He really has no money left, but that doesn't mean he can't get the shares from the last major shareholder. He can obtain them by painting a realistic and practical vision. This involves reviving the Osborn Corporation and turning losses into profits. Then, he can use a portion of the profits as the purchase fee for a 20% stake, essentially using future money to buy current shares. It's a fantasy that, under normal circumstances, people wouldn't agree to. However, this is no ordinary situation. For the major shareholder, the shares are a hot potato. Their value has plummeted, and holding onto them poses a life-threatening danger. The shareholder is desperate to get rid of them, and there's no one else willing to take them over. His appearance is a lifeline. As long as he can further convince the shareholder that his vision is viable, the major shareholder has no reason not to sell. He has to thank the chaos for this opportunity. Without it, he wouldn't be able to acquire so many shares with his own money. To succeed, he also needs the shareholder to believe that he can make the company profitable again. He needs a technology that can turn losses into profits. The technologies he currently possesses are not easy to present. They are either from HYDRA, have distinct personal characteristics, or are unsuitable for presentation. So, he has set his sights on the outside. He's been investigating and found a technology in the Osborn Corporation that, with some improvements, can be brought to market: Kurt Connors' plasma technology.

Kurt, who later became the Lizard Doctor, was one of Spider-Man's opponents. During the Vietnam War, he was sent to perform surgery on wounded soldiers. One day, the base was attacked, and Connors suffered irreparable damage to his right hand, forcing him to choose amputation and return to the United States for recovery. To restore his right hand, Kurt began extensive research into the regenerative systems of reptiles. His research finally yielded results, developing a plasma extracted from reptile DNA. He tested it on a rabbit, which showed great effects. According to Noel's estimation, Kurt completed the full development of the plasma, capable of growing new legs for a crippled rabbit. This complete plasma allows Kurt to grow new hands. However, it has powerful side effects, turning Kurt into a lizard-like creature with a distorted mental state. Noel doesn't want to directly use Kurt's plasma technology, as the side effects are too significant and its effectiveness is overwhelming.

Based on his deductions and tests over the past few days, he realized that by significantly weakening the effectiveness of this plasma technology, its side effects would also be minimized to an inconsequential level. When this weakened version is used, the side effects are automatically managed by the body's immune, digestive, and rejection systems, ensuring they remain within safe limits and do not harm the human body.

He plans to incorporate the weakened plasma technology into adhesive and medical bandages, which will have enhanced properties of stopping bleeding and protecting wounds compared to regular bandages. His plasma-enhanced bandages are designed to accelerate wound healing, enabling it to occur three times faster than natural healing. Although this technology cannot match the effects of complete plasma or Wolverine's self-healing ability, it is considerably more effective than conventional drugs.

Furthermore, since plasma can be extracted from reptiles, the production cost is kept manageable, making it feasible to create medical products accessible to the general public. This innovation could revitalize Osborn Corporation and turn its financial losses into profits, allowing major shareholders to remain confident in its prospects.

He checked the time and decided it was time to speak to Kurt. "After all, we can't let him take the plasma now and transform into a lizard-like creature," he thought. "That would complicate obtaining the plasma formula. Plus, Kurt in his human state is a valuable research assistant and subordinate. For the company's future growth, one product isn't enough. As a genius biologist, Kurt can assist in developing more innovations."

After voicing these thoughts, Noel finished his last bite of food and began tidying up the table. "But honestly, my cooking only fills the stomach; it lacks flavor," he mused, acknowledging Claude's culinary skills as superior. Shaking his head at his own cooking abilities, he cleaned up and left the house.

Heading towards Osborn Corporation to meet Kurt, who was currently working as a researcher there, Noel took care to disguise himself. He applied a fake beard, wore a fisherman's hat, and donned sunglasses, altering his appearance significantly. Soon, he arrived by car at the Osborn Corporation building, which exuded an air of decline. The workforce was noticeably sparse, and a sense of frustration pervaded, as everyone anticipated the company's impending collapse.

Noel approached the front desk and asked, "Hello, I'm looking for Kurt Connors." Without looking up, the receptionist sneered, "Don't bother, he's not here." Noel raised an eyebrow in surprise and asked for clarification. The receptionist explained, "He was fired by the company. Kurt was always focused on reptile research, often at the expense of his work duties. Moreover, his research team hadn't delivered any results. Given the company's dire financial situation, they couldn't afford to retain unproductive employees."

Taking in this information, Noel narrowed his eyes slightly, contemplating his next move.
