country's death row prisoners had been transferred away— either to the Gaia Penitentiary or to the reform program under the President's Secret Service. Ultimately, they all disappeared from the world and were declared deceased in all public records.

The initial burst of death row prisoners from all over the country had brought the population of the Gaia Penitentiary to around three hundred inmates. To celebrate such a large acquisition, Alex decided to take his favorite cat on a tour of the prison for their weekly walk.

Tonight, instead of the usual full-body latex, she was in her usual Black Cat costume that had a deep neckline coated with white fur that matched the color of her platinum-blonde hair. She was still on all fours like usual, but there weren't any restraints on her arms, only two belts keeping her legs folded together. She was naturally crawling behind Alex, led along by his leash. She silently looked around as he led her through a path from the White House to the prison. To the world, it was the maximum security prison, Gaia Penitentiary, but to Alex, it was just his 'Farm.'

At the entrance, Alex scanned his palm to open a small door at the side before entering with Felicia as the door naturally closed behind him. Unlike a normal prison, this one had no open yard or any opening of any sort. Instead, the 'yard' of the prison consisted of an empty area with a simulated sky that would only show the time of day, according to Alex.

"Meow …" Felicia mowed questioningly while looking around at the seemingly empty prison cells all around her. Not only were the cells empty, but the entire facility was dead silent as if no one was there in the first place. But considering the amount of paperwork that had gone through her, there should be at least three hundred prisoners here.

"Are you curious why everything seems so empty and deserted?" Alex asked her. "This is just the first floor of the prison. It's there for a secondary type of prisoner. One who enters this place willingly."

"Meow?" Felicia's tone was full of doubt.

"I'm already in talks with several high-end kink clubs. My targets are single women who are desperate for some very kinky stimulation. Once Gaia's core AI is finished, I will start inviting those women in for a year-long experience in this place where they get to live as literal slaves to their desires. It will require direct supervision from an AI system since the situation will be more nuanced."

"Meow …" Felicia's prolonged meow was full of frustration and annoyance toward him. "Meow meow …" Alex imagined that she was saying something along the lines of, 'If I could talk, I would give you an earful about your weird kinks.'

"Don't be mad. If you're really curious, I'll put you in this place for a week or so," He stopped and caressed her head. "Without the milking stuff. I don't plan to pump your body full of those hormones. If I really want your milk, I'll do it the normal way."

"Meow …" Felicia's meow perfectly encapsulated her complicated feelings toward Alex's words.

"Let me take you to the second floor. That's where all of the fun stuff happens," Alex said. "I'll show you the system that I've made for them."

"Meow …" Felicia seemed exasperated and resigned as she followed Alex to a bare wall, where he pressed the tiles in a specific pattern before a biometric reader emerged from the wall. Once he scanned his palm, the wall opened and showed the inside of an elevator, which she followed him into.

"Meow?" Her tone was questioning.

"This isn't the main entrance. When new prisoners arrive, the main entrance opens up, directly leading them down to the holding area. This is just a me entrance. Since we don't have any guards to manage the prisoners, this is the perfect system."

If she had any doubts about Alex's management system, she kept them to herself. The man was still very much a newbie in the administration and governance of such a large number of people. The only reason his regime hadn't been toppled in the first year of his inauguration was that he dealt with most of the issues with brute force, either killing or manipulating the opposing forces.

With a ding, the doors of the elevator opened after the descent, opening a wall in the middle of a corridor. Alex walked out in the middle of a corridor that Felicia noticed curved on both sides. She assumed that it was because it was a circular corridor.

"Meow …" Her voice almost echoed through the corridor due to how eerily silent it was.

"Greetings, Mr. Apex. Would you like any assistance?" A soft feminine voice startled Felicia.

"Nothing for now, thanks, Gaia."

"Meow?" Felicia nudged his leg with her hand.

"This is just the prototype version of Gaia. She still needs to get connected to her main server on the other Earth. Some things still need to be tweaked before she's completely ready," Alex walked toward the right side after clarifying the AI's situation.

As they walked forward, Felicia came across a few empty cells, which consisted of three pure white walls with a single full-length window that she was looking through into the cell. Examining the insides of the cells, she realized that there would be zero privacy for an inmate even if the cells were furnished. Soon, they came upon the first occupied cell.

The occupant was a brunette woman with a sexy figure that was completely revealed in the uniform, if that's what it could be called. All she was wearing were four thick hexagonal manacles on her wrists and ankles, along with a similar collar with a flat back, while the rest of it was circular.

The furnished cell consisted of a single stool in the corner of the room on which the woman was currently sitting and eating her food from a plate that was placed in a cavity in the wall.

As they passed more cells, Felicia saw the same scene through the one-way glass window of the women eating their dinner. Suddenly, a thought came to her mind, making her curious about how the prisoners were meeting their daily necessities.

Her curiosity didn't last for long as she saw what happened when the women finished dinner. She was looking at a blonde who had just finished her dinner as the cavity in the wall closed, and the stool moved with the woman still seated on it, stopping when it was in the center of the room.

The expression of the woman showed that she was listening to a command, and she brought her arms behind her back as the manacles activated what Felicia imagined were electromagnets, which restrained the woman's arms behind her back.

Suddenly, the stool that she was seated on rose higher as the seat slowly receded, revealing its actual nature as a one-bar prison. Within seconds, she was forced on her toes as the metal rod that penetrated her in both holes kept rising. As the woman writhed due to a mix of discomfort and pleasure due to her position, Felicia saw two suction cups falling down from the ceiling as a chain got connected to the back of her collar.

"Like what you see?" Alex asked Felicia as the suction cups automatically made their way to the woman's chest and affixed themselves in place.

"Meow …" She meowed.

"Let's move on; you will see all sorts of different predicaments in this place. I've made sure to program Gaia to use all sorts of different methods of pleasure and pain to transform those women into slaves to their own desires. The best part is that it's all automated. All I need to do is administer the artificial hormonal modification once a month. Everything else is taken care of by Gaia."

Felicia indeed saw all sorts of different predicaments as she passed by each cell. Not only that, she also noticed a pattern that she had somewhat expected. Every single one of the women in the prison was very beautiful. There wasn't any pattern to their appearance — there were women with different bust sizes, different hair colors, and even different ethnicities, but every single one of them was very beautiful in their own right.

'No wonder out of the tens of thousands of prisoners that he cleared, only three hundred were eligible …'

"I'm also planning to make a special isolation area where even the basic things like freedom of eating and drinking aren't afforded to the offender. That will be in the inner circle of this floor. But that needs Gaia to be updated. Otherwise, I will have to manage the isolation manually…"

Alex told Felicia all about his plans for the prison as they went along the entire circular corridor before leaving. She even got to see MJ in one of the cells, who, weirdly enough, seemed pretty satisfied with her predicament if her expression was to be believed.
